16. Tamara P.
“Tamara's sweetness truly knows no bounds, especially when it comes to caring for our senior schnauzer, Blassy. As an older pup requiring extra attention, including medication and careful handling due to cataracts, Blassy needs someone with a gentle touch and a heart full of compassion. Tamara not only met but exceeded these needs with flying colors. Her tender care and unwavering patience with Blassy were nothing short of remarkable. She diligently ensured that Blassy received her medications on time and handled her with the utmost care during walks, considering her limited vision. Tamara's attentiveness to Blassy's unique requirements provided us with an immense sense of relief and gratitude. Despite her age and health challenges, Blassy thrived under Tamara's care. Her soothing presence and loving demeanor created a safe and comforting environment for Blassy, allowing her to relax and enjoy to the fullest. Tamara's dedication to Blassy's well-being went above and beyond our expectations. She not only fulfilled her role as a pet caregiver but also became a trusted companion and friend to our beloved furry family member. We cannot thank Tamara enough for her kindness, patience, and exceptional care. Blassy is truly fortunate to have her in her life!”
17. Nefer Nika M.
“Nefer Nika is a mum of two dogs - one who is a Cocker Spaniel who is 1 year and 1 month and the other a Cockapoo who is 8 months. They are both very friendly and playful with other dogs of different genders and sizes. They are also trained and very well behaved which is a reflection on how good of a pet caregiver she is. They are wonders to be around even when they are excited and I would 100% recommend her to any pet owners for their furry friends because she is very trustworthy, reliable and great with pets.”
18. Louise H.

About: Taking care of dogs is a form of meditation for me. My sister and I adopted our dog, Canela, almost two years ago. While in Colombia, I was the main responsible for Canela's wellbeing (I'm currently studying a masters at UCL here in London). From the beggining, we created a special bond based on trust, love and A LOT of play and exercise. Playing and exercising was a very special "us time" for Canela and I. We used to go for walks to different parks, so she could explore new environments and rely on me for guidance. We used to play tug of war together (sadly, Canela is not into fetch) or socialize with other dogs. This constant stimulation and physical exercise derived in Canela being a very calm dog that was able to rest when she was at home and stay calm in coffee shops and restaurants. Before Canela, I used to take care of some of my friends' dogs, from puppies to adult dogs. My friends knew that I was always paying attention and playing with their dogs when I was with them. Apart from that, I was following the rules they had established at home, so they and their dogs could relax. I'm currently studying a masters at UCL. Now that term 2 is over, I don't have to go to classes. I have plenty of time to write my dissertation (more than I want to, to be honest), so I decided to do something I really enjoy with the extra time I have. Walking and playing with dogs is a meditation for me. While going for a walk and playing with dogs, I pay fully attention to them, which allows me to be present and relaxes me. Not one but me will be responsible for your dog when they are under my care. Your dog will be in good hands and receive proper love and care, while respecting the boundaries and rules they have at home. Dogs thrive under well-established routines and rules, so I want to adapt into your dog's habits and help you maintaning them. Before taking care of your dog, I would like to know how they are: their personality, their fears, what they like, what they don't. And also what are the rules you established for them, inside and outside your home. In that way, I can tailor the home care and the walks to your dog's needs.
