All care happens in your home, where your pet feels safest. I follow your instructions exactly — feeding, routines, and house rules — keep doors and gates secure, use a lead on every walk, and send photos and videos after each visit. Keys are stored securely and never labelled with your address.

I have known Xue as my neighbour and have visited her home several times. I have personally seen how lovingly and attentively she cares for her cat, Chouchou. Xue is incredibly patient, caring and reliable, and she always makes sure Chouchou is happy, healthy and well looked after. Her home is always tidy and well organised, and she genuinely enjoys spending time playing and bonding with her cat. I would have complete confidence in Xue caring for any pet and would highly recommend her as a responsible and loving pet caregiver.

I have a flexible daily routine, so pet care fits naturally into my day. I'm available for morning visits before 11am and afternoons or evenings from 3pm, seven days a week, and I keep my calendar up to date so you can book with confidence.
