About: Hi! I’m Sai, a Hackney local working from home but also on the move locally, which makes me a natural fit for the dog who needs a proper walk rather than a quick lap around the block! I’m comfortable with bigger, high-energy breeds as well as smaller companions who just want gentle company — I spend plenty of time around a German Shepherd (my boyfriends dog based in Norway), so bouncy and strong doesn’t faze me. I also know how to make sure your pet is well taken care of: reliable timekeeping, clear updates, and plenty of photos so you always know how walks and stays go. When I’m not walking, I’m teaching yoga and stay active, so patience and energy aren’t in short supply. I’d love to become a familiar, friendly face in your dog’s week. About: Hello! I’m Lucy, and I’m truly passionate about caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’ve raised my own little terrier, Maya, from puppyhood through to senior years; I know just how much love, patience, and understanding this entails. I also volunteer with Underdog International, a fantastic dog charity in my spare time. Through this, and my own experience, I’ve cared for a wide range of dogs - young and old, anxious and outgoing, energetic and laid-back. I’m confident in all aspects of care, from walking and feeding to bathing, playtime and administering medication if needed. If your pet has specific needs, just let me know when you book as I’m always happy to accommodate. I currently work a four day week from home, Monday-Thursday alongside my partner Oli. We’re both civil servants with flexible schedules, so between us, your dog with have plenty of company and opportunities for walks and play! We live in a spacious two bed flat in Hackney Central, with no pets of our own and no children. There’s access to a large gated garden and we’re just an 8 minute walk from London Fields. The bottom line is that your dog’s wellbeing and safety is always my top priority. I provide a calm, supportive and secure environment and follow your instructions closely. I’m always happy to accommodate special routines, dietary needs or quirks to ensure your dog feels comfortable and safe.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs since I was born, and in my adulthood have never lived without a pet. My senior dog, Oliver, recently passed away and I’m looking to put my pet-caring skills to good use. I work full-time in an office, so I am only available for pet care on the weekends and weekday evenings. I am happy to do drop-in’s on the weekdays and boarding on the weekdays. Reach out if you have questions and I’ll see if I can accommodate something outside of that range. I am happy to provide whatever the pet needs - whether it be trips to the park or cuddles and attention. I live near London Fields so am happy to take your dog there to expel some energy and have a good sniff. I live in a first floor flat, so just know that dogs with mobility issues will have to be okay with being carried upstairs.

About: I’ve always been great with dogs and naturally calm around them. Friends regularly trust me to look after their dogs, including longer sitting, feeding and walks around East London. I currently help care for my friend’s chihuahua, Queenie, who’s become my little sidekick, as well as my friend’s staffie, Pablo. I’m very attentive, patient and genuinely enjoy being around dogs and getting to know their personalities. I’m based in Hackney and already spend a lot of time walking through London Fields, Victoria Park and the surrounding areas, usually clocking between 10–20k steps a day, so dog walking fits very naturally into my routine. I’m 36 and currently writing my debut novel, so I spend a lot of time walking, thinking and being outdoors anyway. I understand how important trust and communication are when someone is caring for your dog, so I’ll always make sure owners feel updated, reassured and confident their dog is being well looked after. I work flexibly and spend a lot of time walking throughout East London already, so pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding and sitting during weekdays and weekends, with flexibility for morning, daytime and evening care depending on availability. I enjoy long walks and outdoor time, so I’m happy tailoring walks to suit different dogs, whether they’re energetic and playful or prefer a slower, calmer pace. I’m attentive and very aware of how important trust is when caring for someone’s dog. I always make sure dogs feel safe, comfortable and settled, whether that’s during walks, home visits, or sitting in an owners home. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, behaviour and anything specific owners would like me to be aware of. I’m respectful of peoples homes, keep communication clear and will always provide updates and photos where helpful for reassurance. I’m also mindful around other dogs, busy roads and environments, and I’ll always prioritise a dogs safety, comfort and wellbeing first.

About: I have many years of experience caring for dogs through looking after my own Whippet Collie cross, Basil, as well as regularly caring for my girlfriend's Whippet Malinois, Obi. Obi often stays at my house when he needs looking after, so I'm comfortable managing dogs in a home environment and maintaining their usual routines. Through caring for both dogs, I have experience with different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. Obi weighs over 25 kg and is a strong, lazy but active dog who requires plenty of engagement, while Basil is around 12 kg. This has given me confidence handling both smaller and larger dogs on walks and in everyday care. While I haven't professionally walked a large number of dogs, I have spent a lot of time around dogs and enjoy their company. I am reliable, patient, attentive to their needs, and committed to ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while in my care. I'm currently on summer holiday from university meaning I have lots of time and no other commitments. I can give full attention and flexibility. The garden has a 6ft fence and I am close to multiple parks including Victoria Park, London Fields and Hackney Downs. I am able to show up almost any time of the day.

About: I have grown up with dogs and was responsible for walking and taking care of our family dog throughout high-school. I have also taken care of neighbours pets whilst they were on holiday. I love dogs and spending time out doors. I work remotely so am very flexible with when I can do visits/ walks. I work full-time from home so have a lot of flexibility to help out as needed for your pet! I like to go for walks before and after work to break up my days which I would love to have a companion on hence why I’ve signed up for Rover! I have a fenced patio at my home if full day sitting is required. It is large enough for a medium size dog to be happy.
