Pet care experience
Animal lover (for as long as I can remember)
30 years of pet care experience - ever since that first day we brought home our little golden retriever puppy. One of my earliest memories as it’s just so monumental and shaped my life and love for animals and nature. I still remember sitting in the backseat of my grandparents car holding this tiny sweet puppy. Since then I have owned/taken car of all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, chinchillas, Guinea pigs, degus, rats, hamster, mice, canaries, tortoises, turtles, frogs and fish. I have dealt with difficult dogs and cats over the years and can do it, though of course I prefer well behaved ones. I have also experience taking care of special needs animals and do not shy away from that, be it administrating medication or handling a paraplegic dog who is still full of life and enjoys running around with his wheelchair. It is my love for animals and nature that has been around my entire life and lead me to study biology at university.

Kon took really great care of Jules and we had a very positive experience. He’s clearly experienced with dogs, responsible, attentive and very trustworthy. Jules was happy and well looked after, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Kon is a great sitter and we would happily leave Jules with him again. Highly recommended!

Kon has been walking Ziggy every Monday and has been fantastic. He’s reliable, punctual, and always flexible when we’ve needed extra walks or schedule changes. We really appreciate the regular updates and all the lovely photos, which give us peace of mind that Ziggy is having a great time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kon to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker.
Kon did an excellent job looking after our youger pup Luna! He was the perfect house guest and Luna had a great time! Will use again!

I work from home but am able to take breaks whenever nature calls and am able to always keep a close eye on your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
The local dog park is a 5 min walk away. It is entirely fenced in, so that well behaved dogs can run off leash. Pets can roam freely in the pet safe flat. It is dog and cat safe - no poisonous indoor plants or access to medicine or cleaning chemicals.

A typical day
I encourage physical exercise as well as stimulation through smell and other engagement methods. Expect ball throwing, tug of war as well as scent games to find a treat. Please feel free to tell me about your animals favourite activities so I can incorporate this in the time spent together.
