“Lowri was amazing! She played with Pip and Truffles and made sure they weren’t lonely while I was away for the day. They had a great time with her in my absence and it was nice knowing they were cared for. She sent pictures during the check ins so I could see how they were doing. Would love to have her check in on them again.”

“Gennaro fed my cat while I was away for three weeks. He did a fantastic job and communication was excellent. He was very proactive and even changed the batteries on my cat door when lights started flashing. Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again.”

About: I have had dogs continuously for 30 years, at all stages of life. - raised and trained four puppies, so I am happy to continue or implement any training you want. Also happy to get up in the night for toileting if necessary. - I’m fit and love exploring new areas, so happy to take dogs on nice long walks. I also have a good throwing arm for dogs obsessed with balls. - I’m patient and happy to take my time with senior/nervous/special needs pets. My philosophy is that bites and scratches are my fault for not doing something the way your pet wants it done. I love all animals equally, and have had the privilege to care for several cats, too :) I am self-employed and work from home, so I am very flexible with how/when I do my work. Basically, I work around a pet’s routine! I understand how important routine can be, especially when change occurs (such as you going away and/or meeting a new person!) so I will do my utmost to maintain those routines. I also understand how stressful it can be to leave your baby with someone you don’t know, so I’m happy to come meet you first if feasible, or at the very least do a video call. Don’t worry if your instructions are 10 pages long - I’ve had sitters too, I get it :)

“Tracy was extremely punctual, and understanding after a mixup with access to the flat! She spent some time looking after our puppy and took him for a little walk aswell as toileting and playing with him. It's nice to have people you can trust to come and check in on your dog when you're at work and Tracy is definitely one we feel comfortable with. Would highly recommend”

“Pablo was so sweet with our bunnies and made us feel secure while we were on vacation, always letting us know he arrived and communicated every step of the way! We are so grateful! ☺️🙏🏻”

About: 🎡 Waterloo based animal lover 👩🏻💻 WFH regularly and available for local drop in visits, walks, and daycare 🐾 former dog owner (mine stayed in Italy) 🙋🏻♀️ bringing love, care, and experience with energy and flexibility I am a Trainee Solicitor and work from home full time one week on and one week off (so every other week). During weeks that I am in the office, I am back around 7PM and am always wfh on Fridays. For all services we can coordinate what is best for you, your pet, and your schedule. I’m happy to travel a reasonable distance and am also available early in the morning or late in the evening.

About: I have joined Rover as I miss my family pets back home! Before moving to London I looked after my two family dogs, a German shepherd (Jake) and a border collie/German shepherd mix (Janet). They are very energetic and loving dogs. They like to just sit under the lemon trees in the backyard and go on long walks around the park. We first fostered them as puppies so I am comfortable with both younger and older dogs. I am happy to meet you and your pet prior to any walking arrangements to establish open communication, disclose any concerns, set goals, and answer any questions you may have. I currently work full-time. I am available for most of the week as I WFH half of the time. I try to sync up my daily breaks with the pet I am caring for (usually about every 2-3 hours). I try to care for the pets as they are my own. I make sure that there aren’t any potentially harmful objects around the apartment and that all doors and windows remain closed.
“Cara is absolutely amazing! She took care of my dogs as if they were her own and they really loved her! She was patient and willing to go above and beyond when I was scared one of my dogs was sick and she was overall just so great”

“Sevinj was an absolute star with our sweet Poppy! She took really good care of her while we were away. We contacted her with very short notice, she was super flexible and helpfu. She sent us lots of videos and photos and she’s was super sweet. We definitely recommend her and we will be booking her again in future for sure! Thank you Sevinj, absolute star 💖”

About: I began sitting dogs when I rescued my own, Polly, in a small Colombian town when she was just three months old. She’s now four years old, calm, well-trained, and incredibly friendly with both people and other dogs. In my family, dogs are part of everyday life—my sisters have a schnauzer, a husky, and a border collie, my brother has a cocker spaniel, and my mother also has a cocker. I’ve had the joy of caring for each of them at different times, and they all get along beautifully with Polly. Because Polly is so gentle, she naturally helps other dogs settle in, especially those with separation anxiety. Beyond my family, I’ve also looked after my partner’s sister’s dogs—a Boston terrier and a large 40 kg mixed breed—and several dogs from the friendly pet community I’ve joined since moving to the UK a year ago. One of Polly’s closest friends here is a nine-year-old Boston terrier, who I’ve cared for during longer stays of 10 and 12 days. No matter the breed, size, or personality, I adapt to their needs so they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Since completing my master’s degree, I work remotely from home, which means I can give dogs full-time attention. My days are already built around Polly’s care—we go for three walks daily, including time for play, sniffing, and exploring new routes. Having this routine makes it easy to welcome other dogs into our schedule without disrupting their needs. Because I’m home throughout the day, I can stick to your dog’s specific feeding times, walk schedules, and play sessions. I also prepare Polly’s BARF meals every two weeks, so I’m used to following precise feeding instructions, whether for raw diets, cooked meals, or kibble. With my flexible hours, I can accommodate early morning drop-offs, late pick-ups, or special routines, making your pet’s time with me stress-free for both you and them. I live in a spacious, pet-friendly studio flat with Polly. Although it’s a studio, it has plenty of room for dogs to move around, and a large, secure, fully fenced balcony where they can enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and people-watching. Polly loves lying out there, and visiting dogs often join her for a peaceful rest. When caring for dogs in my home, I make sure the space is safe, tidy, and free from hazards. I respect each owner’s preferences for feeding, exercise, and sleeping arrangements, and I’m attentive to special needs such as medication or anxiety management. I treat every dog as if they were my own—ensuring they feel secure, happy, and loved from the moment they arrive until the moment they go home.

About: With years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and everything in between, legal back ground and years of experience in rescuing animals, I offer a truly personalized pet sitting experience. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of both playful puppies and senior pets, ensuring each receives the attention they need at their specific life stage. I’m experienced in administering medications and providing extra care for pets with special needs, including senior dogs who require gentle handling. I’m also a passionate cat owner and foster parent, which means I’m not just a sitter—I’m a true pet lover. Your pet’s comfort, happiness, and safety are always my top priority. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine, as I’m available all the time to provide flexible, dedicated attention to your pets. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just offering companionship, I make sure your pet’s needs are met consistently. My schedule is adaptable, allowing me to accommodate last-minute requests or long-term care with ease. Your pet will always have the care they need, whenever they need it. Whether caring for pets in my own home or in yours, safety, trust, and a comfortable environment are my top priorities. In my home, pets enjoy a secure, pet-friendly space with plenty of room to explore, rest, and play. I ensure that all safety measures are in place, from securely fenced areas for walks to monitoring pets closely during downtime. In your home, I respect your pet’s familiar surroundings, sticking to their routine to minimize stress. I also take special care to keep your home clean and organized, ensuring your pet’s comfort and well-being at all times.

About: I have looked after small/mid sized dogs for years in my flat in Covent Garden. I work from home a lot as I'm self employed so can provide constant care, and am available on weekends. I am also very responsive on my phone and love to check in, so feel free to message me anytime! I'll probably be sending you cute pictures anyway! I am a working voice over artist (who largely works from home or in studios within a mile radius) so I'm very available during the week/weekends/bank holidays. I also work part time at a dog friendly gym near my flat. I have a lot of free time throughout the week and am a fan of fitness so if your dog needs a lot of walks, I'm happy to accommodate! I am happy to take the parents' lead on this, if you'd prefer your dog sleeps in a certain set up I am 100% happy to accommodate, I'm also very happy to have dogs sleep in my bed! My flat is on the second floor of our building (but am happy to carry dogs who are unable to climb, which has happened!) and I have two bedrooms and an atrium where the dogs can rest without access to the bathroom/kitchen areas. I also live near several parks/green spaces.

About: I have taken care of dogs all my life and well as cats and have 2 dogs myself which do not live in london right now. I have also raised 7 puppies at one time and love going on walks and am a very active person. I also have experience administering medicine for dogs and cats. I am self employed, this gives me the flexibility to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your dog, I spend lots of my time outdoors so long walks, playtime and fresh air are all a natural part of my daily routine. Your pup will slot easily into my daily life and they will get all the exercise and care they need. I live in a clean, comfortable one bed flat in Soho with plenty of space for your dog to feel at home. I do not have any pets of my own living in the house so my attention will be fully on your pup. There is space for crates if needed and I’ll make sure their environment is safe, calm and welcoming.
About: Ive owned a dog since I was 7 years old and before then I was always known as the neighborhood dog walker. I have now been sitting through Rover for about 3 years and have kept consistent clients since then. I have taken every opportunity i could throughout my life to spend more time around animals whether it was through dog sitting or walking the pets of others or just spending any free moment I had with my own dog. In addition to my personal pets I have also held multiple jobs where my primary respobsibilty was the care of animals. I was head volunteer and stable hand at a horse stable. I also volunteered at the Boulder Humane society for 7 years before I moved away to college. In this position I spent my afternoons cleaning, walking, feeding, playing with and just giving general love and care to the dogs of the humane society. I am starting my masters at UCL in the fall and I have a lot of free time on my hands until then. I would love to dedicate this free time and energy I have to giving your pets a vacation at home while you have a vacation away! I will ensure they never feel alone or get bored :). When caring for your pet at your own home I make sure to leave the space just as I found it if not better. I will fit into whatever schedule you prefer or have set for your pet and will comply with any request you have for specific care since I understand each pet is completely different and will need care specified to them. I want this to be the most stress free experience possible for both you and your pets and I will make sure to send you lots of pictures so you don’t miss them too much!

About: I actually started off caring for giant dogs from 5 years-old and worked my way through a myriad of both species and sizes over my childhood; by adolescence I came to realise that I just love animals, in all the infinite differences and peculiarities. But between you and me, I am particularly fond of dogs and cats. I typically work from home as a composer so disturbances are to a minimum as far as I am aware. Also, no need to fret - all ordinarily loud instruments are headphone jack-friendly. My house is gated with a respectably sized fenced back garden with the beautiful Queens Park in the immediate vicinity. There are a surplus of wonderful locations and other areas for walks around my location too.

About: I've always had animals in my life for the majority of my life in Italy, especially dogs. I've also taken care of parrots, rabbits and horses. I've had a Pomeranian for 12 years and in 2018 I had a Beagle that I took care and well trained. I moved abroad 2 years later first in Hungary where I've dog sitted several times a fox terrier and a Border Collie and then, at the end of 2022, in London . Currently I'm living with another Beagle of my flatmate that from time to time I also walk out and feed . Since I've always had dog around and I miss my Beagle boy I decided to join this portal to have the chance to still interact, play and take care of dogs. I'm a responsible and caring person and I love taking care of them, playing and interact understanding also when it's time to give them space thanks to my experience with my coallegues dogs and my owns. I'm working full time Mon-Fri but I really miss evening walk with dogs after work. On the weekends I'm completely free to take care of any dog with any need. For any other arrangments and requests I believe we can figure it out together :) I live in a flat with another person who is also a dog lover. I'd be really happy to take the dogs for long walks out, playing and taking care of them. I think of myself as a very responsible person and a great dog carer thanks to my previous experience and I would be more than happy to adapt to differents requirements and requests needed

About: Animal lover since always, with experience taking care of and walking dogs of different sizes, energies and personalities. I adapt to the needs of each puppy, offering safe, fun and loving walks. If you are looking for someone responsible, punctual and with a lot of desire to pamper your furry, I will be happy to help you. 💕🐶 Pet care fits perfectly into my routine, since I organise my week with enough flexibility to adapt to each family's schedules. I love spending time outdoors, so I enjoy including walks in my day to day. Whether in the morning, at noon or in the afternoon, I always have space to offer personalised attention, games and a lot of love to each furry. In addition, I prioritise maintaining a stable routine so that they feel calm and safe. I adapt completely to the routine that the animal already knows so that it feels calm and happy in its usual environment. I follow to the letter the indications of food, medication (if any), walks and care. I keep the space clean and, if you wish, I send updates and photos so that you are calm knowing that your pet is in good hands.
