About: I grew up with cats and adopted a rescue dog of my own in 2023. I have also worked at a Dog Daycare facility in Atlanta as a back of house attendant and have cared for every type of dog from a Frenchie to a German Shepard! Through that experience, I have become accustomed to dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperament. I am such a pet person and get along with every animal I meet! I have experience handling and navigating dog obedience and behavioral training, leash reactivity and dog reactivity training. I can handle any walk, long or short, and live a very active lifestyle. My housesitting guarantees: - never gone more than 6.5 hours at a time - with your dog the majority of hours of the day (12 or more hours) - I stay overnight - house cleaner than how I found it - custom quotes are available if your pet needs more time than what’s guaranteed here I make my own schedule so in most cases I can accommodate your's! :) Morning to afternoon is ideal but just let me know what you need. I respect your space and your furbaby. You are letting me into your home to care for your family and it's important to me that you feel at ease and can trust that everything will be as you expect it to be. I require a meet and greet for new clients to ensure we are on the same page about your fur baby and their routines. You can expect about 10 to 20 minutes of me asking you questions about your pet and you showing me their routines. Your pet needs to be there so they can get familiarized with me. If a walk is expected, I will also want us all to go on a walk together. I will send you a written summary of what we discussed to keep myself organized and for your peace of mind. Some other fun facts about me! I love to read! When house sitting I can often be found cuddled up with your dog reading a book, if they'll let me! Also, I love to cook and meal prep! When house sitting I bring with me everything I plan on eating and do not touch your food. Just microwave/coffee pot/air fryer if you have one. I also clean as a de-stressing activity. I am happy to give discounted house keeping services while I stay if you want to come back to shiny surfaces that are dust free, just ask! :) My clients often rave about how good I am with their pets and that I actually give them attention and bond with them. About: Hi! I've never met a dog that didn't like me. I'm a lifelong dog dad and Atlanta native. I've worked with large and small breeds as well as young and elderly dogs that need extra care. No dog is too unruly. I'm kind, calm, and attentive. While you're on a beach somewhere in the Carribean, your dog/dogs will be having their own fun back at home. We're talking walks, snacks, playtime, photoshoots, and more. They will still miss you, but less probably. I work remotely from home and my schedule is flexible enough that I'm able to schedule plenty of visits and walks with your fur baby/s. I have a fenced in 1/4 acre yard, a lot of tennis balls, and my own fur baby, Cali. Depending on your dog's personality they will be really excited or really annoyed by Cali's happy, but overly enthusiastic energy.
