“Roberta was amazing as always! We were able to have another amazing holiday knowing our boys were so loved everyday. This time one of them needed extra care as he was having issues with his teeth and she made sure he got the special treatment he needed. We are so happy :) thank you Roberta!”

“Amazing visit from Douglas! Our dog and cat instantly became friends with him (although our dog is not that type), and absolutely they enjoyed their time. Will ask him again next time.”

About: I have a maltese back in my home country with which I was living with for eight years before coming to England. I've had her since she was 2 months old so I am familiar with puppy training as I took care of her. We played, ate and went on walks together. She then gave birth to another four puppies which we had in the house until they were 2 months old, gaining further experience on puppy training. I have spent time with other small/medium sized dogs and also puppies when their owners were busy in London. I am familiar with London roads and taking pets on walks in these busy streets but also walked numerous times both hyde park and regent's park. I am experienced with dogs with fear of loud noises, being uncomfortable in small spaces and also afraid of other dogs. I am free to pet sit and walk when I work from home on Mondays and Thursdays and during the weekend. During the weekend we will be spending time outdoors - going on walks, going to parks, going to cafes/restaurants and sitting outside or enjoying a chill night at home. I live in a flat on the 7th floor without a balcony so there is no risk of escaping. My building is also gated and the building street is only moments away from hyde park to go for enjoyable walks. At home we will be chilling and watching TV as well as playing with pet toys, and when we are outdoors we will go for walks and or play at Hyde park/Regent's park
“Ruo Xuan took care of my very shy kitty for three days and I could not have asked for a better sitter! Not only she completed all the detailed tasks perfectly and efficiently, she really made efforts to lure out my shy and hiding kitty with love and compassion. My cat has NEVER opened up to anyone but family but he actually opened up to her in only two days! Even let her pet him. By day 3 he was completely relaxed and I could tell by the photos Ruo Xuan sent me, he completely opened up to her. I cannot be more grateful and finally I feel like I can go on more trips. Thank you!!!!”

About: I had my own Yorkshire terrier when I was a kid, since I moved to London 5 years ago I am taking care of small gods and puppies. My friends, family and other clients trust me knowing that I love their little ones and they can leave them with me with no stress for both owners and dogs! I’m currently working part time from home, so I am available most of the time when I am in London! Your dog will never be left alone! My flat is rug free, I don’t have any sharp objects, my home is always very clean as housekeeper is coming regularly. I always have space to put dog bed and pads. Very central location as well!
About: As a lifelong pet parent currently living an ocean away from my dog, I would be honoured to care for your fur babies in London. I have had pets all my life. Growing up, we had at least one dog and one cat at all times - often more than one! I always took a keen interest in taking our dogs in walks and playing with our cats. I have over 6 years of petsitting experience for friends and neighbors as well. I moved to the UK from the US in 2022, and I’ve been living without my sweet dog Sadie, who is staying with my parents in the US, for two and a half years now. As someone who considers their dog a member of the family, I know how important it is to have someone you trust who will give your pets not only what they need while you’re gone, but also love, attention and care. That is the kind of service I am offering. I work full-time but mostly from home. Based in Paddington, I can do several visits per day as I am well-connected to other parts of the city, and I am happy to do overnight visits as well. While I cannot bring pets into my flat, I will treat your home with the utmost care and respect. I go above and beyond to care for your pet(s) as well as your space. You can rest assured that everything will be in order when you return.

About: As a freelancer working from a quiet home office, I offer a low-stress environment. What sets me apart is the amount of time, presence, and calm attention I can give each dog. Your pet is never left alone and is part of my daily routine, not an afterthought. Always present to manage walks throughout the day and feeding schedules. I have 18 years of experience with pets, having shared my life with a cat for 18 years and a dog for 12 years. I work from home as a film editor, which means I’m present and attentive throughout the day and can easily adapt my schedule around a dog’s needs. Walks, feeding times, play, rest, and affection are built into my day rather than something rushed or scheduled around long absences. Because I work from home, pets are never left alone and receive consistent companionship, affection, and supervision throughout the day. I follow each owner’s instructions closely regarding feeding, walks, rest, playtime, and any medications, and I adapt care to each dog’s age, energy level, and personality.
About: Hello my name is Jules! I am 23 years old and currently a freelancer. I lived half of my life in London and the other half in Italy. I have 3 dogs back in Italy. I grew up surrounded by dogs and always had one by my side. Whenever I have time I always fly to Italy to go see my dogs, especially my 14 year old dog who unfortunately is very sick. My dog has had a long term illness for the last 6 years and I was always there to take care of her. One could say I am an avid dog lover. I have been always fascinated by dogs and how marvelous they can be. Any dog always puts a smile on my face. I believe any dog has a kind soul and can be a great friend! I’ve had a lot of experience educating dogs and have some tips and tricks up my sleeve. I am happy to meet your furry best friend and learn everything that is needed to create a safe comfortable environment. I am currently very flexible with timings as I am a freelancer that works from home. My schedule can easily be adapted to any of your pet’s personal needs. When it comes to taking care of pets either at my home or the owner’s home I first ask for their schedule, medical needs and what they like to do. I always will make sure to keep the surroundings safe and comfortable for any pet. I like to walk pets a few times a day to keep them active, this can change if they have any medical issues.
About: Hi there! 👋 I’m May - born and raised in Thailand. Growing up, I often took care of stray mama cats who often gave birth in our home, so I’m very comfortable around both cats and kittens. Later on, I had a Pomeranian named Mochi but sadly had to leave him with my family when I moved to the UK and I’ve really missed having a furry companion ever since. Since then, I’ve looked after my friend’s senior Jack Russell, Kai, for several overnight stays and recently had Winnie the Dalmatian (that’s us in the dp) stay with me for just over a week. We spent our time going on long walks, exploring parks and visiting dog-friendly pubs and cafés. I’ve also helped care for pets with health issues so I’m confident managing those kinds of needs too. Dec '25 update: Since starting on Rover a few months ago, I’ve been lucky enough to look after a few wonderful pups for different types of requests which has been incredibly healing and brought me so much happiness during my time off work. I’m super grateful to have met and spent time with so many amazing dogs :) As I’m now back at work, I can only accept bookings on Mondays, Fridays and occasional weekends. For boarding requests, please have a look at the additional details provided below to make sure it’s a good fit. I’m currently on a sabbatical, so I have plenty of free time to care for your pet. I’m available for morning and evening walks on weekdays and from 2pm on weekends. I can provide full-time weekday care (daytime only) and am happy to accommodate pets who need frequent toilet breaks or extra attention. Whether at my place or in a pet owner’s home, I aim to create a calm and comfortable environment where your pet feels safe and cared for. I follow any routines you provide closely, from feeding times to walk schedules and playtime. If I’m caring for your pet at my home, they’ll have plenty of space to relax, regular outdoor time and lots of company throughout the day. I’m attentive to their behaviour and needs, whether it’s giving medication, managing health issues or just providing extra cuddles.

About: Dogs are not just animals to me – they are family. With more than 20 years of experience, including rescue work, rehabilitation and fostering, I have cared for dogs with a wide range of personalities and needs. I have worked extensively with anxious, fearful and reactive dogs, helping them build confidence and trust. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a dog feel safe, loved and genuinely happy. I recently moved to London and am eagerly awaiting to bring my own dog over from Mexico. Until then, I would be delighted to give your dog the same care, attention and affection that I would give my own. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I enjoy taking long walks around London every day and live just a stone’s throw from Hyde Park and Regent’s Park, providing excellent opportunities for exercise, enrichment and outdoor adventures. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime or simply companionship, I can easily adapt to their individual needs and routine. Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness will always be my top priorities. I live alone in a spacious, calm flat where dogs can relax and feel at home. I believe pets should be treated as family, so well-behaved dogs are welcome on the sofa and, if permitted by their owners, may even sleep on the bed. I am happy to follow any training rules or routines you have in place and can accommodate special dietary requirements, including preparing fresh BARF meals. I will care for your dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive plenty of affection, attention and exercise throughout their stay.
“Dolo was very professional and reliable. I completely trusted her with looking after my precious cat and she did a great job. She kept me updated with regular reports and lovely photographs. Highly recommend!”

“Alice is the best!! She took such good care of my 10 month old puppy Holly! She is such a good communicator and I trust her. I highly recommend booking with Alice, your pet will be in good hands!”

About: I’ve lived with dogs all my life. Lola, Paolo e now Fidia. All rescued dogs! In January I went to Thailand to volunteer in a dog shelter called SoiDog for few weeks and I’ve learned even more about dogs, especially the shy dogs, the introverts and dogs that didn't have a happy life. I am also volunteering with a charity in London who helps homeless people and their pets. I would love to take care of your dog.
About: 30 years of pet care experience - ever since that first day we brought home our little golden retriever puppy. One of my earliest memories as it’s just so monumental and shaped my life and love for animals and nature. I still remember sitting in the backseat of my grandparents car holding this tiny sweet puppy. Since then I have owned/taken car of all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, chinchillas, Guinea pigs, degus, rats, hamster, mice, canaries, tortoises, turtles, frogs and fish. I have dealt with difficult dogs and cats over the years and can do it, though of course I prefer well behaved ones. I have also experience taking care of special needs animals and do not shy away from that, be it administrating medication or handling a paraplegic dog who is still full of life and enjoys running around with his wheelchair. It is my love for animals and nature that has been around my entire life and lead me to study biology at university. I work from home but am able to take breaks whenever nature calls and am able to always keep a close eye on your pet. The local dog park is a 5 min walk away. It is entirely fenced in, so that well behaved dogs can run off leash. Pets can roam freely in the pet safe flat. It is dog and cat safe - no poisonous indoor plants or access to medicine or cleaning chemicals.

“I felt really safe leaving my precious dog Pearl with Anna. I wasn’t disappointed. She took a great care of Pearl during my absence. I was getting daily updates with pictures. I highly recommend her petsitting. :D”

About: Growing up, I was always surrounded by dogs. From family pets to neighbours’ dogs, they were such a big part of everyday life, and I’ve always felt happiest around them. When I later spent a year volunteering at a local dog shelter, that love only grew stronger. It was amazing to see how much happier and more confident dogs became simply through love, patience, and attention. I also have a dog back home in Cyprus who I miss every day, which is one of the reasons I love pet sitting so much. Being able to spend time with dogs here fills a little piece of home for me. Since joining Rover, I’ve cared for many different breeds, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether your dog loves adventures, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping your pet company, I can adapt my routine to meet their individual needs and ensure they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When I walk dogs, I focus on creating a positive and engaging experience for them. I tailor each walk to their energy levels and preferences, whether they need a brisk exercise session or a leisurely stroll. I’m attentive to their behavior, ensuring they stay safe and comfortable throughout. During home visits, I provide personalized care by maintaining their routine and offering plenty of affection. I make sure they have fresh water, check in on their toys and bedding, and spend quality time playing and bonding.
“Laura looked after our cat really well. She was on time and sent us pictures/videos of them playing together. She made sure we were back home in case our flight would be delayed. We can only recommend her and we will definitely use her services again.”

About: As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring for your pets. I have my cat named Ely and so have experience with daily feeding, playtime, cleaning, and giving pets attention and comfort. I’m newer to dog walking but I’m responsible, patient, and eager to provide safe, loving care for both cats and dogs. I’m happy to follow routines closely and make sure pets feel relaxed, happy, and well looked after. With warm months coming I found myself spending more time on walks so decided to also offer dog walking services and drop in visits for cats and dogs as holiday season approaching I follow the instructions of the pet owner and make sure we are clear on what is expected. For dog walking I recommend to have an initial meet-up to see if the dog is comfortable with me.

Claire was very nice and very straight forward. She kindly came and met me ahead of looking after Paris for a few days. And she went above and beyond to make sure Paris had company and some fun game time. She also supplied some really nice photos. I highly recommend.

Douglas took wonderful care of our two maine coons, Basile and Cannelle, while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick responses and regular updates that gave us real peace of mind. He was reliable, respected the agreed visit times, and even brought toys to drop ins to keep the cats hunting :) . It was clear that he genuinely cared about their wellbeing. We came home to two happy, relaxed cats and would not hesitate to book with Douglas again. Highly recommended!

This is the third time we have used Michela. Michela is very reliable, kind and professional. She always sends daily updates. We have a very shy cat and Michela has shown how much she loves cats and has been so patient with Gucci. I highly recommend Michela and, we will definitely be using her again in the near future.

If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were her own, look no further. We will book with her again in a heartbeat and feel incredibly lucky to have found her. We absolutely adore Alba and cannot recommend her highly enough! 🐰✨ Leaving your pets behind while travelling is never easy, especially when you’re on the other side of the world but she gave us something every pet owner hopes for… complete peace of mind! 🙌🏻🤍 Every single visit came with thoughtful updates, lots of photos and videos and detailed notes about how the bunnies were doing. Not only did she show us our sweet little fluffballs 🐇🐇 but she also showed their food, water, hay, enclosure, and even that everything was safely secured and locked before she left which gave us such peace of mind.🔒✨ What we loved most of all was how much attention she paid to their personalities. 🥹💕 She would tell us about their funny little habits, what they were up to that day, who was being mischievous, who was being cuddly, and all the adorable details that made us feel connected to them even from thousands of miles away. Most importantly, we trusted her completely. ❤️ Even while travelling through India where communication wasn’t easy, we never once found ourselves worrying whether the bunnies had been cared for. We simply knew they were safe, loved, and receiving excellent care. That level of trust is priceless. ✨ She is kind, thorough, reliable, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals! 🐾🖤

I am generally an anxious dog owner, usually overthinking Joonie’s care. I have been delighted with Matt’s matter-of-fact approach to everything. He’s happy to be flexible and Joonie and he seem to have bonded. Matt’s a lovely guy and I’ll definitely be choosing him as my go-to person for Joonie-care in the future!

Julia was amazing with my cat, Coco. It was clear that she really loved her and was super happy spending time with her. Coco was well cared for, comfortable, and happy the whole time. She did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable cat sitter. 🐱💕
