I received regular updates throughout the week - photos, little notes about how he was settling in, and general check-ins that really put my mind at ease. His home setup is perfect for dogs. Gus had plenty of space to play and explore, and he absolutely loved spending time with Bailey (his new best mate). It was clear he was happy and stimulated the whole time. Fernando was professional and thoughtful. He asked all the right questions about Gus’s routine and temperament, offered a full tour of his home, and even suggested a trial visit beforehand - which I really appreciated, especially knowing Gus can be selective with other dogs.
