I’m usually able to tell if someone is good with cats, and pretty much immediately knew that Brian was going to be a great fit based on his demeanor and behaviors towards Ludo. Additionally, he always showed up on time, thoroughly followed instructions, and sent great updates. It was clear that Ludo felt calm and happy in Brian’s presence. We returned to a clean house and the happiest cat! Brian also had some great recommendations for us regarding litter and water fountains.
