About: I don’t ever remember a point in my life where I didn’t have an animal in my household to take care of. From multiple dogs, to multiple cat, guinea pigs, and gerbils! I have been trusted with pet sitting for friends and family since I was strong enough to handle a pulling dog on a leash. I have experience in training younger dogs and cats, and also providing special care for senior pets. I also have a sister who’s a veterinarian! So I definitely have a lot of information at my disposal ;) I am currently a full-time student working hard on my senior capstone! I have 6 classes each week Monday-Thursday that are 2.5 hours in duration. My class schedule changes every quarter year so reach out and I’ll let you know what times I’m available! Despite my work load, I will make sure I have time to watch over your baby and provide adequate care and attention :) While caring for a client’s pet, I usually familiarize myself with the home and what a typical routine is for the animal within the home. I am very careful when spending time in a clients home. I will make sure certain hazards are out of reach from their pet and everything stays how it was when I got there. I currently live in an apartment with one roommate, who also loves both dogs and cats. My apartment is pet friendly and they provide a fenced dog park and a standard park is currently being built and close to completion adjacent to my apartment building. I am also a 15 minute walk from piedmont!

About: I’ve been fostering dogs since 2021, which has given me experience caring for dogs with all kinds of personalities, routines, and comfort levels. Fostering has taught me how important patience, consistency, and creating a safe environment are—especially when a pet is adjusting to a new person or place. I’m also a cat mom to my cat, Sammy, so I have hands-on experience with both dogs and cats. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, whether they want lots of playtime and attention or prefer a little extra space to warm up. I treat every pet like I would my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I’m also happy to provide plenty of updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing! I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my day. I’m able to accommodate different schedules and can usually be flexible with visit times depending on your pet’s normal routine. Since I’m not tied to an office schedule, I can give your pets the time and attention they need without having to rush through visits. For drop-in visits, I do my best to keep your pet’s routine as normal and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter box cleaning, playtime, and any other care your pet needs. I’m also happy to spend time giving them attention and cuddles or simply keeping them company if that’s what they prefer. I’ll always respect your home, make sure everything is clean and secure before I leave, and send you photos and updates from each visit so you know your pet is happy and cared for!
