I received regular updates throughout the week - photos, little notes about how he was settling in, and general check-ins that really put my mind at ease. His home setup is perfect for dogs. Gus had plenty of space to play and explore, and he absolutely loved spending time with Bailey (his new best mate). It was clear he was happy and stimulated the whole time. Fernando was professional and thoughtful. He asked all the right questions about Gus’s routine and temperament, offered a full tour of his home, and even suggested a trial visit beforehand - which I really appreciated, especially knowing Gus can be selective with other dogs. It’s rare to find someone so considerate about a dog’s individual needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Fernando again. Christian & Gus 🐾”

Left my furbaby Elphie with Anke and family for a few days - received videos / photos and could see my puppy was having a fun time. When i went to collect Elphie was pleased to see me for a few mins but then wanted to stay with the family ( :-) ) which is a compliment to the family. Matilde looked after CoCo for the bank holiday weekend , Matilde was absolutely fantastic! Meeting beforehand really helped ease my anxiety, and she was professional, polite and incredibly reassuring throughout. She asked all the right questions about medication, feeding, and any specific needs, and kept me regularly updated during the stay. A lovely, safe environment where you can leave your dog completely stress-free. Highly recommend, will defo book again x ❤️🐶
Daniel and Brian were amazing! They took such good care of Sunny and he had the absolute best time with them (and little Ashford ❤️)! I was a little nervous at first about leaving him for five nights, but the daily updates, photos, and wonderful evening reports from them both really put my mind at ease and meant I could relax and enjoy my holiday even more.. Holly was brilliant from the very beginning. She met our dogs in the park before booking, which gave them reassurance straight away and helped them feel comfortable. She was very easy‑going, patient, and answered every question we had. Her communication was excellent — always responding quickly and keeping us updated throughout the stay with daily photos, videos, and messages. She is incredibly reliable, and our dogs came home happy, confident, and clearly very well cared for. She even took extra care of our little one who unexpectedly came into season during her stay, which we really appreciated. Holly went above and beyond by helping us unload and load all the dogs’ belongings — such a thoughtful touch. Her dog Ruby must have been a lovely influence too; our two definitely enjoyed being around her. We would absolutely recommend Holly and will definitely be returning. Thank you again for everything, Holly — you were amazing.
Jeanett has been amazing with Ivy. She looked after her for over two weeks while we were on holiday and kept us updated throughout with lots of photos and videos. It was wonderful to see Ivy having so much fun, especially playing with Jeanett’s dog, Argos, they became great friends! Jeanett took Ivy everywhere she went, and it was clear that Ivy was treated like part of the family. We felt completely at ease knowing she was so well cared for and truly felt at home. We would highly recommend Jeanett to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter, and we’ll definitely be leaving Ivy with her again very soon.
Upasna and her partner were both amazing. I’m often very nervous about leaving Luna with strangers but they did everything to help ease my mind while away. Frequent photo and video updates, multiple times a day, and very responsive to messages. Highly recommended, they were great!
I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after my dog for 10 days. Oscar was exceptionally well cared for from start to finish. He has an eye condition that requires treatment three times a day, and she followed his medication routine perfectly, giving me complete peace of mind. She also made sure he had plenty of walks, attention, and affection every day. It was clear that she genuinely cared for him as if he were her own. I really appreciated the updates and knowing he was happy and safe while I was away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter.
