Happiness Is a Dog by My Side💗
I’ve been around dogs quite literally since the day I came home from the hospital—my love for animals started early and has only grown stronger over the years. I have a soft spot for Staffies, the first two dogs my family had, and I’ve had hands-on experience with flat-nosed breeds, especially while caring for my beloved bulldog until he was 10 years old. Growing up, I was the go-to pet sitter for many of my mum’s friends, always eager to help out and spend time with their dogs and cats. That love and care has continued into adulthood. While it’s not the right time for my husband and me to have a pet of our own just yet, we regularly dog sit for friends—and we truly enjoy every moment of it. We’ve had the pleasure of caring for a variety of breeds, including three Boston Terriers, a Japanese Spitz, Staffies, XL Bully, Dachshund, Boxers, Cane Corso, and even a Cane Corso x Mastiff. I’m very comfortable with strong, large breeds as well as flat-nosed dogs who may need a little extra attention and understanding. I treat every dog like they’re part of the family—with patience, love, and lots of belly rubs. Whether your pup is full of energy or prefers slow strolls, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

I’m incredibly respectful of people’s spaces and routines, and I always aim to make both you and your pet feel totally at ease. My own flat isn’t the most ideal setup for dogs, so I find it’s much better (and more comforting!) for your pup to stay in their own home where they feel safe and settled. I’m happy to follow any routines or schedules you already have in place—whether it’s feeding times, walk routes, or special bedtime rituals. If your dog is a little more easy-going, I’m also great at filling the day with gentle play, walks, or quiet companionship, depending on what they enjoy. No matter the routine or energy level, I’ll always make sure your dog feels loved and relaxed!

Megan walked my German shepherd for two weeks, she was very punctual and caring over my doggy. Provided us with all the updates and photos, communicated with my Mum around the dog. Dog was always very happy to see her! Highly recommend Megan and will rebook in the future for sure!
Megan was fantastic, it was my first time using Rover with a pup and she made the time for a premeet. Made me feel at ease and was absolutely brilliant with my dog.

Meg has been Harley’s walker & friend for 6 months now. They have an excellent rapport & Harley responds very positively with Meg, She has helped socialise Harley with other dogs but she knows which dogs to play with or avoid and this is testament to her abilities & confidence with dogs

Schedule
I’m currently working in the office 5 days a week Monday-Friday so I’m mostly available evenings and weekends. You can always send me a message about availability and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can! I’m more than happy to adapt to your dog’s existing routine—especially if it helps ease any nervousness or stress. Consistency and comfort are key, and I’ll do everything I can to make your pet feel comfortable.

Whether your dog loves to socialise or prefers solo time, I’ll tailor our walks and visits to suit their personality. Your pup’s wellbeing is always my top priority.
