About: I am a former teacher now working in tutoring and book publishing. I volunteer for two animal rescue charities, The Stray Cat Club and Protected Paws, driving them to vet appointments and their fur-ever homes. I have owned cats my whole life and currently have 3 - one senior, one mama cat and one baby! I’m experienced in feeding, grooming and changing litter. I have dealt with spicy cats, nervous cats and strays. At university, I also got into dog sitting. We would walk and work from client’s houses to take care of their dogs. I often dog sit for my dad and family friends and enjoy going for walks with the pups! I work from home flexibly twice a week but only need to go into work at 9:30 so have plenty of time for morning visits. I drive so am able to get around my local area with ease. I’m an early riser and late sleeper so can be flexible around your pet’s schedule. My pets are my pride and joy and want for nothing! Cat trees, fancy litter trays and raised bowls? Sorted. I know how it feels to want to go the extra mile for your furry friends and I’d take care of them as my own.
“Ellie has been very reliable and easy to deal with. She’s quick to respond, follows instructions carefully (even the slightly fussy ones!) and Oscar has taken to her well. It’s reassuring to know he’s well looked after, and I’d happily recommend her.”

About: Hi! I’m Mary 🐾 I’m a London-based dog lover who’d absolutely love to help take care of your four-legged friend! I currently work from home 2 days a week, so I have plenty of flexibility to give your dog lots of attention, company and cuddles throughout the day. I’ve grown up with Black Labradors, so having a dog has always been a big part of my life. Since moving to London, I’ve really missed having a dog of my own, which is why I love having the opportunity to spend time with and look after other people’s pups! While living in London, I’ve regularly looked after my neighbours’ dogs, including a Cockapoo and a Dachshund. This has given me experience caring for different personalities, routines and energy levels, from walks and playtime to feeding and simply keeping them company. I’m caring, reliable and active, and I’ll always make sure your dog feels comfortable, happy and well looked after. I’m also very happy to follow their normal routine and any specific instructions you have. I know how daunting it can feel leaving your dog with someone new, so I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages while they’re in my care. Your pup will get lots of love, attention and, of course, plenty of cuddles! 🐶❤️ I’d love to meet you and your dog, so please feel free to get in touch! I’m in the office 3 flexible days a week (Tuesdays are mandatory office days). Otherwise I work from home and have weekends free. I go on lots of long walks so adding a dog to that would be no problem. I have a garden and am close to many big parks for long walks. I have a fenced in garden attached to my basement flat. It is away from main roads and surrounded by lovely families with children and pets. Being on one floor it’s easy to move around for older and smaller dogs.
“Ziggy loved being walked by Alex, she’s found herself an instant best friend. He listened and was patient with all my requests I had about Zig. He understood all her commands and all her mannerisms. I trusted Alex fully and will be sure to use him again! Thank you :)”

About: Previous experience caring for my friends/ partners dog’s while living with them, giving me hands-on experience with day-to-day dog care. I’ve also helped with basic training, teaching commands such as sit, paw, wait and ‘round and round’. I’m responsible, patient and attentive, and love keeping dogs happy through walks, play and unlimited affection. I’ll always make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable and well cared for. I work from home 4/5 days during the week, normally in the office on a Tuesday but I can be flexible on this if needed - please just ask! This means I will be able to go for regular walks before, during lunch and after work to nearby parks to suit your dogs needs. I can also make myself available for weekends ahead of time so again - please just ask! I have a fenced garden with a patio and grass area so they will be free to enter in and out the house throughout their stay. With plenty of space for them inside to make themselves feel at home & relax.

“Cooper seems to have enjoyed his first walk with Daiane. He looked really happy on the lovely pictures she provided! Daiane seems passionate and eager! She responded to messages well and was always in good contact throughout. I definitely will use her again!”

About: Growing up with dogs, I understand that they are a loved family member with unique needs. I look forward to being their best friend and carer. Working from home means I’m always around to keep your dog comfortable, whether that’s mealtimes, walks, or just curling up together on the couch. I live near several parks and love nothing more than a good walk (or multiple) followed by a relaxed evening in. Your dog’s safety is my top priority. My home is secure, comfortable, and set up to keep dogs relaxed, with space to relax or play. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay, so you always know how they’re doing. You can trust that your dog will be treated with the same care and attention I’d want for my own.

About: Hello! My name is Niamh and I live in SW London with my partner, Andy and our 2-year old Welsh Springer Spaniel, Murphy (he's the little red and white guy in my profile picture). Andy and I both grew up with dogs as kids and we're pretty easy going as owners- dogs are allowed on the furniture and upstairs etc. (provided they pay the cheese tax, of course). Murph usually spends his day curled up like a croissant or on neighbourhood watch from the back of the sofa while we work. We work from home most of the week and have Tooting Common right at the bottom of our road (60-second walk) so given we're in there every day, at least once per day, and our flat is quite spacious, we thought it would be nice for a furry pal to join us during the day, for a weekend, or simply for a walk on the Common. We take Murph out at lunch and play with him constantly throughout the day but thought a playmate would potentially be more fun for him (and them)! Murph is great with other dogs and has only every been playful and good-tempered towards them. :) I work full-time, often from home and flexibly. I could look after your pet for a full day, evening, for a full week or weekend... and they would have a furry playmate! I live in an upstairs flat over 2.5 floors, lots of comfy spots for your dog to have a snooze and we have Tooting Common at the bottom of our road- we're in there every day!
“Libby was great, she came early for Frodo’s first walk to ensure that she had all the details needed. I get a sense that she is very responsible and Frodo was very happy to go on his walk with her. Will definitely use again for both house sitting and walks, thanks Libby glad we found you.”

“Ssheila and Noah are great! They take LouLou out with Melo for a proper walk and run around, LouLou comes back shattered each time. They go above and beyond and are truly the best!”

“Jessica is great with Nala. I feel totally worry free when I’m at work that she’s being very well taken care of. I was delighted when Jessica told me she’d even refilled Nala’s water bowl whilst I was at work.”

About: My husband and I have our own two-year-old schnoodle, I was a regular Borrow My Doggy borrower before getting her and I've had a family dog my whole life. I would love to meet yours! I work from home most of time so am free for full day care at my home or drop-ins/walks at lunchtimes, before/after work (timings flexible). I have a secure garden (tested by my own dog!) and happy for dogs to be on the furniture. My own dog is playful, friendly and always happy to have company.

Felicity is wonderful! She kindly arranged a meet and greet beforehand to make sure we were aligned on my dog's needs and habits. She became fast friends with Chubbs, and he was so excited to see her again for their walk. Felicity is incredibly communicative before, during, and after visits, and sends lots of updates and photos. She is a kind, responsible, and compassionate dog lover, who I would absolutely recommend and book with again. It gives us peace of mind knowing Chubbs is in good, caring hands!

Grieg and Courtney been amazing with my dogs, and I'd highly recommend them for dog walking or care. One of my dogs struggles when meeting new people, but they worked very patiently with him and were able to move past this. Now the dogs both love them and are clearly very happy whenever they arrive to take them out.
This was Jenna’s first week of walking Harley & it went even better than I could have hoped. Harley took to Jenna immediately which is a bit unusual as she can be reactive on initial meeting. They both seemed to enjoy their walks together. Harley is a very contented & tired dog when she comes home & Jenna gives me great feedback & really seems to enjoy herself. This is a weekly recurring booking & hope that it can continue for a long time

Natasha is an amazing dog sitter! I trust her truly , and I always feel at ease knowing Kubra, is in her care. She is kind, reliable, and genuinely loves dogs. Kubra is always happy and excited to see her. I honestly wish I could keep her all to myself because she’s that good, but she deserves all the recommendations in the world. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter and would highly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring! 🥰😊🧡

Emily has been wonderful with my dog, Zaya. As a nervous rescue, Zaya can be easily frightened by loud noises, so earning her trust takes a lot of patience and understanding. Emily has been incredibly kind, calm, and caring, helping Zaya grow in confidence at her own pace. It's lovely to see how relaxed, happy, and comfortable she is with Emily now. While we have occasionally found Friday arrangements a little difficult to coordinate, this has never detracted from the excellent care Emily provides. Overall, we're very grateful for her patience, dedication, and the positive impact she has had on Zaya.
