“Justina was amazing! Our dog Alfie has separation anxiety and is usually wary of strangers, but made him feel completely comfortable. She took great care of him and kept us updated.”

“Kon is an excellent dog sitter and truly goes above and beyond. (He regularly spends over an hour in the park with my dog). Kon is both responsible and professional, and I’m happy to recommend him!”

About: Hi, I’m Jeni. I’ve always been the person who stops to say hello to every dog I pass, so this felt like a really natural thing for me to do on the side. I work from home full-time, so I’m around during the day to keep them company rather than just popping in and out. I know dogs can get lonely when their owners are away and, honestly, I enjoy the company just as much. I love getting out for walks, being outdoors and giving dogs the attention, play and fuss they deserve. I’m clean, tidy and respectful in other people’s homes, so if I’m staying overnight, I’ll make sure both your pet and your home are well looked after. I’m happy to help with walks, feeding, overnight sitting and general care, and I’ll always treat your dog like they’re my own. I can also send updates and photos so you know they’re happy and settled while you’re away. I work from home full time, only occasionally going into the office (usually once a week), so I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day. I'm fortunate to have an understanding boss, which makes it easy to adapt my schedule when needed. I'm an early riser and, because I spend much of the day at my desk, I enjoy getting outside for regular walks. Looking after a dog would fit naturally into my routine and give us both a reason to stretch our legs. I'd love to offer boarding, but unfortunately I live with housemates who have allergies, so I'm only able to provide care in your home. I'm reliable, tidy and respectful, and I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. I'll follow your pet's routine as closely as possible, give them plenty of attention and affection, and keep you updated with photos so you know they're happy and in safe hands.
“This was the first time we left our 7 month old Boxer puppy Munro. We felt very comfortable leaving him with Dolo. Dolo knew how to manage him, ensuring he was happy and well cared for. I would definitely ask Dolo to look after Munro again and I know he would be very happy to see her. Thank you ☺️”

“Zoe was amazing with our dog, Aggy. She jumped in very last minute for an overnight stay, kept us up to date with texts and pictures. She took great care of Aggy and our flat, I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to others.”

“Najma was amazing!!.Not only did she respond super quickly, she did last minute even, staying longer, bless her than we planned ,as I was running late getting back. My dog looked super happy,I got a pic from the park, and got good communication throughout. Najma is kind and thoughtful. My dogs exercised and now curled up in her bed. Thanks Najma!! Don’t hesitate to hire her!!”

“Lili was great. She is punctual and very communicative, she followed the schedule Eddie is used to in order to ensure he would feel comfortable with her. I also enjoyed seeing pictures of Eddie whilst I was away, made me feel very comfortable about having left him with her. Big plus is that Lili was also extremely tidy in the flat, but most importantly I could really see that Eddie enjoyed his time with her.”

“Claudia saved our bacon at short notice too! When we returned our two dogs were very relaxed (Claudia was by this time was ‘under a pile of dogs’. Heaven for them. Thank you so much Julia & Nick Happy New Year!”

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I had a Jack Russell from just a few weeks old until he was 16 years old, so I've experienced every stage of a dog's life, from puppyhood through to old age. In his later years he developed dementia, arthritis and heart disease, so I understand the extra patience, care and attention that senior dogs need. Because of that, I have a real soft spot for older dogs and I'm confident caring for pets who need a slower pace or a little extra support. Alongside owning dogs, I have experience dog sitting and house sitting, caring for dogs in their own homes and helping them stay happy and settled while their owners are away. I'm comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes and am particularly good with nervous or shy dogs, always taking the time to let them build trust at their own pace. I work part-time as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS, where I support people every day with compassion and patience. I bring that same approach to caring for dogs, taking the time to understand each dog's individual needs and personality. My aim is always to make sure your pet feels safe, loved and comfortable while you're away, giving you complete peace of mind. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you always know how they're getting on. 'm happy to follow your dog's usual routine, including feeding schedules, medication and any specific instructions, to help them feel as settled and comfortable as possible I work part-time as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. I'm mainly available for house sitting, dog sitting and dog walking at weekends, with some weekday availability depending on my work schedule. I'll always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise and company, while sticking to their usual routine to help them feel relaxed and at home. When caring for your pet in your home, I'll always respect both your space and your dog's routine. I'll follow any instructions you leave, including feeding schedules, walks, medication and bedtime routines, to help your dog feel as comfortable and settled as possible. I understand that every dog is different, so I'll take the time to get to know their personality and needs, whether they're energetic, shy or enjoy a slower pace. My priority is making sure your pet feels safe, happy and loved while you're away, and I'll keep you updated with regular photos and messages for complete peace of mind.
“Yik Ching Ira has taken excellent care of our Labrador Retriever in our flat during day time, taking her out for walks, feeding her, playing with her, etc. We have contacted her again. Thanks Ira!”
“Alice was so wonderful with Tuii and Lulu. She was so happy to take them to the park for lots of fun walks and she shared photos of their fun time together. Alice stayed in touch through the day and was very responsible with them. We definitely will use Alice again and would highly recommend her services. I felt so secure knowing she just adores dogs and is a lovely kind and gentle person. Thank you 🤩”

“Beatriz was amazing! They kept us up to date the whole time with pictures of our puppy, even coming a few days beforehand to meet our pup and make sure they were familiar to each other. We had complete peace of mind knowing Beatriz was with our dog, and so well looked after Thank you so much Beatriz!”

Pet owners share their Rover experiences - Chelsea
I left my 19-year-old cat in her care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Communication was always excellent from start to finish. She took great care of both her feeding routine and medication without missing a beat. Most importantly, my cat—who usually keeps her distance—actually slept next to her for the very first time! That truly spoke volumes about how gentle and trustworthy she is. On top of that, she took wonderful care of the house and left everything in great condition. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing pet sitter!

Chiara was a dream cat-sitter! She took amazing care of our cat Louie while we were away to get married. She sent us lots of updates and her communication was excellent. This all made it so we were able to relax and enjoy our special day. She was so lovely with Louie and it was obvious he was very confortable with her. We came back to a relaxed and happy cat. She even left us some flowers as a wedding gift❤️ I would 100% recommend Chiara!

Sara is a really wonderful catsitter. She is super-reliable (has never let us down), really loves cats and understands their needs for cuddles and attention. We have two - a cheerful mixed breed and a neurotic Burmese - and she is brilliant with both. She always leaves the house immaculate and we always return to happy and well fed cats. Couldn’t recommend more strongly.
Ash was absolutely lovely and took great care of Yoshi. They had a great time together with lots of playtime and cuddles, and the photos and updates she sent were very reassuring while we were away. She is reliable, trustworthy, and clearly cares about the pets she looks after. I would definitely book Ash again! 🤗

Elaine took amazing care of Peach and Pebble. They felt comfortable and liked her right away, our girl cat who’s shy even let her give belly rubs! When a cat likes someone you know they are a great person. Elaine left our house spotless, was very respectful and considerate. She also sent us amazing photos and updates, we highly recommend her as she exceeded all expectations and left us feeling calm and secure that our cats and house is in safe hands!
