We have experience looking after both dogs and cats, and we understand how important it is for owners to feel their pets are safe, happy and well cared for. I cared for my own cat for 17 years, so I know how much patience, routine and trust matter. We’re calm, gentle and responsible, and we’re happy to help with feeding, walks, playtime, drop-in visits or simply keeping your pet company. About: I grew up in the Somerset countryside, where there were often more animals than people! I've had dogs and horses for as long as I can remember, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I also regularly house and pet sat for local families, often caring for multiple dogs while owners were away on holiday. Since moving to South West London, I really miss spending time with my family Labrador, who still lives at home with my parents. That's a big part of why I joined Rover. I genuinely love being around dogs and would love the opportunity to give yours the attention, exercise and care they deserve while you're busy or away. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality, routine and individual needs. Whether it's an energetic dog that needs lots of exercise or an older dog that prefers a gentler pace, I'm committed to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and safe. I work a flexible hybrid job, which means I can work from home most days and can provide company and attention throughout the day. I typically work 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break, giving me time for a proper walk, as well as regular short breaks throughout the day for toilet breaks, playtime or cuddles. I'm also available for walks before and after work. While I occasionally go into the office, I have flexibility around my schedule and can plan this around bookings where possible. I find that most dogs are happiest in their own home, so I generally prefer to care for pets in familiar surroundings where they can stick to their normal routine. I'll make sure they receive the same level of care, attention and exercise they're used to, helping them feel safe and settled while you're away. If your dog stays with me, they'll have access to a secure fenced garden and a calm home with no other pets. I'll make every effort to maintain their usual routine and ensure they feel comfortable and settled.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover based in Fulham, offering a warm, safe, and loving home for your dog, as well as reliable drop-in visits for other pets. I’ve had dogs my entire life—both large and small—and currently share my home with my friendly 5-year-old miniature dachshund. Over the past 10 years, I’ve also regularly dog sat for friends, so I’m very comfortable caring for different breeds, personalities, and routines. I live in a spacious home with a secure garden, just a 2-minute walk from South Park. We’re also close to beautiful walking spots like Eel Brook Common, Hurlingham Park, Bishops Park, and the Thames river paths—perfect for relaxed strolls or more energetic walks depending on your dog’s needs. Dogs in my home are treated like part of the family. They’re welcome on the furniture and can sleep in the bed if that’s what they’re used to. I always aim to keep their routine as close to home as possible so they feel comfortable and settled. I’m home full-time and can give your pet plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. Their safety, happiness, and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I do not work so your pet will be my top priority. I take my dog, Oscar, out for 4 walks each day. We like to walk to South Park, Eel Brook, Parsons Green, Hurlingham and Bishop’s Park. We also have a small garden. Dogs are allowed on the furniture or in the bed if they want. My dog does not use a crate but I can crate your dog if that is your preference. We have a 24 hour vet a quick 5 minute walk away in case of any emergencies. I also have a baby gate closing off the entryway to my house so no risk of accidental escape out the front door.

About: I grew up on a farm and have lived with animals my entire life, especially dogs including alsatians, labradors, retrievers, yorkies, jack Russell’s and daschunds! I rescued Bernie a German wire haired pointer x vizsla in 2019 who sadly passed away at the grand old age of nearly 15. Although I don't have a garden, I live 5 minutes away from Wandsworth Park and live right by the waterfront, perfect for walks and fresh air. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel relaxed and secure while you're away. Although I don't have a private garden, I'm just a 15 minute walk Wandsworth Park and have the waterfront right on my doorstep, providing plenty of opportunities for walks, exercise, and outdoor adventures. I'll always follow your dog's routine and ensure they receive the care, attention, and supervision they deserve.

About: I've grown up with dogs, cats, tortoises and fish and I'm well used to walking, cleaning, feeding and interacting with pets. I love to ensure they are happy and well looked after. I work from home so I can generally cater for a wide range of needs. I'm happy to work from your home if there's a good setup. I recognise that pets have a wide variety of needs and I'll work with you to ensure a thorough understanding in the care your pet needs. I mostly work from home so my Monday to Friday availability is generally quite good. Pets can either be in the same room as me, or kept separately if preferred. I'm also able to pop in quite frequently to ensure they are well looked after. My home is child and pet-free and it's only me around during the day. It is clean, tidy and quiet. There are plenty of green spaces around too for a variety of walks if needed.

About: I’ve had dogs since before I can remember and am absolutely obsessed! If there’s a dog in a room, i’m making a beeline. At my family home we have a Springer Spaniel (12), Golden Retriever (2) and a adorable little Shih Tzu x (13) so I'm very used to looking after all different breeds and ages. I am fully flexible with working from home but also have a very dog friendly office within a walking commute - will easily be at your dog’s side every minute of the day. I live in a spacious two floor flat with secure gated front garden, we’ve had family dogs come and stay before and the size is ideal for all breeds. It’s also a perfect location just a two minute walk from a large park and many more just a short walk away - so lots of lovely walks nearby.

I’m based in Wandsworth London and have a flexible routine, making it easy to fit dog walks, sitting and plenty of one on one attention into my week. I’m available for regular or occasional bookings. About: I am an experienced cat-sitter with several regular bookings - I really enjoy catsitting via Rover as I get to meet so many gorgeous kitties 🥰 My job is very flexible, I work in the city 2-3x a week and wfh the rest. I can easily arrange to drop-in to see your pets in the morning and/or evening. I have a good understanding cats body language and I would be extremely cautious to ensure indoor cats are not let out. I want to make sure their home environment is comfortable for them - ie top up their liquid, clean their litter trays, make sure they like their food.

About: My family has had three dogs in my lifetime, all of which I helped to train. Rosie, my perfect princess goldie, lives with my parents in Somerset. She, like me, really belongs in the countryside. I’ve recently been made Godmother to my friend’s beloved dachshund - a position I take very seriously ;) - and over the course of three years, I looked after four dogs in London through BorrowMyDoggy. I’d love to meet you and your little one, and see if we suit! I freelance from home two days a week and do occasional temp work, go on regular walks (with or without pups), have all the doggle love that should be going to my golden retriever while I’m not home - up for donation - and otherwise it’s just house work or exercise. A dog fits seamlessly into that routine! I live in a spacious flat near Wandsworth Common, with dog bowls and a dog towel. I have bountiful energy for proper dog walks and - with your permission - will take your pup to a local cafe for a coffee x pup cup date.

About: Hi, I’m Ciara. I grew up with a Golden Retriever, Jack Russell and a Bernese Mountain dog in my family so very used to being around dogs. I love all types of dogs from big to small. Since moving to London 3 years ago I have missed having a dog at home so I started dog sitting for my family and friends, everything from puppies to older, calmer dogs. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule. I love to spend more time with dogs, on walks, playtime and plenty of cuddles. I’ll send you plenty photos so you know their latest update I work from home 9-5, so a dog would get plenty of attention throughout the day, not just morning and evening. I love a morning walk and a lunch time walk, with regular breaks in between for play and toilet breaks while I’m working. I will make sure the day is broken up with exercise, play and downtime. At weekends I’m completely free, so that’s when we’d spend more time outdoors. Longer walks, trips to the park, socialising and just enjoying the fresh air. I’ll stick closely to their normal routine, same feeding times, walks, same little habits. This should help make sure everything feels normal while you’re away. I’ll follow any instructions on food and routine. I’m always happy to send photo updates so you know they’re safe and happy.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats so I’m very comfortable around them, any breed and any size. My older dog also had puppies 2 years ago, so I had the chance to have the amazing experience of look after nine baby goldens all together for a couple months. It was amazing! Overall on a daily basis I have to take care of my two golden retrievers, feeding them, walking them, playing with them, you know… the regular. But now that I moved to London I’m missing my furry friends I have a flexible role which allows me to work from home 2-3 days a week and I’m also free during the weekends. For now I think I should be able to guarantee at least 3-4 days a week to pet care. I can’t take pets in my home because I’m currently renting but have no problem going to pet owner’s houses. Where I can feed, play and take care of the pet overall. Not forgetting to add long walks in-between. Or if needed I can only come and pick the dog for a long walk in the park, I still need to do some exploring myself so it could be a perfect reason.
