Noa was absolutely great. When meeting the dogs and visiting our flat she was very involved and asked great questions and made me very comfortable. When staying with our 2 dogs shared updates regularly photos and details. She was very aware of our dogs needs. She noticed they were getting a little restless so she played games with them. Hiding treats both in the garden and the flat. She brushed the dogs. It was very clear she connected with both dogs and understood their personalities. We have one dog that is a little more reserved and scared and the other is very active and can be reactive. Noa was able to adjust to both personalities. We will for sure be using Noa again in the future
Julia and Marisa were absolutely wonderful with Jamie! From the very beginning, they were warm, organised, and incredibly communicative, which made leaving Jamie with them feel completely stress-free. They sent lots of photos and thoughtful updates throughout her stay, and it was clear from every picture how relaxed, happy, and well cared for she was. They really took the time to get to know Jamie’s personality and routines, and I could tell she was getting plenty of walks, playtime, and affection. It’s such a relief to find sitters who genuinely care and treat your dog like their own, and Julia and Marisa did exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for kind, reliable, and attentive dog sitters. Jamie already can’t wait for her next stay!
Vitoria was brilliant. She was excellent at communicating before coming over and gave us regular updates while we were out. She also arrived on time. Our dog Hector loved her and was very happy to be left with her. Could not have asked for a better service, thank you so much!
My dog is quite anxious and can be a (noisy) handful but Heather was very patient and understanding. She spent the whole day with her and took her out walking twice despite the hideous weather. I received lots of lovely reassuring photos. I'm sure subsequent visits will be easier and quieter (please god!) for Heather once Rosy has got used to having someone new in her domain. Thank you for stepping in to help out when we really needed a capable and reliable sitter.

It was so reassuring to receive so many adorable photos and videos. Jason looked so happy and comfortable spending time with her. Nyan was an incredible sitter to my pets. She sent daily updates with photos and made them very loved and cared for. She was very attentive to all the instructions, which I appreciated as my cat is very anxious so there are a number of important things to keep in mind. She is a true animal lover and will be my (and the pets’!) go to next time I have to travel overseas again.
Enya is a fantastic sitter! She was super communicative, punctual, friendly, and responsible - and you can tell she loves dogs! She left my place super clean and tidy, which is always so nice to come home to after a holiday. We will definitely recommend and use Enya again soon!
This was his Olivier first booking with my anxious pooch Patch, and he did an excellent job. He followed my instructions, including letting Patch off lead in the park; he also communicated well throughout the day, and Patch was clearly relaxed and happy when I got home.
