“Highly recommend! Our 7 month old puppy, Mila, had the best time with Karina, while we were away for half term. Her first time away from us over night. We can’t thank Karina enough for her care, support and updates. Mila LOVED every moment and even had some play dates with other cute dogs - so much fun! Thank you!”

“Fran was great looking after our corgi Thunder for an overnight booking. There were lots of regular updates which were reassuring and Fran was very understanding of Thunders nerves and quirks (with him being a rescue). Her dog Indy sounded like he was a great calming companion to Thunder as well which I’m sure helped settle him. Overall so pleased, will definitely be booking with Fran and Indy again! :)”

“This was Jack's, our labradoodle, first time away from his family and he absolutely loved his stay with Sybilla. He was treated to lots of walks and attention. Sybilla stayed in contact and sent us plenty of updates and pictures. We would have no hesitation in asking Sybilla to look after Jack again.”

“It has been four instances, since we availed of Alison's pet sitting services, to look after our Twigz and we are thrilled to say, without a shadow of doubt, that not just Twigz, but Walter and myself are very fortunate to have met Alison and her family on this most amazing site (Rover). Twigz has established a unique bond with Alison's pet dog (Claude) and all on all, this established relationship is growing rapidly each time, not only with Claude, but also with Alison's beautiful dog loving family. We received updates on Twigz, everyday with photos, videos and messages. We would highly recommend this family for dog sitting, as they are way beyond compare. A big thank you, from the bottom of our hearts to Alison and family.❤️❤️”

“Céline and her partner took such a great care of Max. He stayed with them for 12 days and was visibility happy and comfortable when we collected him. Communication was excellent, we received daily updates and pictures throughout his stay. We absolutely recommend and will book again without hesitation”

“It was almost 3 weeks this time and although we missed Veera to bits, we knew he was happy with Jack and his family. Thanks Jack for looking after Veera, he is definetly missing you.”

“Dominique and her partner did an absolutely fantastic job looking after Wilf at such short notice. Clear they love dogs and are experienced sitters, taking the time to introduce our dog to their dog, Pippin (who is lovely). They really made sure that Wilf had lots of exercise and fun and sent lots of lovely updates. Will book again the next time we need a sitter!”

“As usual Ross is absolutely great with Kevin. He pulled me towards the door and came back a very happy camper :) especially grateful for the care shown to him as it was during the heatwave. Highly recommended”

“Oscar came back from Melissa's thoroughly contented and happy, it was wonderful to kept posted with pictures of his stay with her, his walks , games at home and a Saturday night out in a restaurant, what a spoilt boy. I have no hesitation of recommending Melissa as sitter.”

“Bella is the love of our lives, and we had never left her with anyone before, so choosing someone to look after her was a huge decision for us. We’re a family of four plus Bella, our English Cocker Spaniel. She’s an extremely loving and active girl who needs lots of love, attention and, of course, cuddles! 🐶❤️ We found Riley on Rover and chose him after reading his lovely reviews and having a telephone conversation beforehand. We immediately felt reassured, and our experience couldn’t have been better. Bella absolutely loved her stay with Riley. He kept us updated every day with photos and videos, which helped us enormously and gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Riley gave Bella so much love, care and attention, and it was clear how happy and comfortable she was with him. She actually misses him dearly! 🥰 We couldn’t recommend Riley highly enough and would definitely use him again. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our girl! ❤️🐾”

“I knew from the minute I met Lucy that my fur baby would have a lovely time with her and her little family. She also accommodated a last minute extension due to urgent work commitments. Very, very grateful. My fur baby has had a wonderful time and is snoring soundly after his exciting mini break with Lucy’s pugs. I hate being apart from my little dog but I know that he is in safe hands with Lucy x”

“This is the second time we’ve left Frijol with Harry and Amelia and everything was perfect. They understood my dog’s needs perfectly weak. They kept us updated with photos and messages, and Frijol came back very happy. I’ll definitely book them again!”

“Nayla was an excellent dog sitter. She was very sweet with Skippy and her own little dog was very sweet and friendly. She took great care of Skippy and I would recommend using her services.”

“Fantastic sitter, our dog seemed very happy, and Hannah and her partner sent us pictures over the week to keep us updated. I would definitely recommend. They have a lovely garden and are just next to the common for walks. Thanks guys :)”

“We love Stella! She did such an incredible job looking after Kipper while we were away, and I don't think he wanted to leave. She is so communicative, and a really safe and experienced pair of hands for all sorts of dogs. She is clearly extremely passionate about animals, and Kipper immediately bonded with her. We got tonnes of updates and really helpful feedback at the end of his stay. We would use Stella again in a heartbeat!”

“Re write this review say cat sitter was easy to communiczte sent regualr updstes and Mariola was great with our cat! Highly recommended Here’s a polished version of your review: Mariola was a fantastic cat sitter—easy to communicate with and always sending regular updates. She was wonderful with our cat, and we’d highly recommend her!”

“Louise is amazing! Extremely professional and very kind, immediately took to our (very chaotic) puppy, who loved her and clearly had a great time during her visit. She showed up promptly, was wonderfully communicative the whole time, highly recommend.”

“Daiane! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, Daiane knew exactly what to do and how to handle every situation. She has an incredible intuition when it comes to cats and new places and truly understands a cat's nature and individual cat owner preferences. My apartment was in the middle of a move and half-packed, with lots of boxes, chaos and mess, which could have made things much more challenging but Daiane adapted effortlessly with attention to the flat and respect. Daiane kept me updated with messages and photos, giving me complete peace of mind while I was away. Her daily great rapport gave me what I needed to know to be relaxed. It genuinely felt like she could read my mind, she always knew what needed to be done. Her dedication is remarkable, and it’s obvious that she puts her whole heart into what she does. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely with your cat and your home, look no further. I would book Daiane S. again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone.”

About: We’re a couple from South Africa who’ve grown up with dogs (and cats!) and now share our home with our sweet pup, Pippin, a friendly, well-socialised dog who loves company but knows how to chill, too. We’ve been in the area for 5 years and know how important it is to have someone you trust with your furry family member. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a cozy space to nap, or just a little extra love while you focus on work, we’re here to help. I work from home three days a week with a flexible schedule, which means your dog will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. My partner is also home on Sundays and Mondays, so there’s always someone around. We love walking our dog, Pippin, in the nearby common and we're always happy to bring a doggy friend along for the adventure! Your dog will be treated like part of the family, just like our own dog, Pippin. We’ve created a cozy, relaxed environment with plenty of soft spots for naps, toys to play with, and treats (with your approval, of course!). Our home has a private, fully fenced garden that’s safe and secure. Fresh water is always available, and we make sure every dog feels comfortable, calm, and cared for from the moment they arrive.
“Ssheila has been amazing looking after my dog Nacho! She was very professional and reliable and it was clear Nacho took to her straight away. Ssheila provided great updates with lots of pictures and videos which was also lovely! I highly recommend Ssheila to anyone looking for a great service!”

“Our cat Ralph loved Natasha and the updates were frequent and thorough. We were able to relax on holiday knowing he was being looked after soo well and we came home to a very chilled Ralph. Thank you Natasha.”

“Vanessa stayed in our home to look after our cat over the Christmas holidays and she was wonderful - she took such great care of our cat and home and even made us soup for when we got back! Thank you Vanessa!”

About: Me and Alex have grown up with dogs and love their company! We also have lots of experience with dog sitting and boarding with friends and families pets. We work from home most days and have a park right at the end of our road. We are reliable and can most often help last minute. I work from home Monday, Thursday and Friday and am currently around most weekends. If you live fairly locally we are available to do pick up and drop off too if helpful. We have a fairly large 2 bedroom flat so lots of space for your pet to roam. We live on a quiet road (you wouldn’t drive down it unless you lived there) so can provide calming routes for dogs that need it, as well as a local park for a longer walk to burn energy.
“Della looked after my 2 cats, she communicated well and sent photos. She ensured both cats were cared for and even watered my outdoor plants as it was very dry. I would highly recommend Della!”

“Charlotte and Cort have been absolutely perfect. So understanding to how unique our rescue dog is. They invited us over a few days before the daycare to let Bertie sniff around and get to know the place so that he found the scheduled time less stressful. Definitely recommend. Will be contacting again next time we need day care.”

“Highly highly highly recommend Alex! He looked after Rosie at short notice and Rosie must have had the best time, as she has slept all day today! Alex kept us in the loop throughout the day and sent incredible photos of her, full dog model mode. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, communicative sitter. We’ll definitely be booking again!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have been caring for them from a young age, both my own and friends’ dogs over the years. Until recently we shared our home with our much-loved small dog, Baby, who lived to 14 — so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs at different stages of life and giving them plenty of affection, patience and attention. Both my husband and I work from home full-time, which means your dog will have company throughout the day and won’t be left alone except for the odd short errand. We genuinely love having dogs around the house again — whether that’s going out for walks, playing, or just enjoying a calm cuddle and snooze indoors. We live just one minute from Streatham Common and around ten minutes from Tooting Common, so daily walks are a big part of our routine. At home, we have a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can pop outside easily during the day, as well as a spacious house with plenty of room to relax between adventures. We also have a one-year-old daughter who absolutely adores dogs and is very used to being around both small and large breeds. She’s always supervised, and dogs staying with us tend to slot naturally into our calm, family-based routine. I’m available for dog boarding and doggy day care, and I aim to make every dog feel safe, settled and truly at home while they’re with us. We live one minute walk from Streatham Common, and 10 minutes from tooting common. Both my husband and I work from home, so have plenty of time and flexibility to look after your beloved pets. I'm available for boarding and doggy day care. We live in a big house with lots of space for your dog to play and rest when we’re not walking in the park! We also have a big fenced garden for your furry friend to enjoy whenever they want.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and have had family dogs in my home for as long as I can remember, from energetic Spaniels to much larger Presa Canarios! I’ve always loved the companionship, fun and unconditional love that dogs bring, and genuinely enjoy spending time caring for them. I’m a big fan of long walks and exploring the local commons, and I now live in a home with garden access that is completely fenced and secure, giving dogs a safe space to relax and enjoy some outdoor time too. As I’m self-employed, my working days can vary, so while I don’t feel I can commit to having a dog of my own full-time, I’d love to offer that same care and attention to dogs when their owners need it. Boarding feels like the perfect way for me to enjoy having dogs around while giving them a loving, comfortable and safe home away from home. My routine varies from week to week as I’m self-employed, working between a Pilates studio and events. I’m at the studio on Tuesday mornings, Thursday around lunchtime/evenings, and every other Saturday and Sunday, usually only for a few hours at a time. I have plenty of flexibility around my work, which means I can give dogs lots of attention, walks and companionship throughout their stay. My partner is also home most of the time when I’m working, so there would usually be someone at home with your dog. I’m also able to plan my availability around bookings, making sure I can give each dog the time and care they need. Im happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including their meals, walks, sleep and any little preferences they have. I have a fully fenced, secure garden and enjoy taking dogs for walks on the local commons around my area. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, affection and companionship, while giving them space to settle in and feel comfortable. I’m also happy to send regular photos and updates so you know they’re happy and well looked after.

About: Hello, I’m Hannah, and I’m so excited to give your beloved pets a great day full of fun and care! I have grown up living with dogs, both large and small, and have experience caring for, walking and feeding. I have helped to breed 2 successful litters of puppies and can look after very young puppies independently. I am a remote worker with lots of flexibility, a safe home and enclosed grass garden. My work means I can give your dog as many toilet breaks as they need; I can feed them based on your preferences - my own dogs expect breakfast and dinner at very specific times! I am also used to providing specific or unusual food requirements! I will give you regular updates on how your dog is getting on, and can send you photos and messages as much as you want! I work full time from my home in southwest London, 9-5 but with lots of room for flexibility. I am available for lunchtime or evening walks, or full day pet sitting. I have a completely enclosed garden with grass, and a secure home where a dog would be comfortable and happy. I live alone during work hours so can care for pets who may be anxious around other people. I am 5 minutes from Tooting Common so a great location to provide your dog with a run around! I am also happy to come to a pet owner’s home if nearby. I treat others’ homes with care and respect, as I do their animals.
“Holly and Tom helped us out when our dog sitter cancelled on us. They were both friendly and very flexible with dates and allowed us to add an extra day. Nyx really enjoyed her time with them, she was even making her own way to their place each morning 😂 Would definitely book again!”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and love meeting dogs, taking them for walks and keeping them entertained. I've got a garden they can play in, I'm near Tooting Common for walks or can come to your house and take them for walks in your neighbourhood. I live alone so there's no worries about other people or children. I have experience with rescue dogs and am currently available all week days. I'm not currently working so I am available week day day times, some evenings and some weekends. I run regularly so if your dog enjoys running too they can join me on trots around the common. My house has a decent sized fenced in garden and I'm also near Tooting Common for walks. I do not have any pets of my own so your pup will get my full attention.
About: Since I was a baby I have had multiple dogs in the house. I feel extremely confident in taking care of them, additionally I’ve had to deal with emergencies with my own dog and think should an issue arise I could calmly and suitably handle the situation. We’ve always really had labradors but I’m more than happy dealing with all breeds! I am a student so have a lot of free days and with my job I often work from home so I could easily balance looking after a dog. We have a large garden that is completely fenced off and not adjacent to the main road. Our street is full of lovely people, we know our neighbours very well. I can easily put up and take down dog crates should It be necessary otherwise more than happy to let them sleep where they like
About: Hi! 🐾 I’m Amelia, I’m 29 and I live with my partner in a 2 bed flat with a fully enclosed garden where dogs can safely explore and play. I love both dogs and cats; growing up we had a cat for my early childhood and after her we have had a cockapoo for the last 15 years who since moving out I have had stay over and walked regularly. I am freelancer so when I’m not working I have time to give your pet lots of attention and love in a calm environment. I am happy with any length of walk your pet needs, feeding, playtime and giving plenty of love of course! I want your dog to feel comfortable and in their routine whether it’s feeding time, sleeping schedule or reinforcing any basic training you’re already working on. I will also always walk dogs on a lead unless you’ve told me otherwise. Currently I’d only be able to take on small to medium dogs for boarding but for a walking service I can take on bigger dogs too. Whether you need daily walks, full boarding or just someone to show your pet love during the day while you’re away. I’m here to help!! I am currently freelance so when I’m not working and available to pet sit my attention is 100% committed to your pet. I am available for boarding all week and likewise can do a daily/walk service at any point during the week too. The most your pet will be alone during a day will be when I nip to the gym for an hour or so. I live with my partner who has also always had pets growing up too. I live in a flat that has a fenced garden, 2 bedrooms and no other pets. I am based near multiple green spaces and have a car to go further afield for bigger walks.
“Anushka is absolutely amazing! Bruno every time we go for a walk he pulls his leash towards Anushka’s house this is how strong their connection is 🥰 he adores. I highly recommend Anushka to everyone! The best pet sitter EVER!!!”

“Keltie was brilliant with Tubby. She made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure she could carry on reinforcing positive behaviours on the walk! She sent pictures, kept me updated and even played with him once they got back. Would highly recommend - felt very confident and safe with Keltie!”

“Ellie has been very reliable and easy to deal with. She’s quick to respond, follows instructions carefully (even the slightly fussy ones!) and Oscar has taken to her well. It’s reassuring to know he’s well looked after, and I’d happily recommend her.”

About: I am a former teacher now working in tutoring and book publishing. I volunteer for two animal rescue charities, The Stray Cat Club and Protected Paws, driving them to vet appointments and their fur-ever homes. I have owned cats my whole life and currently have 3 - one senior, one mama cat and one baby! I’m experienced in feeding, grooming and changing litter. I have dealt with spicy cats, nervous cats and strays. At university, I also got into dog sitting. We would walk and work from client’s houses to take care of their dogs. I often dog sit for my dad and family friends and enjoy going for walks with the pups! I work from home flexibly twice a week but only need to go into work at 9:30 so have plenty of time for morning visits. I drive so am able to get around my local area with ease. I’m an early riser and late sleeper so can be flexible around your pet’s schedule. My pets are my pride and joy and want for nothing! Cat trees, fancy litter trays and raised bowls? Sorted. I know how it feels to want to go the extra mile for your furry friends and I’d take care of them as my own.
“Offered a meet & greet prior and sent lots of photos. Accommodated a last minute date change and contended with my messy house as in the middle of a clear out. Top it all off, she won over my ‘selective’ pooch. 100% recommend.”

“Ziggy loved being walked by Alex, she’s found herself an instant best friend. He listened and was patient with all my requests I had about Zig. He understood all her commands and all her mannerisms. I trusted Alex fully and will be sure to use him again! Thank you :)”

“Ssheila and Noah are great! They take LouLou out with Melo for a proper walk and run around, LouLou comes back shattered each time. They go above and beyond and are truly the best!”

About: I had a family Labradoodle from the age of 15 who I adored, but also have experience looking after friends and family’s lovely dogs of all sizes! I spend most days working from home so would love some four-legged company and the ability to go out for nice long walks. I work full-time but quite flexibly so would be able to give a lot of care and attention to a dog during the work day. I’d also be able to get out either before work or during lunch for a long walk! I have a spacious flat and large fenced garden so lots of room for play. I’ve lived here over a year now but in that time have had three dogs stay with us more than once! I also live close to a large common, perfect for dog walks and exercise.

“Natasha is very calm and Bobbin is so excited when she arrives to take him for his walks in the park. He is a 12 year old border terrier and still needs a good long, sniffing, walk everyday. We are all very pleased with how well it has worked out. Thank you Natasha. 💜”

“Cooper seems to have enjoyed his first walk with Daiane. He looked really happy on the lovely pictures she provided! Daiane seems passionate and eager! She responded to messages well and was always in good contact throughout. I definitely will use her again!”

About: My dog journey began when working at a local community park cafe - welcoming the regulars and their dogs was the highlight of the day! I’ve regularly cared for my brother’s dog which has been a great joy. Maisie has kept me on my toes and I’ve deployed a warm, attentive and caring style to keep her safe and happy. I am currently on a career break so have plenty of time and flexibility during the week to take the best care of your dog - morning, afternoon or evening. My services are currently dog walking only for now, so I won’t be hosting any dogs at my home or staying at the dog owners home.

“Abigail was great - Brinjal had such a fun and happy time! Abigail is super responsive, friendly and absolutely loves dogs - ensuring that Brinjal was very well looked after and left a very happy and fulfilled dog! Would highly recommend Abigail! Sonny is a real delight too, and Brinjal spent many happy hours playing with him.”

“Jess was absolutely amazing! She took time to get to know our Labrador Oscar in a separate meet and greet session, and we felt completely comfortable and that he was in amazing hands. We loved our daily photos and videos, and Oscar is absolutely besotted with her! Can't recommend more highly.”

“Michaela and Darcy did a brilliant job of looking after Seamus. I'm sure he feels like he was on holiday! She sent me constant updates with pictures of him having a great time and looked extremely happy. Could not recommend more.”

“This is the second time we’ve left Frijol with Harry and Amelia and everything was perfect. They understood my dog’s needs perfectly weak. They kept us updated with photos and messages, and Frijol came back very happy. I’ll definitely book them again!”

I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m currently working in part time job so I make time every day for walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of affection, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m happy to adapt to each pet’s individual needs. I’m able to do onboarding after 14:00 week days or any time on weekends . I live in a flat in a free stress environment with parks around. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether they’re in my home or their own.
