About: I've taken care of dogs and cats (often at the same time) since I was old enough to hold the leash and walk with one of my childhood family pups Hershey on my own. My spouse (Paroma) and I have fostered and rescued dogs and cats of all ages and sizes -- from rambunctious puppies and kittens to senior fospice (foster hospice) cats and dogs -- since 2018. “Amika was timely and has excellent communication skills. She came to our home to meet Marvel, our four year old Frenchie. She was sure to learn about his favorite toys, snacks and schedule. After pickup, she sent timely updates. I still treasure her many pictures and videos. Amika is an absolute Angel! She was patient, kind, attentive and diligent in her pursuit of a friendship with Marvel, our 4-year old Frenchie. Marvel is a rescue who lived a very difficult life ahead of finding our family. Because of this, he is very distrusting of new people. Her generosity was overwhelming. As she realized his deference towards her would require more wooing. She committed to winning him over, even purchasing him a huge pack of his favorite toys– tennis balls. She even refused reimbursement. 10/10 I will book with Amika again and again!”

What really stood out was how much he seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time with my cat. It never seemed like just a job to him. He let her explore his apartment, climb on his counters and even mentioned leaving his bedroom door open at night so she could choose to sleep wherever she was most comfortable. The video he sent of her making biscuits on his lap really showed how content and relaxed she was in his care. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again!”
