About: I grew up with a large dog and since then have been taking care of friends’ dogs and dogs of all sizes from borrow my doggy and now Rover I only work part time as I’m studying for a Masters so I’m often at home and my schedule is flexible and easy to fit around a dog’s needs. I don’t have any pets of my own so can provide a calm environment for your pet. I’m happy to look after dogs in owner’s homes or at my flat which is spacious, however, doesn’t have a garden so I would provide regular toilet breaks and walks.

About: After many years in the corporate world, I recently retired and decided it was finally time to do something I genuinely love, caring for dogs. Dogs have been a huge part of my life, at one point I had four of my own. Caring for them through every stage of life has given me extensive hands-on experience particularly with rescue and senior dogs who need extra patience, understanding and care. Although I am new to Rover, I have spent many years looking after friends' dogs while they travelled, I understand how important it is for owners knowing that dogs are safe, relaxed, cared for. Your dog will stay in a spacious four bedroom house with a large secure garden. Dogs are welcome throughout the house, this is very much a home from home environment with no restrictions on where they can relax or sleep. There are comfortable dog beds around the house, plenty of sofa options if they prefer or my own bed if they so wish. I am fortunate to have four parks within walking distance of my home but I also regularly drive to larger walking areas and country parks where there is more space, quieter routes and plenty of shade during warmer weather. The walks are always tailored to the individual dog I am caring for. The younger and energetic can enjoy adventure walks, while older or senior dogs are given a gentler pace with shorter but more frequent walk. This is not just a business venture for me, it's an opportunity to spend time doing something I really love, giving dogs a caring comfortable home and their owners complete peace of mind. i almost forgot, I am insured and DBS checked. I am at home full time so fully adaptable to your dog's routine. I do have my own dog, she gets two walks a day. The boarded dog would have a minimum of two walk as well, more if needed. 4 bedroom house in Brockley with large secure garden. Many parks all around me. I very often head off to Kent for adventure and beach walks.

About: I’ve had dogs since the age of 7 and am now the proud mum of two cats! I truly love cats and dogs like family! I’m a teacher who loves animals. I grew up with dogs and currently have two cats. I’m available for drop ins or walks at weekends. From Monday 13th July I’m on summer holidays so can be available during the week too for your summer holidays. The most important thing to me is listening to the owner when they tell me about their pets needs. Their favourite walk, toy or treat can all help me to get to know their pet and ensure they are comfortable and content!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family since I was a kid. I have also had my own animals and have experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I am reliable, caring, and absolutely love animals! I am very active and enjoy walks as well as playing with animals to keep them entertained. I currently work full time with 3 days being from home. I can do walks before work, at lunch or after work. I can also come and look after your pet for the day if I work from your home. I can come into your home and can quickly learn your pets routine, what their needs are and what is needed of me as a sitter.

About: This year I looked after a lot of pets, both cats and dogs around London, Bristol and Cornwall . I enjoyed this experience tremendously and I also learned a lot about behavior of the animals both cats and dogs. I was a cat owner some years ago and I realised how much I missed interacting with animals. I also regularly cat sit my friend's cats when she is away. I would be delighted to look after your pet while you are away and also take your dog for a regular walks. I am working part-time as a tutor in a University. I am also an artist and often have flexibility with my work. I really like animals and it's a very joyful experience to look after a dog or a cat. I would take the instructions from the pet owner and do exactly what they normally would do with their cat or a dog. I will also try my best to be sensitive and attentive to the pet.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood. My very first dog joined our family when I was 8 years old in Spain and she became like a sister to me, being a single child myself. We spent 14 wonderful years together. Since then, I’ve continued caring for dogs in both London and Brighton, looking after friends’ pets ranging from small to medium breeds such as greyhounds, whippets, Brussels griffons, lurchers, and more. I’m comfortable with energetic puppies who need patience and playtime, as well as older dogs who may require gentler handling or extra care. Just a short walk away are lovely green spaces such as Hilly Fields, Brockley Cemetery, and Ladywell Fields perfect for long walks and some outdoor playtime. I take safety and trust seriously: I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep to your dog’s routine, and send regular updates with photos so you can feel reassured while you’re away. Whether in my home or yours, my priority is to create a warm, secure, and caring environment where your dog feels happy and loved.

My home is very pet-friendly, with no carpets and a layout that allows for easy cleaning and hygiene.
