About: I’m certified in Advanced Pet First Aid (Level 3, VTQ, CPD Accredited & TQUK endorsed) I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and cats with different personalities - from playful puppies to the calm and elderly. While I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I grew up with family pets and have become the go-to sitter for friends and family. Over the years, I’ve been recommended to friends of friends too, which means I’ve looked after a wide range of pets and routines. What sets me apart is my mix of practical experience and ongoing learning. I’ve read extensively on pet behaviour and training, and I’m planning on completing an IMDT qualification to deepen my knowledge. Living next door to a vets also gives extra peace of mind. I’m also hoping to welcome a Belgian Malinois into my home in the new year (not yet found), a decision I’ve spent years researching and preparing for. I’ve gained experience caring for a wide range of pets in the meantime, so I know I’ll be ready to give this intelligent, high energy breed the dedicated time and attention it deserves. I work from home, which means I can easily adapt to your pet’s routine and give them plenty of time and attention. I have a very flexible schedule, including mornings and evenings, and have often accommodated last-minute bookings. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy long walks in the nearby parks and green spaces, so energetic dogs will get the exercise and stimulation they need. For pets who prefer a calmer pace, I’m just as happy providing quiet company, playtime, or cuddles throughout the day. Your pet will never be left for long stretches - I can build regular breaks, walks, and interaction into my daily routine to make sure they’re always comfortable and cared for. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I live alone in a spacious three-floor flat with a large, secure terrace that’s pet-friendly. I live within a stones throw of plenty of parks and green spaces and I’m also right next door to a vets - giving extra peace of mind in case of emergencies. When pets stay with me, they have plenty of space to explore, play, or simply relax in a calm environment where they’re never left unsupervised for long. I stick closely to their usual routines - from feeding times to walks to bedtime - so they always feel settled and at home. When I’m looking after pets in their own home, I treat your space with the same respect I do my own and carefully follow all instructions. I know how important consistency is, so I make sure your pet’s routine runs smoothly. I’ll always agree on a communication plan with you - whether you’d like regular photo updates or just the occasional check-in, so we can work together in the way that suits you best.

About: I love (most) animals, but dogs in particular embody the essence of unconditional love for me. Their presence always grounds me, and they always put a smile on my face. Since officially becoming a petsitter on Rover in April 2023, I have had the pleasure of caring for different breeds varying in size, age and temperaments. Whether training, feeding, grooming, or general day-to-day care, my priority is to ensure that each pet is comfortable, happy and safe, and that pet owners feel confident and at ease. I currently live with my mum, Jenny, who has helped with care over the past two years. As we both have a flexible working schedule, we can more easily rearrange our schedules to cater to your pup(s) as needed.  ——— I grew up with my parents’ St Bernard, Bubbles, who started my lifelong love for dogs. As a toddler, she was the dream companion - she played with me delicately, let me sleep between her legs while she lay on her side, and would even let me hop on her back. When she left, I felt the emptiness she left behind. And since mum said I had to wait till I was older to get another dog, I would befriend the dogs I bumped into on my way home from school to fill the void. When I was home, I would often watch movies, shows, and videos with dogs in them, read my dog encyclopaedia, and even drag Mum out to pet stores whenever I could. Eventually, I convinced Mum to let me have another dog, and that’s how we got my poodle Woody! I was so excited to have my wish become a reality! I learned to train him, which included handling, potty training, socialising, basic commands, and fun tricks like playing dead, brushing his paw over his face, and fist bump. We also did some obedience training (e.g. manners around doors/dinner time, boundaries in the house with furniture and rooms). Later, Mum attended a basic grooming course and learnt how to perform simple grooming maintenance for him. Woody quickly became my best friend and a core member of the family. Having cared for him through his late years, Mum and I are very familiar with the extra needs that come with caring for a senior pup, including administering oral medication, picky eating, and changes in behaviour and preferences. Once he started to have mobility limitations, we got him a ramp so he could still reach his favourite spots on the bed and couch. We also explored various foods and feeding methods to encourage his appetite. Being able to spend this time caring for him before he passed is a privilege I will cherish forever.  I first started dog sitting for friends and family, and was later asked to help train their puppies. Working in pet care has deepened my understanding of different personalities and needs further. The opportunity to work and play with the different breeds I used to see in my encyclopaedia is a dream! I love forming new connections and understanding each animal I care for, as the challenge of figuring out what works for each pup is part of what makes this job so fulfilling. My goal is to provide a loving and comfortable environment where dogs feel happy and well-cared for. To achieve this, I believe in a collaborative approach with owners, allowing us to understand their wants for their pets, as well as their pets' unique needs and personalities. Both Jenny and I work in pet care full-time, so one of us is always available to care for your dog as needed. After over two years of dog-sitting together, we’ve developed a great system that helps ensure your pup feels comfortable and loved. We have a communal garden in the estate where many dogs come for their walks. Brompton Cemetery and Normand Park are a quick walk away, and Brompton Park is a few minutes down the road! With our attentive care and a lot of affection to share, I hope your pup(s) will feel at home staying with us. You can expect updates on your pup, and I love to take photos so I will send you adorable pictures/videos of them too! As a previous dog owner, I completely understand the anxieties around leaving your pup, so I hope this will brighten your day while you’re apart. About: I grew up constantly surrounded with dogs, at one point we had 5 dogs. Because of this I learned at a very young age how to take care of dogs. For the past 3 years I’ve been the full time caregiver of our 4 dogs ensuring a balanced biologically appropriate diet and mental and physical stimulation alongside my school life. Growing up with so many dogs allowed me to learn a lot about dogs behaviour and therefore I am very capable of taking care of dogs with any personality as I have taken care of multiple senior dogs with low mobility and many medications. On the other hand I’ve also raised 3 very well mannered puppies (Including a crazy daschund). I’m currently attending university but my hours for pet care are flexible. Please contact me before making a booking as my schedule changes quite frequently. I just moved to a new apartment where there are no other pets. It is a very secure, safe community where I have a 3x5M room where your doggy will be sleeping with me and a 6x3M living room, there is also a large courtyard with a lot of greenery where your dog will be taken out as frequently as you request.

About: I love animals... and they love me too. As a child it was 'the bigger the better' with horses and dogs but now, being in the city and not countryside I've developed a keener appreciation for smaller dogs and pets. I am Irish and in Ireland, I personally owned a Rottweiler, Labrador, Border Collie, German Shepherd. I was longterm carer for Siberian Husky, Norwegian Elkhound, Chihuahua, Cavalier King Charles ... among other breeds I love variety and don't mind / enjoy a dog that is a bit rambunctious or has plenty of character - I am pretty tolerant of all kinds of behaviour and am well accustomed to assuaging more challenging creatures. Though I admit I really am not a fan of vocalisation. I still have noisy dogs often and try and encourage them to diminish this habit. I've left my corporate job as an innovation consultant and am frittering away my time minding pets, volunteering and modelling and all kinds of various whimsies so am flexible at the moment. I am happy to meet and get to know your lovely pet - look forward to meeting you both. I am freelance and live by Holland park so available throughout the day. I do a schoolrun Mon- Fri 8.30am & 4.30pm Typically I am at home or around Kensington during the day so dogs can be with me all the time - except larger dogs that are not allowed enter shops, which will have to hang in the house or garden when I pop to Waitrose / stores. I am the only sitter on Rover locally that offers a full 3 level house and garden. The house is 3 floors of which dog has access to two and the garden. A cat will typically wait on middle level as its safest in terms of escaping through front / back door (knowing what we do about their savviness and speed!) Our home has natural wooden floors and is light, bright and airy. The garden is enclosed with a wall and fence and totally secure. And a spare room with rug and sofa for a quiet space if needed. I typically board only one household at a time for comfort of the animal but occasionally can allow a mix if it suits and pets are sociable. I know plenty of dogs and local pets in the area also to socialise if desired.

About: I've lived with dogs from age five and would love to be friends with your dogs. Back in Georgia, I have a 14 years old cockapoo and 25 years old turtle. I have experience with stray dogs as well so spending time with your doggos will be a simple pleasure to me. Share your own rules and your pets and I will obey them. I have plenty of time to play and walk with your dogs just let me know ahead. During weekdays perfect time for dog walks are from 10 to 17. I will pay double attention to your dogs when I walk them. I don't want them to swallow or touch anything bad when they are with me. You have to share your own rules and routines and I can learn/adapt quite fast. I try to schedule everything when I have requests. Sometimes I am free all days depending on my other projects. Sometimes a fixed schedule is applied. I try to adapt and do whatever the owners ask. I can not keep dogs at my place as I am currently renting a room.

About: I work from home with your pet! 90% of my clients are repeat and regular clients. I have experience administering medications to cats, which may be applicable to dogs. I have always loved dogs and have had multiple family dogs (golden retrievers and shitzhus). I am a lover of dogs of all sizes and personalities, and have a fine attention to detail and behaviors. I try to love all dogs like my own, think of their happiness and wellbeing always. I am a doctoral student currently writing my dissertation, so my schedule is entirely flexible because I can work from anywhere and any time. I can work around you. I come to you, and am comfortable providing services in a variety of homes and flats. For walking, if you have a preferred area or location I am happy to go there, or if you’d like me to just walk them in parks and play I’d be happy to do that as well. Off-leash would only be appropriate if your dog has been trained or is being trained with being off-leash. If you’d like someone to pop-in, I can come to you and hang out with your pooch all day, or do short check-ins. For dog- sitting I would spend as much time with your dog as you’d prefer- I can stay with them full time until you return.
