“We have a 16 year old dog with health issues and a cantankerous cat. John cares for them like his own. We have used several pet sitters and John is far and away our favorite. He is the best!”

About: I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I do my best to provide the same level of care and attention I would want for my own pets. I've cared for many dogs and cats with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I pay close attention to body language and behavior, which helps me understand when a pet wants to play, needs space, or is feeling anxious. Whether your pet is outgoing or shy, my goal is to build trust, keep them comfortable, and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I work from home most of the time and have a flexible schedule, which means plenty of attention for your pet. My Border Collie loves having furry guests, and they’ll enjoy frequent potty breaks in the shared backyard, daily walks, and playtime at the community dog park located right behind my unit. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a clean, pet-friendly environment with close supervision throughout the day. I follow each pet's routine, feeding schedule, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I also provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for.
“Misty is hands down the absolutely best dog walker and pet sitter I have ever met. She is not only attentive to my boy’s needs but she goes the extra mile every time to make sure he feels comfortable, loved and very very safe. As someone who has a large breed anxious dog, she does a wonderful job working with him and making sure he feels comfortable with every walk and interaction. Shelby adores Misty and as a dog who takes a while to warm up to people, Misty’s warm and determined personality and care has won his over within a couple of hours. She always makes sure to send a bunch of photos to let me know that Shelby is okay when I am out of town. I have yet to meet another more dependable and caring pet sitter. I couldn’t recommend Misty enough and if I had the option to give her 10 stars on Rover I 2000% would!!”

“Audrey was communicative and reliable, took good care of our pets, and my cat clearly liked her and enjoyed some cuddle time with her. She did a great job and we would absolutely hire her again!”
“Meredith went above and beyond when I was out of town and my kitty went missing (she wasn't the one watching him). No words can express my gratitude for all of her efforts.”

“Amazing cat sitter who will go above and beyond. I have an immunocompromised cat who requires daily oral medication and Lynn has been a gem with her. She has also helped me out so much with random issues like my automatic litter box shutting off after she visited, and she came back to help reset it. Truly truly appreciate her. She also gives me great updates about my babies. Have booked with her several times and will continue to do so.”

“Mike could not have been a better choice for my 4 large dogs. I had a last minute trip that I couldn’t have taken without his help. The dogs were so comfortable with him at the meet and great, which put my mind at ease. He was always on time and gave lots of updates and photos. I will definitely use Mike again in the future.”
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats (often at the same time) since I was old enough to hold the leash and walk with one of my childhood family pups Hershey on my own. My spouse (Paroma) and I have fostered and rescued dogs and cats of all ages and sizes -- from rambunctious puppies and kittens to senior fospice (foster hospice) cats and dogs -- since 2018. We currently have a Pitty-mix (Mako) our long-legged Jack Russell terrier/Chihuahua/Corgi (Boris) and a sweet orange cat named Cathulu (or Cat, for short). Our animal care philosophy is simple: when your animal is with us, I (we) ensure they know they're loved, well-fed, and have plenty of play time, walks, and/or good company, no matter where they are. I am currently available for full time dog/cat sitting (our house boarding or in your house overnights), in-house/apartment visits, walks, play time, or anything besides certified training and grooming. I am available all seven calendar days in the week. I have a fenced yard, two sweet dogs and a cat to keep your creature company. If your dog or cat prefers their own space, I will absolutely ensure they have it in our home. When we schedule an appointment, I will gladly schedule a complimentary "meet and greet" for your pet(s) and I to get to know each other. During our "meet and greet," I'll ask you all of the questions related to your lovely pet's care. No "special need" or "quirk" will surprise me, so please feel free to share anything and everything with me as we meet and greet. I would be honored to take care of your sweet pet. They're family: they deserved to be treated like it.
“Desiree was so helpful in watching our dogs! We haven’t had anyone dog sit at home before and she made us feel completely comfortable and constantly updated us on how the dogs were doing and sent pictures!”

“Julie was great! She was available on a couple days notice and made time to pick up our key and meet our fur-children. She came on time and gave our dog decently long walks for the 30-minute booking. I would hire her again. Thanks Julie!”

“Emma did an amazing job this weekend! She took very very good care of my boys. She had excellent communication throughout, sent adorable photos, and kept me updated. I really appreciated her letting me know about a small issue in the house—she handled it professionally and with care. Will definitely be hiring her again!”

“Hayley took great care of my fur babies. Both cats have special diets, and one takes several medications daily—including insulin. Hayley visited my house before we left town to meet us and see what feeding/medicine time looks like. She somehow even managed to make friends with my very scaredy-cat cat 😻 I definitely recommend her for cat sitting and will likely call on her again in the future!”

“Took GREAT pictures of our kitties everyday, did the litter everyday, and the kitties got along with her great! Our normally shy cat even let her hold her and love on her. :) Great sitter!”

Julianne was amazing with our puppy! While we were nervous for the inevitable day to come where we would have to leave our new puppy at home for a quick trip Julianne made it perfect for us by being so patient with him so caring so thoughtful and so intentional with him. She shared so many updates came over several times a day and made sure that he felt comfortable at home without us. She followed all of our instructions to the T and made us feel so comfortable, knowing that our puppy was in great hands. Would highly recommend Julianne if you are considering!

Natali took care of our three cats while we were out of state and she was fantastic! One requires insulin injections, one requires an inhaler for asthma, and the other is just an old creeky cat. Three kitties who I would consider a lot of work and she left us such detailed and caring notes. Thank you!

Delfina was great! She sent pictures everyday, was very responsive, met before her official start day to meet my cats, see where everything was that they needed, learn the routine, and learn how to enter my apartment. She was wonderful and I would definitely book her again.

Mike was great for our pup Hazel. He was prompt, detail oriented and went above and beyond in caring for our dog. He even volunteered to pick up some food for her when she ran out after one of his drop-ins! Would highly recommend Mike and look forward to booking him in the future.

Georga did a wonderful job caring for our dog and 2 cats while we were out of town for a week. Our pets got along well with her, even our more shy cat who warmed up to her quickly. She let us know how each pet was doing after each visit, followed the instructions for each one, and kept their areas tidy. We would definitely recommend her and be happy to have her drop in on them again!

Thank you so much! I know Waldo was so happy to see you again, and it was such a relief knowing he was in amazing hands while I was gone for the weekend! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate you being flexible with your schedule to make sure the little guy is safe and happy ☺️☺️☺️

Kamron was great - very communicative and sent me timely updates on both kitties. Lots of pictures (which are always appreciated) and I could tell our friendlier cat was happy to spend time with them. Will definitely book with Kamron again in the future, if available!
