Hi there! I'm a responsible and caring house and pet sitter originally from Australia, currently working as a high school teacher. I absolutely love spending time with animals and understand how important it is to know your home and pets are in safe, reliable hands while you're away. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing sport, and going to the theatre. I'm tidy, respectful, and committed to keeping your space clean and your pets happy and well cared for. Whether it's daily walks, cuddles on the couch, or keeping to a specific routine, I'm more than happy to follow your pets' needs and preferences. I’d love to pet sit during my school holidays-it’s a wonderful way for me to balance my teaching schedule and look for rewarding short‑term work. It also provides a great excuse to explore more of beautiful Europe while sharing in your pets’ company.

Caring for pets in their own home means providing a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they can stick to their usual routines. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully — whether it’s feeding schedules, exercise needs, medication, or playtime preferences — to ensure pets feel secure and happy. I pay close attention to each pet’s unique personality and needs, offering plenty of affection and companionship while respecting any boundaries. For dogs, this often means regular walks and interactive play, while for cats it may involve brushing, gentle play, and quiet company. I also make sure to keep the home clean and secure, including locking doors, managing alarms, and caring for any plants or other responsibilities outlined by the owner. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates to owners to give them peace of mind while they’re away.

Sasha has done an amazing job looking after our cat, Buster. Buster bonded with Sasha very quickly, and they got on like a house on fire! We also got great update cards after each visit, which were very reassuring. We could see our cat was looked after really well while we were away and really liked Sasha. Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine — I enjoy having structure, and caring for animals adds a really rewarding rhythm to the day. I’m an early riser, so feeding time or morning check-ins are never a problem. I also love walking, so daily outdoor time with dogs or active cats easily fits into my schedule, and I make sure to set aside time for play, grooming, or quiet companionship depending on the animal’s needs. As a teacher, I’m very used to being organised, attentive, and consistent — all things that carry over well to pet care. On weekends or school holidays, I have even more flexibility and love spending that extra time keeping pets happy and comfortable in their home environment.
