About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with them, volunteered at animal shelters walking and caring for dogs, and have spent the last 10 years dog sitting for friends. In 2020, I adopted my golden retriever, Clyde, who completely stole my heart. After moving to London, I had to leave Clyde with my parents, so I’m currently missing my daily walks with my furry best friend! Joining Rover is the perfect way for me to spend time doing what I love while helping busy owners, knowing their dogs are in caring, capable hands. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely find so much joy in hanging out with dogs. I have a flexible schedule before I start graduate school this fall, so I can offer dependable walks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention! I’m starting graduate school this fall, so my schedule is very flexible right now. I’m available for weekday walks and can often accommodate last-minute requests. Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, a long walk, or some extra company while you’re at work, I’m happy to help. Your dog’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities! I’ll take the time to get to know your dog’s personality, routine, and any special needs before every walk. I’ll also keep you updated with lots of photos and messages, so you can feel confident they’re having a great time :)

About: I am a lover of dogs in all shapes and sizes, and would love to have some furry friends to keep me company while I work or walk around Islington. I have always had family dogs, and had two dogs of my own until last year. I am a professional woman that works full time from home for a big tech company. I live in a 2nd floor apartment so if your pup has an issue with their knees it might not be the right fit. I am comfortable with young pups, older ladies and gents who need a bit of extra care and anyone in between. My own dog also had puppies in 2021, so I know how to care for the really little ones as well or pregnant dogs. I have not worked for a service like this before, but I have always cared for my own dogs and often dog sat for friends and family's pets. The dogs in my pics are a mix of my faves - the black and white pup is my mum's dog Turkish, and the others are little ones I've looked after or hung out with. I work full time from home, and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I work from 9-5, and work in the living room where there is a sofa for dogs to curl up on and plenty of room for us to play. Best availability is Monday to Friday, but can have some availability over the weekends depending on travel plans. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, I have hardwood floors throughout the apartment and a sofa that is pet friendly. There are no other pets in this building. I live round the corner from a square with a park in it and a 10 min walk from the apartment is Highbury Fields (a lovely big park to walk around).
About: I love animals, and have taken care of pets for my whole life as I grew up with dogs and cats. I often dog and cat sit for friends and family so am used to a variety of ages, breeds and needs. I am also experienced with rescue animals and can handle some difficult behaviours, for example dogs who are unable to socialise with other pets on walks etc. Since moving to London, I miss my family pets so would love to meet and care for animals in my new area! I currently work part time and fully remotely, so I have lots of time both during and outside my working hours to look after your pets. I am caring and attentive and work hard to make sure all pets in my care are safe and treated well, as well as building relationships with them and making sure they're getting attention and exercise. I am at home every day whether working or not, so am flexible to have pets in my flat or yours, or go out for visits or walks. On my working days, my job is relaxed so I can go on multiple walks per day and any pets in my care will have my full attention. I live in a safe area with a walled balcony space or a private car park for toilet breaks, but am also close to lots of lovely big parks including Highbury Fields so it's the perfect spot for either walking or looking after and playing with pets at home. I'm currently working part time, so have lots of spare time to offer! I can look after your pets on weekdays or weekends, plus I work from home so can pop out for walks etc - whatever works best for you. I live in a beautiful, spacious flat in Islington near lots of green spaces. I don't have my own dog or cat so the space will be all for your pet.
“Julia dropped by to check in on Neo, took him for a little walk and played with him! She was very responsive and kept us updated throughout as well as let us know about Neo's tummy issues. Would highly recommend Julia”

About: I’ve been lucky enough to have had two of my own dogs, Callie and Leo, both of which I’ve trained since they were puppies. Leo became a wonderful therapy dog who would give the best cuddles to patients at my local hospice. And Callie was my little shadow everywhere I went 💕 Whilst at university I used ‘borrow my doggy’ to help care for other people’s dogs which was an absolute joy! I’ve also regularly looked after my friend’s cat, Timmy whilst staying at their flat in Brixton so house sitting is something I’m very comfortable with if needed. We, as owners, are so so lucky to have pets - they really do become a huge part of the family and I will gladly help in anyway I can to look after yours xx I am currently taking time off from my full time job as an Interior Architect so I am available during the week as well as weekends. I live close to Highbury Fields which is where I love to go for walks already so having a dog to join me will be an easy transition. I live with my partner, who also loves dogs. We have a large, fenced garden which is perfect for dogs of any size. Furniture wise, we don’t mind having animals up on the sofa/bed or can happily keep them off if that’s preferred by you.

About: I recently moved to London and miss having my family dog around, so would love to spend some of my free time taking local dogs on walks and giving them plenty of attention. I have always grown up around dogs and am caring, reliable, and genuinely love their company. I have a flexible daytime schedule and would be happy to tailor to your dogs routine! I’m currently searching for a new job and therefore have no schedule during the days, this allows me to be very flexible and available. I have a fenced garden with plenty of room to play around in and am also located nearby all the local parks / good walking routes.
About: I have been around dogs my whole life. We had a black lab growing up, and then my very own pooch, Izzy who was an Akita x Collie, so definitely a handful but so wonderful. Since moving to London, and losing Izzy, I’ve definitely been missing a pooch partner but not quite ready for one. For the last 4 years I’ve been on borrow my doggy, had 3 long term pooches, mostly for day care but sometimes overnight too. I currently work from home 100% of the time, I’m also a freelancer so have complete control over my own schedule, meaning your dogs needs often come before my own 😅 Dogs are welcome on our sofa and bed, and of course my lap whilst I work, depending on how big they are 😅 I stop regularly for belly tickles. We also have a shared fenced garden, and are very close to a dog park.
“Adam took great care of my cat while I was away for a whole week. He sent thoughtful notes and pictures that helped a lot . Adam is kind, polite and clearly loves animals. I really recommend him and will go for him again in the future. Thank you Adam!!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs all my life! I used to have a Doberman that my sister and I shared, that required quite intense training and behavioural work as he was a rescue. I am currently in between work so have free time on my hands! Super friendly and experience with dogs. I m currently in between work, so have more time on my hands and a flexible schedule! I m doing some consulting and work on my own business from home, but try to be active and go on lots of walks. I have a fenced small garden, and spend a lot of time there during the summer. Inside I have a spacious 1 bedroom flat. I allow small dogs on my lap/sofa.
“Noa was wonderful - very kind, reliable, and kept us well updated throughout. She quickly built a great bond with our cat and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. We’d happily book her again!”

“Milena was amazing with our cat Oscar. She minded him over the Christmas holidays and sent so many pictures playing with him, with him on her lap, and giving him pets. I didn’t worry about him at all, the communication was great and I knew he was happy with her. I’d highly recommend her, she gave our cat a lot of love and care.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 10 years old and was always involved in their daily care and routines from a very young age. Growing up around them helped me naturally understand dog behaviour, and how important consistency and affection are for them. A huge part of my childhood was growing up with two Dobermans and Great Danes, so I’ve always been around large dogs with strong personalities and lots of energy. They shaped me massively growing up and taught me responsibility, patience and confidence around dogs from an early age. Two years ago I got my own dachshund, Chef, who completely changed my life and made me feel even more connected to dogs. Having my own dog has given me much more hands on experience and helped me understand how much trust owners place in the person caring for their pet. Chef is my family, and I would treat any dog in my care with the same level of love and attention as I do with him. It’s also been lovely experiencing both sides of dog ownership, from growing up with big breeds to now having a smaller dog with his own funny personality. Over the last decade, living in different countries also gave me opportunities to do pet sitting and spend time caring for different dogs. I currently work in a hybrid role, which gives me flexibility for pet sitting during the week and weekends. I’m used to daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, supervision and making sure dogs feel happy and well looked after while their owners are away. I work in a hybrid role, which gives me flexibility during the week and weekends for pet care. As a dachshund owner myself, I’m already used to daily walks, feeding routines, playtime and making sure dogs feel comfortable, safe and well looked after. Creating a calm and safe environment for pets is very important to me. I always make sure dogs have fresh water, regular toilet breaks, exercise, attention and plenty of supervision. Having my own dachshund has taught me a lot about understanding dog behaviour, body language and routines. I would always treat someone else’s pet with the same level of care and patience as I do with my own dog.

“Tre-Emmanuel is a wonderful cat-sitter! Tre-Emmanuel took great care in learning about our cats and their needs and provided timely updates and was extremely communicative. Highly recommend!”

Anna was professional, friendly and caring. She was reliable and took the time to understand what our cats needed. She stayed in regular contact with us while we were away and provided photos and updates, she went above and beyond to make sure our cats were healthy and happy. We would 100% recommend Anna and hope to have her look after our cats again in the future.

Celina looked after my furry friend for a couple of days, and it was their first time meeting. She followed all my instructions carefully and sent me photos after every visit, which was really reassuring. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing that everything was going well at home. I came back to a very happy cat! :) 🐾 I’d happily recommend Celina to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter.

Helen was a fantastic cat sitter. We were very nervous to leave our anxious cat for the first time but Helen was great. Showed great patience and understanding in cats which was really reassuring. We enjoyed seeing the photos at the end of the day. We would definitely use Helen again and recommend her to everyone!

Sarah was absolutely amazing with our cats! She kept us updated with lots of lovely photos and messages, which really put our minds at ease. The cats were super happy and content and clearly had a wonderful time. Sarah was also fantastic at giving medication to our poorly cat and took such great care of them both. I felt completely comfortable and knew they were in safe hands while we were away. I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter and would definitely rebook Sarah again. Highly recommended! 🤩✨

Zoe was fantastic. From the start, she made sure to ask all details about the cats, including their preferred toys :) During the period I was off, she sent many updates, including photos and videos. The cats were very relaxed around her. We can tell she really likes taking care of them. Thank you, Zoe!!!

Paula took wonderful care of our cat for a month while we were away. She was reliable, caring, and kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was clear that our cat was happy and well looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Paula again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy cat sitter.
Cannot recommend enough! Greta is very very reliable, attentive, gentle, careful. She has looked after Maya twice now. Every visit, she sent regular updates and pictures. My cat was super affectionate with her so I think I am speaking for my cat as well when I say that she is a great cat sitter 🐈⬛
