“Klaudia is very kind and gentle. She was super patient with my Dexy who is an anxious older boy. And she was really communicative when he was feeling restless. :) thanks to her giving him time and space he eventually snuggled up to her which he doesnt do with everyone !”

“Lara has a lot of experience with rescues and it shows! She is clearly a natural with nervous dogs. Ours fell in love with her almost immediately and as I was leaving June was asking for belly rubs - not something she’s comfortable doing with many other people! Lara communicated with us really well, sent lots of photos and left the flat clean and tidy. Your pets are safe in her hands!”

“Becki is fantastic. Such a lovely girl. I was very worried leaving my 16 year old dog with someone who she doesn't know. Family members normally have her when i am away but this time for 1 week that was impossible. Becki put me at ease and made a fuss of Millie. Becki stayed at my house and on arriving home last night, my house was cleaner than when i had left. Becki sent me pictures everyday and kept me informed about Millie all the time. Honestly she is such a find and i feel very lucky. Going forward i will definitely ask Becki to look after Millie again and i can't recommend her enough. A zillion gold stars for her :)”

He has lived in our home in Auckland and also at a beach property in the upper North Island while caring for our busy, interactive, attention demanding dog. When we mention his name she is ready, waiting at the door to greet him with much enthusiasm and excitement. Freddy has always cared for our dog and home as he would his own. I feel very comfortable giving him the keys to my house as I know he is responsible and clean, when I came back from my holidays everything was exactly as I had left it. It is important to me to have a pet sitter I can really trust as my cat Dandy can be a little temperamental and needs someone who is patient with him, it is clear that Otavio knows how to take care of cats. He also made sure to send me updates regularly which gave me a real peace of mind.
