“We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Ludovica and her boyfriend took care of our little Chloe for a couple of nights and they were absolutely amazing. They kept us updated all the time with photos and videos, letting us know everything Chloe was up to. They were super kind, flexible and truly caring. Chloe was so happy with them that when we came to pick her up, she was excited to see us, but you could tell she was also a bit sad to leave. She doesn’t usually bond so quickly with new people, which tells me just how fantastic they are! If you want someone who will treat your dog like family, look no further. “Merve is a dog lover and a dog whisperer! Our dog (Bella, a German Shepherd) is quite anxious being separated from us but she took to Merve very quickly and had an absolute ball staying with her and her family. They really love, care and bonded with Bella, spoiling her with affection, play, walks and letting her be one of the family. She was allowed on the sofa and bed, given toys to play with and Merve sent literally hundreds of photos while we were away. We could tell by the pictures how much Bella was enjoying her stay with Merve, she looked so happy and relaxed. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Bella, it was a relief to have her boarded with someone who took such good care of her, and meant we could relax and enjoy our time away. We weren’t sure if Bella would ever want to come home after our holiday! We highly recommend Merve!! She’s brilliant. Jack and Geetha”

“Ally was wonderful. She was available last minute and so accommodating and friendly. As we arrived she greeted and welcomed us with her boyfriend Andrew. Lucky, our rescue cat settled in virtually immediately and nothing was too much trouble for Ally, who went out of her way to get a last minute litter box as I forgot to bring one! We were going through a move and needed a safe place for Lucky for a few days so he was away from all the chaos and I could set up his new space. I had some concerns about Lucky as I rescued him myself off the streets and he’s only ever known our home. He was scared and tentative about everything at first, but settled in really fast becoming a pretty confident outgoing boy, but I was worried how he’d react in another home. I explained his history to Ally as well as my concerns and she understood completely. She has grown up with cats and understands all their quirky ways. She reassured me and made Lucky’s area comfortable as well as removing any objects I felt he might take too much interest in, such as wires! Andrew was also great, making sure to check all the plants in their home were cat safe. Ally was amazing with updates. She sent daily updates with photos and a story about Lucky’s antics! She was available to take calls whenever we called and we found her to be highly organised, responsible and reliable. Lucky had a wonderful week, he clearly felt so content and comfortable. Next time Lucky needs to stay anywhere, he’s staying with Ally❤️”
