I’ve had dogs and or cats for the last 30 years of adulthood. I love all furry friends. I’m available to let them out and cuddle them as needed! I recently quit my job to walk and watch dogs full time. I live 20 steps from the beltline and lots of wonderful places to walk dogs! I’m also so happy to look in on your cats as well. Good with dogs of all sizes. Good with leash aggression. Good with older pups and cats.

We are so thankful to have found Misty. She’s so easy to work, absolutely loves our dog, and he has the best time staying with her. Cannot recommend her enough.
Misty is hands down the absolutely best dog walker and pet sitter I have ever met. She is not only attentive to my boy’s needs but she goes the extra mile every time to make sure he feels comfortable, loved and very very safe. As someone who has a large breed anxious dog, she does a wonderful job working with him and making sure he feels comfortable with every walk and interaction. Shelby adores Misty and as a dog who takes a while to warm up to people, Misty’s warm and determined personality and care has won his over within a couple of hours. She always makes sure to send a bunch of photos to let me know that Shelby is okay when I am out of town. I have yet to meet another more dependable and caring pet sitter. I couldn’t recommend Misty enough and if I had the option to give her 10 stars on Rover I 2000% would!!
Five stars doesn't even come close to the rating Misty deserves. We feel so lucky to have found her. She took such great care of Tuna - walks, treats, playtime with Kiya and even dressed him up in Christmas pajamas! And we know this because Misty sent tons of photos and videos (through the app and directly to us) chronicling all the fun Tuna had on his stay. He got along amazingly with Kiya (loved that she is about the same size and age as Tuna) and they were very fast friends and wrestle buddies. Misty gave our pup lots of one on one attention and really spoiled him with TLC. This was our first time using Rover and finding Misty was so amazing for us. 1000% would book with her again and cannot recommend her enough.
Misty is awesome! She took such wonderful care of our girl and sent lots of adorable photos and updates. I never had to wonder how things were going. Murphy always looked happy and Misty’s pup Kiyah was the perfect playmate for her. Misty walked Murph everyday and made sure she had lots of outside time (her favorite). She even got out a doggy pool for splashing around. Our flight home was delayed multiple times and Misty was incredible accommodating. Can’t recommend her enough!
Misty and Jason were the most AMAZING sitters for our dog, Tilly. We left her for a whole week, and they made both her and us feel so comfortable. Their dog, Kiya, is so friendly and her and Tilly quickly became friends! Misty made us feel so secure in knowing that Tilly was being well-taken care of and we got lots of cute photos and videos throughout the week. This was our first time doing boarding through Rover and we loved it! Thank you Misty and Jason!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They're the best!
10/10 recommend ! This was my first time ever using Rover, and I was hesitant but instead of cancelling the plans I traveled 4 hours for, I found Misty & she was IMMEDIATELY welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. She was a pro at introducing her doggo to mine, you can tell she’s done this a million times.. which instantly made me feel way more secure and comfortable with my decision! She sent me photos & kept me updated the entire time. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!! Seriously!

Schedule
Since I only work about 25 hours a week I have tons of time to care for pets before and after work. My main goal is keeping these pups happy!

Safety, trust & environment
I live steps away from the Beltline and plenty of great neighborhoods to walk dogs! First thing I do everyday is let Kiya out and any other dog I’m watching. We walk atleast twice a day. Your dog will be let out as much or little as needed. Kiya gets a 3 mile walk every morning. I know that’s too much for some dogs. If I’m looking in on your animal in your home I will go at the pace of your pet. I know these animals are our babies and I will treat them as such!

A typical day
I live very close to Grant park, freedom Barkway and Fetch dog park. We also have a small dog park at our apartment. We are very active and love waking with the fur babies.
