I really couldn't find a better person than Vanessa to look after my very timid rescue dog for the three days I was there. As I didn't arrive earlier in London we couldn't meet before boarding. But we did exchange a lot of messages beforehand and I got the impression that Vanessa seriously cares and knows how to deal with insecure dogs.
