They were very accommodating with my early 7-7:30am drop off and 8pm+ late pick up times due to my flight times. I appreciated the update 5 mins after drop off on Tory’s status settling in, this gave me peace of mind as I was traveling to the airport. Also appreciated all of the picture updates throughout the stay and updates on whether she ate (Tory is usually anxious and does not eat when traveling) or went to the bathroom. Our family includes a big dog and a cat. Looking for someone who could accommodate our odd ask was like searching for a unicorn. Surprisingly we found one! Nora took great care of Eclipse and Seven. She kept us informed with detailed updates, videos, and pictures. She responded promptly to our questions and request. This was our cat’s first time being left with a sitter. Nora won him over with her patience and warmth. By pick up time, it was clear that they adored her. This was truly a five star experience. We would definitely use Nora again. I HIGHLY recommend her!

She was very communicative and sent daily pictures and detailed updates about Merlot’s eating, drinking, potty breaks, and walks. She even gave her a bath and kept me fully at ease the entire time. I could tell Merlot was happy and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again in the future!
Kristie watched our nervous doodle, Evie, for a few days. She took detailed notes when we first met and sent tons of photos so we felt super comfortable that Evie was in great hands! Evie got along with her dog, Nugget, really well and she hopes to play there again soon!
