She was patient, kind, attentive and diligent in her pursuit of a friendship with Marvel, our 4-year old Frenchie. Marvel is a rescue who lived a very difficult life ahead of finding our family. Because of this, he is very distrusting of new people. Her generosity was overwhelming. As she realized his deference towards her would require more wooing. She committed to winning him over, even purchasing him a huge pack of his favorite toys– tennis balls. She even refused reimbursement. 10/10 I will book with Amika again and again!”

“Deanna was great to work with. She was very open to doing a meet-and-greet beforehand, which really helped ease my nerves since my dog can be anxious. Robin settled in quickly and was comfortable exploring her space. Drop-off for boarding started off a bit rocky due to some unexpected travel disruptions on my end, and I had trouble communicating the last-minute changes. Thankfully, Deanna was incredibly accommodating throughout that ordeal. I received regular updates, and it was clear Robin was relaxed, well cared for, and getting plenty of attention and outdoor time. I would definitely book with Deanna again.”
