She’s an extremely loving and active girl who needs lots of love, attention and, of course, cuddles! 🐶❤️ We found Riley on Rover and chose him after reading his lovely reviews and having a telephone conversation beforehand. We immediately felt reassured, and our experience couldn’t have been better. Bella absolutely loved her stay with Riley. He kept us updated every day with photos and videos, which helped us enormously and gave us such peace of mind while we were away. I’m currently on a career break so I’m super flexible to petsit whether it’s from my own flat or visiting your property. I’m very active so more than happy to take dogs for a lots of walks if required! And since I’m currently not working anywhere else, I have lots of time to give your pet plenty of attention and avoid leaving them alone for any periods of time. “Anastasiia and her family looked after Milo from 24–26 March and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, her communication was exceptional — clear, prompt, and reassuring. We arranged a meet and greet beforehand, which made a huge difference. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and I really appreciated that she also asked thoughtful questions about Milo, his routine, and his needs. It was obvious she genuinely cared about making sure it was the right fit for both sides. Her family were just as lovely — warm, welcoming, and clearly comfortable around dogs. It felt like Milo was going into a calm, caring home rather than just being “looked after.” During his stay, I felt completely at ease. It was clear he was being well cared for and included in their day-to-day life - I got so many pictures as I wanted to see he was doing well. She even gave me some advice too which I appreciate as a first time dog owner. The biggest proof was when I picked him up — Milo came back happy, full of life, and noticeably more responsive to my commands, which says a lot about the environment he was in. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Anastasiia again. Genuinely excellent care.”

“Laura was fantastic with Whisky from the moment they met. I booked her very last minute and her communication before and during was excellent. Whisky had a wonderful afternoon and I will definitely book her again.”

They stepped in at the last minute, accommodated every request we had, and were incredibly responsive throughout her stay. We received constant updates, photos, and messages that kept us fully reassured and connected. Celeste was clearly happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Highly recommended”

“Lizzie was so understanding and flexible with my booking, really lovely person. Thisbe seem to have settled in quickly and had a great time, will definitely choose her again! x”

“Michelle, and partner Daniel, were wonderful with our timid little Boston Terrier, Olly, giving him space to get used to them. And their lovely little dog Nala was the perfect size to play with Olly. We’ll be booking Michelle again next week! Stacey”

“Loki had a super time with Katherine for two days of doggy day care this week. He was so happy to see her on the second morning! Katherine was great throughout and flexible on timings when we were running early for pickup. Would definitely recommend :)”

About: I am an experienced cat-sitter with several regular bookings - I really enjoy catsitting via Rover as I get to meet so many gorgeous kitties 🥰 My job is very flexible, I work in Westminster 2-3x a week and wfh the rest. On my wfh days I can easily arrange to drop-in to see your pets in the morning and/or evening. I have a good understanding cats body language and I would be extremely cautious to ensure indoor cats are not let out. I want to make sure their home environment is comfortable for them - ie top up their liquid, clean their litter trays, make sure they like their food.
About: I grew up in the Somerset countryside, where there were often more animals than people! I've had dogs and horses for as long as I can remember, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I also regularly house and pet sat for local families, often caring for multiple dogs while owners were away on holiday. Since moving to South West London, I really miss spending time with my family Labrador, who still lives at home with my parents. That's a big part of why I joined Rover. I genuinely love being around dogs and would love the opportunity to give yours the attention, exercise and care they deserve while you're busy or away. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality, routine and individual needs. Whether it's an energetic dog that needs lots of exercise or an older dog that prefers a gentler pace, I'm committed to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and safe. I work a flexible hybrid job, which means I can work from home most days and can provide company and attention throughout the day. I typically work 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break, giving me time for a proper walk, as well as regular short breaks throughout the day for toilet breaks, playtime or cuddles. I'm also available for walks before and after work. While I occasionally go into the office, I have flexibility around my schedule and can plan this around bookings where possible. I find that most dogs are happiest in their own home, so I generally prefer to care for pets in familiar surroundings where they can stick to their normal routine. I'll make sure they receive the same level of care, attention and exercise they're used to, helping them feel safe and settled while you're away. If your dog stays with me, they'll have access to a secure fenced garden and a calm home with no other pets. I'll make every effort to maintain their usual routine and ensure they feel comfortable and settled.
About: I’ve looked after a cocker spaniel for 14 years, from being a naughty puppy to being a slow - but wise - elder statesman who took his time! I’m currently retired whilst doing some consultancy work, so I have time to walk a dog during the day, and prepared to drive to Wimbledon and Putney if required I won’t be offering dog sitting services, so this section does not apply; suffice to say I am a very careful, caring and trustworthy person.
“Reuben has been a wonderful dog walker for Arya! He’s caring, attentive, and genuinely interested in getting to know her. Highly recommended! 🐾✨”

“Ellie was fantastic with Twiggy! She was very flexible with my schedule and I really appreciated that. Twiggy was properly tired when I picked her up!! I would happily book Ellie again :)”

About: Growing up in South Africa, there was never a time we didn’t have animals in our home - they were a part of our family! Being surrounded by pets from a young age taught me how to care for them with love, patience, and compassion. I now live in Wandsworth Town with my husband, and we both absolutely love animals. While he enjoys their company as much as I do, I would be the primary carer as I work remotely - with a 4-day work week - allowing me to give your pets plenty of time, attention, and care; whether it’s for daycare, walks, or overnight stays. I'm fully remote, including a four day work week. This allows me plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets, and they would not be alone during the day. I live in a flat with two juliet balconies. Your pets would be welcome on our bed and furniture, and we have various parks nearby.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life — four dogs, two guinea pigs, and now a partner who also grew up with a dog. Most of my friends have pets too, so I’m often the one they trust to help with walks, feeding, or just keeping their dogs and cats company. I’m comfortable with all sizes, from tiny lap dogs to large, strong breeds. I’ve grown up with both small and big dogs, so handling different temperaments and energy levels feels completely natural to me. Animals have always been a huge source of comfort for me. I genuinely love being around them, learning their personalities, and making sure they feel safe and cared for. Whether it’s a playful pup, a gentle senior, or a shy cat who needs patience, I’m calm, observant, and happy to adapt to whatever they need. I work full‑time during the week, so I’m available for weekend bookings and some bank holidays. I can offer drop‑ins, walks, sitting, and overnight stays in your home, as that’s where pets feel most comfortable. My flat unfortunately doesn’t allow pets, so I’m not able to host animals in my own space but I’m very happy to stay over at yours to keep your dog’s routine steady and stress‑free. I care for pets in their own home, where they feel safest. I follow your routines, keep doors and spaces secure, and give gentle, attentive care with regular updates. My flat doesn’t allow pets, so all services are done in your home to keep your dog comfortable and stress‑free.

“Nayla was an excellent dog sitter. She was very sweet with Skippy and her own little dog was very sweet and friendly. She took great care of Skippy and I would recommend using her services.”

“Liv is an absolutely lovely young woman. She obviously enjoyed looking after Ruby, and Ruby thoroughly loved being with Liv. There was lots of communication and I was extremely happy that I was given the opportunity to leave Ruby with Liv. We will most certainly see Liv again.”

“We had a great experience with Emma-Lee! Emma-Lee was really accommodating with our early drop-off, kept us updated throughout with messages and photos, and our Nala came home happy and well looked after. We’d definitely book with Emma-Lee again and would happily recommend her to others!”

“Anita was fantastic! You can tell she absolutely adores animals. She was incredibly loving and caring for our pug - She provided lots of photos and updates and made us feel very relaxed. She listened to all our requests provided re food/walks etc. One of the top sitters we have used and will 100% be using her again!”

“Lucia looked after our dog Rufio while we were away, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She lives in a fantastic spot for dogs, with access to a secure, gated garden nearby where they can play and explore. Lucia and her family are incredibly warm, friendly, and clearly have a genuine love for animals. Throughout Rufio’s stay, she kept us updated with daily messages and adorable photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She’s always quick to respond and made the whole process feel effortless. I truly can’t recommend Lucia highly enough — she’s amazing, and Rufio absolutely loved his time with her. It’s such a relief to know we’ve found someone we trust to care for him in the future. He already can’t wait for his next stay!”

“Wing was super kind and very patient with our 14 week old puppy while we were away. He clearly had a very nice time staying with Wing and Bailey. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wing and would love for Pio to stay with her again in the future.”

“This was Baloo's first stay with Abigail and Josh. Their communication was great and they sent lots of photos. I'll definitely be rebooking for future visits and would recommend them to anyone looking for safe and reliable care for their furbabies.”

“Emma and her partner were great, they kindly did a pre-meet a couple of weeks in advance. Emma contacted me before my dog Juno's stay to ask about her requirements etc. and while Juno was with them, she sent through some updates. Emma and her partner were very friendly and I was confident Juno was being well looked after. I'd thoroughly recommend them ☺️”

“How lucky we were that Carlota was able to look after Indigo, our five year old female French Bulldog. Carlota was extremely kind, communicative and efficient. A 10 out of 10 experience and a very happy Frenchie! Many thanks 🤩”

“Alex, Jade and River made Poppy feel right at home. We could tell they cared for her very well and it was great to know our dog had a friend to play with. Definitely recommend”

About: I am a huge animal lover so I’m so excited to start pet sitting! I miss my Toy Pom and beautiful Maine Coon cat, who are both back home in South Africa, so I’d love the opportunity to spend time with some furry friends here in the UK. 🐶🐱❤️ I’m caring, patient and attentive, and I love going on dog walks. Whether they’re playful and energetic, or a senior who prefers lots of cuddles and a slower pace, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved and comfortable while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members and give them plenty of love and attention! 🐾 I work full time, however, work from home 2 days a week which is flexible and can be more. My partner Mike also can work from home so there is always someone at home. Over the weekend we enjoy being at home which works perfectly for pet sitting. We live near common so can take dogs on walks. We live in a ground floor apartment and have access to a communal garden! Whether we are pet sitting in our home or yours we are very respectful and happy to meet up before!
“I am eternally grateful to Chloe. My fur baby had the best time hanging out. It takes a lot for me to feel comfortable leaving Teddy with someone we don’t know but I will 💯 book Chloe again. Thank you ❤️”

“Bruce had a fantastic time with Jason - we were sent regular updates (both messages and photos) during his stay. The weather was particularly hot and Jason took very good care of him. While Bruce is very happy go lucky with new people he seemed especially happy with Jason and we would definitely ask for Bruce to stay again and recomend him to our friends!”

“Annmaree is absolutely fantastic! She took such great care my dog, Gryffin - this was his first time being my left with a sitter ever, and we only recently moved to the UK from the US, but Annmaree made the week so comfortable and seamless. I loved all of the pictures she sent each day, Gryffin clearly made himself right at home (:”

“I'm really grateful to Nish for looking after Chip so well. The communication was great, she was responsive and flexible and Chip came home happy. Highly recommended.”

About: I’m Louisa, a friendly, caring and reliable animal lover based in Clapham, London. I have experience as a dog sitter on another pet-sitting app and have really been enjoying it, so I wanted to widen my customers and sign up here too. I have grown up with dogs all my life and currently have a Working Cocker Spaniel as a family dog. Before that, we had a Welsh Springer Spaniel, so animals have always been a huge part of my life. Since moving out of my family home, I really miss having them around and would love the opportunity to look after yours. As well as caring for my own family dogs, I have regularly looked after neighbours’ pets, including feeding cats, rabbits and even a tortoise while their owners were away. I am confident with feeding routines, administering medication, walks, playtime and adapting to different personalities and energy levels. I am a genuine animal lover and really enjoy spending time with all kinds of pets. I work from home during the week, with the occasional office day on Wednesdays. This is flexible, so if I have a dog staying with me, I can work from home that day and make sure they have company throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. I can fit pet care around my working day and am happy to provide walks, feeding, playtime and plenty of cuddles. I live close to Clapham Common and Battersea Park, which are perfect for walks and exploring. I love being outdoors, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and attention while in my care. I will always treat your pet as if they were my own and make sure they are safe, happy and well cared for. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and any specific instructions you have, whether that’s around feeding, walks, medication or anything else they need. I understand that every pet is different, so I will take the time to get to know their personality and make sure they feel comfortable and settled while in my care. I can also send photo and video updates while you’re away Please feel free to message me to discuss your pet’s needs.
