“I highly recommend Ed as a dog sitter. He looked after my cockapoo overnight and was great at communicating and giving me updates throughout. My dog was returned to me very happy and very tired! Thank you 😁”

“if we could give them 10 stars we would!! 🌟🐕 benny is SO excited to see them each time — which honestly melts our hearts 🥹💖 they clearly love what they do and it shines through in every interaction. we feel so lucky to have found them!!”

“Merve was amazing! It was our first time using Rover for a pet sitter, and although our pup can be fearful with strangers, Merve and her family made him feel completely at home. I felt at ease leaving Benji with them because I saw the care and patience they had in helping him settle in. Communication was great, and the photo updates very much appreciated. I highly recommend Merve and would absolutely book with her again.”

About: I’ve taken care of family dogs for most of my life, and have been trusted and relied on many times to look after my friend’s dogs. I am a freelancer so I work from home, so I am incredibly flexible. Working from home means I am very happy for the chance to go on long walks with your dog! The flat is a medium sized ground floor flat, meaning quick access to the outside if needed. The back yard is a communal astro-turfed lawn/space, enclosed by a gated fence, closeby to several grassy spaces and parks.
“I had to find a last minute cat sitter and Gulsum very kindly agreed to have my cat in her home for the day. She was so welcoming, nice and friendly and very obviously loves animals! She was also looking after a little dog and I could see how happy he was to be there with her. I felt very comfortable and confident leaving Reg the cat with her. She sent me pictures and a video to keep me updated. I would definitely ask her to pet sit again. What a genuinely lovely person.”

“Dizzee loved his stay with Naoko! She sent plenty of updates and photos throughout, which was really appreciated and put our minds at ease. He was happy and settled the whole time. We’d book again in a heartbeat!”

“Jerry had an amazing time with Katherine and Matt. He got lots of walks and love, and I got lots of updates about how he was getting on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to look after their dog 🐶”

“Wen Min was an excellent sitter to Cashew. She watched him for 2 weeks while we were travelling. She asked many questions about Cashew & let him get to know her ahead of staying. She was incredibly communicative with lots of sweet photos & videos - as well as reached out if she had any concerns. We would definitely trust Wen Min to watch Cashew again!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our dog Hermes while we were away on holiday. Angela was kind, reliable, and made sure Hermes got his medication every single day, which gave us great peace of mind. He looked happy and well when we came back, and it was clear he had been in loving hands. Angela has such a warm and caring energy — we’re truly grateful for the attention she gave him, and we’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“Sav loves her sitters! We were sent lovely photos, which we really appreciated as was our very first time leaving her. She came home relaxed and well cared for. We love that they have such affection for her and it really put our minds at ease that they provide a loving warm environment. Thank you for taking such great care of her 🐾🤍!”

About: I have owned dogs since I was 10 years old and have experience dealing with a wide array of breeds and temperaments. Growing up in the Irish countryside, we had high-energy boarder collies (5 over the years) who needed a lot of stimulation and exercise throughout the day. My partner James and I now live in London with our Labrador-Spaniel cross, Tayto, who is 5 years old. We have a big flat 2 minutes walk from Finsbury Park where we take him most days to play ball, sniff out interesting smells and run around. We're also close to Clissold Park, Chestnuts Park, The Parkland Walk and Woodbury Wetlands so there are plenty of options for outdoor activities at any given time of the day! Tayto was crate trained as a puppy so we are comfortable working with dogs who follow the same routine, however he is now allowed on the furniture and your dog will be too! We are very comfortable with all breeds and needs and look forward to meeting your four legged friend and getting to know them better. If your dog prefers more solo time, we can take pick them up at your home and drop them back, however for any dog-sitting in our home, they will need to be happy around our dog Tayto who is medium sized (22kg). I work from home at least 3-4 days per week and my partner James is at home for the other 2 days of the working week so there is always someone around. We have pretty flexible schedules so just let us know what your needs are and we can accommodate as much as possible. We are currently only accepting requests Monday-Friday but there is potential to accept weekend requests on a case by case basis in the future. Important: If staying in our home your dog dog must be comfortable being around another medium sized dog. We have a 5yr old labrador/spaniel cross called Tayto who we take out for walks 3 x per day so your dog will have plenty of opportunities for exercise. We crate trained Tayto from 8 weeks old (though he now sleeps in his bed/on the sofa) so are comfortable sticking to that routine if needed for your pet. We can administer medication and are very familiar with using various mental stimulation methods for dogs who are particularly high-energy and need more than just a walk/ball thrown for them!
“Lok is lovely and she's providing daily updates of activities and pictures 😍. I will definitely book her again in the future and will absolutely recommend her to any other dog owner. Thanks a lot again for looking after Velvet!”

“My dog Ruby had a fun packed time staying with Wen Hei It went very smoothly with lots of up dates I am very happy to recommend her and hope to book her again in the future Jenny”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. I myself owned two rescue dogs from that age, so am experienced with nervous dogs with separation anxiety. Over the years I have done several dog sits for family friends and strangers over the summers. I currently work from home 4 days a week and live near a beautiful reservoir so have plenty of time and a lovely area to walk dogs. I have a large open plan living room and kitchen with plenty of space for a dog. Other than that a whole lot of love to give as I’m missing my own dogs!
“The perfect sitter! My cat was well looked after with Arina and came back even calmer than I left him, as his first time being away from home I couldn’t recommend her enough to make your pets feel safe & comfortable. Great with updates and response times too. Thank you☺️”

“First night away from us, but Adriana was a wonderful host and he soon settled in and made himself at home. adriana kept me updated with photos and it was very clear when we collected him that he had had a lovely time.”

“Jennifer was incredible in taking care of our fur baby, which is a puppy! Leaving Bonnie for 12 days wasn’t easy, but with Jennifer’s regular updates we felt more at ease! Jennifer’s two little boys were lovely with Bonnie, keeping her busy with lots of playing and cuddles! Will def be returning!”

Yagmur was fantastic with my dog. Everything went smoothly, and I could tell my pup was genuinely happy and well cared for throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was Yagmur's communication - she shared photos with me every single day, which meant I could check in and see my dog happy and doing great. It made me feel confident and at ease while I was away. If you're looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter, Yagmur is absolutely the right choice. I'd be happy to book with her again anytime!

Alice was fantastic with Kano from start to finish. She made him feel completely at home, allowing him to settle in comfortably and treating him like one of her own. He enjoyed some lovely walks, and it was clear he was well looked after and happy throughout his stay. Alice was also incredibly responsive and flexible when I needed to change the timings, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, reliable, and accommodating to look after their dog.

I cannot speak highly enough of Fred and her partner Seth. They provide wonderful care that is professional and loving. We left our senior Cockerpoo for a week she has diabetes and poor eyesight so I was naturally concerned about finding the right sitter. Fred was amazing from start to finish she looked after Rosie so well giving twice daily injections and keeping us updated on how she was doing. Rosie even had a pamper session and tons of cuddles and belly rubs. Fred is a real professional sitter and from the first meet I knew Rosie was going to be in good hands. Fred and I had a meet up and then Rosie had a one day stay so she was familiar with where she was going to stay. This was so reassuring for me and really well organised. Fred was excellent at communication and always responded to any question by return. Every picture I had of Rosie she was smiling. Fred made sure Rosie’s stay was a really rich experience even introducing her to new toys that she could enjoy despite her impaired vision. On the last day Fred and Seth were wonderful with the handover meeting us on the way back from the airport. If you are looking for a loving professional stimulating experience for your little one Fred is the sitter for you. A huge thank you both for looking after Rosie so well.

Emily was amazing! I could not have asked for anyone better to look after Luna on such short notice. It is clear how much she loves and cares for dogs. Luna was happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after when we picked her up—she almost seemed reluctant to leave and come home! I greatly appreciated Emily’s kindness, communication, and the many updates and photos she sent throughout Luna’s stay, even when I wasn’t able to reply. I would happily trust Emily to look after Luna again. As a fellow Doberman owner, I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter. Thank you, Emily!

An excellent dog sitter. Grace is a lovely human being. She listened well to all the specific needs of our labrador and took great care. She gave him his regular medication during our absence. She kept us informed during the whole trip and amasked questions whenever she was in doubt. Unfortunately, our lab developed a health issue and that too when we were unreachable. Grave showed excellent pressnce of mind and took him to our vet clinic even though it was little away her. She had to take him twice and took great care of him. We were so lucky that she was there to be with him during this time. We recommend her without hesitation.

Beatriz and Jack were wonderful at taking care of our dog Gobi while we were away for a week. They kept us updated with photos and videos and we could see our dog was very happy with them. Our dog even needed some medication and special food from the vet and they were so accommodating by going to our local vet to pick up the meds and food and giving it to her. We will definitely reach out to Beatriz and Jack again to take care of our dog!

We left our lively nearly 3-year-old dog with Yasmin for 12 days. This was the first time we had ever left her. As soon as I met Yasmin I felt sure Nala would be safe with her. Yasmin really listened to the information we gave her, at the same time being flexible about finding ways to settle Nala and creative about how to get her stay to work. While we were away, Nala had an upset tummy for a day or so, and Yasmin checked in with the online vet via our insurance. She was just really thoughtful about meeting Nala’s needs, keeping us up to date in a timely way and sending pics of Nala having fun!

Iosif and Irene are the ultimate sitters. They’re attentive, kind, communicative, wonderful people, who we’ve booked multiple times to care for our Pads. Every time we’ve felt no stress knowing Iosif and Irene are looking after our girl and we’d trust them every single time. They’re the best!

Evelin was such a great dog sitter – I’d happily book her again. She was really flexible and easy to arrange things with, and her communication was always clear and quick. She took amazing care of our 10 month old golden, and it was so nice knowing she was in safe hands. I loved getting all the updates and photos while I was away. Would definitely recommend Evelin to anyone looking for someone kind, reliable, and great with dogs!

Wen Min was an excellent sitter to Cashew. She watched him for 2 weeks while we were travelling. She asked many questions about Cashew & let him get to know her ahead of staying. She was incredibly communicative with lots of sweet photos & videos - as well as reached out if she had any concerns. We would definitely trust Wen Min to watch Cashew again!

Kathleen was absolutely amazing with Ralphie. She sent regular updates and asked questions to see what Ralphie might need while he stayed with her. It was obvious she has experience with dogs, and really loves them. She was very attentive to Ralphie especially considering he has separation anxiety and needed medication administered daily. I’d recommend Kathleen without a doubt !! ❤️

Our cockapoo Beanie stayed with Katie for 11 nights. Katie was absolutely brilliant. Beanie obviously had a great time, settled very quickly and had a lot of fun playing with other dogs. Katie sent frequent updates and photos which we loved receiving while away. Katie is a first-class dogsitter and very highly recommended!
