For example, she kept our husky cool during the heatwaves by providing lots of ice lollies and cooling pads without any guidance from us. I could trust her with giving my dog medication and taking her to the vet and the groomers. She treats dogs like family members and lives in the perfect dog friendly area, allowing her to take doggies to the local dog parks, or bigger London parks.
