About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in middle school. Dogs always seem to love me and, even in my household growing up, I was always their favorite and who they depended on. I’m 6 foot and muscular so I’m especially good with big dogs but also love small ones. I’ve probably watched pit mixes the most though. All in all, your dog is in good hands. I have plenty of free time as I work on my own schedule. I give my own dog multiple walks and time for attention that a regular 9-5 wouldn’t permit. I have a small dog to keep your dog company. She doesn’t bite or bark. I stay on the backside of my apartment and the first floor so if they’re ever over, it’s quick and easy to take them out to use the restroom.
About: I grew up with a sweet dachshund and have been a dog-lover ever since! Andrew and I both work from home full time, and that makes us the go-to pet sitter for neighbors and friends. We’ve had experience with both active dogs and those that might need a little more care and patience. We love having a new friend around to keep us company! We both work fully remote jobs and therefore can give your fur-baby all the attention they may need! We always aim to go out at least 4 times a day, but can adhere to your pet’s specific schedule. We offer flexible boarding availability throughout the week and weekends. For any weekend bookings, we do ask that your pet be comfortable being alone for at least a couple of hours since there may be instances where we will be out of the house running errands. While we don’t currently have any pets of our own, our pet-friendly apartment will cater to your furry friend’s comfort. “Rachel was so wonderful with my boys. She was kind enough to accept a last minute booking and was so flexible. They seemed to settle down and get comfortable very soon. They got a lot of outdoor time, and I got a bunch of photo updates. I would definitely recommend Rachel to anyone needing a stay for their pups.”
“Miso and I are both so grateful to have found Jennifer and Nick. Miso stayed with them for 9 days, and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. They kept me updated with lots of pictures/videos and so easy to talk to. It was clear that Miso absolutely loved their whole family — including their dogs! Miso even found the love of her life, Timmy. They also bathed Miso and sent her home with a thoughtful care package. There have been times when I’ve picked up Miso from other sitters and she is a little “off,” but when I picked her up from jennifer and nick’s- I could tell she was happy and loved. About: I’ve been a dog foster parent through the Humane Society, caring for dogs with special needs including hip dysplasia.
