“Rosalia is an amazing carer; it’s the first time we’ve left Gris with someone else for a whole day - as a rescued Galgo with a history of mistreatment, she takes a very long time to trust a new person. Gris really enjoyed playing with her dog in the backyard, and spent most of the time sleeping (a sign that she’s comfortable). We can’t thank Rosalia (and her family) enough. Truly a treasure. I really mean it, I was nervous because it was our first time using the app, but Giuli and Pato made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we met them, days before we left for our holiday. They sent photos and updates constantly, took him on walks everywhere, and spoilt him as if he were their own. They gave him so much love and playtime that he was genuinely happy; you could see it in every photo and video, and it was obvious when we picked him up too. They followed every instruction we gave them, and honestly, we couldn’t have felt more calm knowing he was in their hands. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after Futuro the way they did.
