About: I don’t ever remember a point in my life where I didn’t have an animal in my household to take care of. From multiple dogs, to multiple cat, guinea pigs, and gerbils! I have been trusted with pet sitting for friends and family since I was strong enough to handle a pulling dog on a leash. I have experience in training younger dogs and cats, and also providing special care for senior pets. I also have a sister who’s a veterinarian! So I definitely have a lot of information at my disposal ;) I am currently a full-time student working hard on my senior capstone! I have 6 classes each week Monday-Thursday that are 2.5 hours in duration. My class schedule changes every quarter year so reach out and I’ll let you know what times I’m available! Despite my work load, I will make sure I have time to watch over your baby and provide adequate care and attention :) While caring for a client’s pet, I usually familiarize myself with the home and what a typical routine is for the animal within the home. I am very careful when spending time in a clients home. I will make sure certain hazards are out of reach from their pet and everything stays how it was when I got there. I currently live in an apartment with one roommate, who also loves both dogs and cats. My apartment is pet friendly and they provide a fenced dog park and a standard park is currently being built and close to completion adjacent to my apartment building. I am also a 15 minute walk from piedmont!

About: I’ve grown up with and taken care of dogs and other pets my entire life! Absolutely LOVE them. I rescued my very first pup on my own as an adult while I was still in college and had dogs ever since. Most recently, I had my fur baby Buddie for 15 years. I rescued him when he was a puppy at just 12 weeks old and was lucky enough to have him in my life until a couple years ago when he was 15 years old. I’ve dog sat for family and friends many times from small to large sized dogs (but mostly small). I have experience from puppies to seniors, including the extra delicate care, attention, medication, patience, carrying up/down stairs, etc. potentially needed for a senior pup. I have experience administering medication orally, eye drops, etc. if needed. I have the flexibility to work from home outside of a day or two where I may need to be in the office so I can easily managed walks, check-ins and/or boarding. They would get all kinds of attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, and cuddles! If I do have to go into the office for a day and I’m boarding, I have a pretty flexible schedule and won’t be gone the entire day. I do not have any other pets or children in the home so your pet would have the entire place for their own comfort and space! I love going for long walks and/or jogs and am very close to Piedmont park. There is also a dog park for my apartment building that is a large size for running and doing their business. Your pup will get all the love, attention and cuddles they need while you’re away so you can be worry-free knowing they’re safe and well taken care of! I have a flexible work schedule and am able to work from home often so they would be top priority in my day. I am very active so they would/could go wherever I go, or if they prefer to rest and relax, I could definitely do the same! Whatever they need I’d be able to provide. I have no other pets or persons in my home and no stairs. I can crate your pup if needed/preferred as well if I have to run an errand and they don’t do well if left alone. Whatever makes them feel safe and comfortable!

But I am a respectful houseguest and will ensure the safety of your pet and your home, whether it is a drop in or a full stay!

I work very little now as a flight attendant and I'm looking to fill my spare time with taking care of dogs since I lost my husband and my beloved dog, Hershey. My time alone is just that, alone. Animals bring so much joy to my life and walking, and taking care of them fills the emptiness of losing loved ones. I'm currently not flying as much and have plenty of time to walk, board and take care of your beloved pets. My schedule is very flexible, so as long as I'm not flying the friendly skies, I'm around. I live in a mid-rise condo building on a dead end street. We are a very dog friendly small building with two doggie walking areas and I have access to the belt-line and other safe street areas for walking. I'm a very careful person. I often take care of my neighbors dogs and really enjoy the opportunity for LOVE COVERED IN FUR.

We've dog sat for puppies who had never been left home alone before all the way to a fourteen-year-old terrier, partially deaf and blind in one eye. We're adept at tailoring care to each dog's specific needs, energy level and instruction. We are generally available with preferred evenings and weekends for the initial meet and greets. Check our calendar for exact availability. We generally prefer to host a dog for a minimum two nights. We both work from home so we are home M-F; 9-5. Frequently home and checking on Fido on weekends and of course waking up and going to sleep with them in the home. Walks throughout the day as well as play and naps. We make sure to pay attention to habits and preferences of Fido - feeding times, walking times, toy preferences as well as sleep times and if dogs are allowed on furniture.
