I have been doing pet sitting jobs since I was a teenager, I absolutely love pets and I miss having a dog around. Heidi took fantastic care of Theo while we were away for a few days! He got lots of cuddles and playtime, and we got updates throughout the day so we knew how well he was being cared for. Heidi stayed in our flat and was a perfect guest. It is very clear that Heidi is a cat lover and I would 100% recommend her to anybody who wants their cat perfectly looked after while they're gone.
I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. Karen was caring, thoughtful and responsive throughout the stay, with great attention to detail. It was clear she genuinely enjoyed spending time with my cat by playing with him, giving him lots of attention, and making sure he was happy and comfortable. Knowing he was in such good hands gave me great peace of mind when I was away. She also left our home very tidy. I would happily trust her to care for my cat again in the future.

Second time asking Veronica to look after our fur baby and house sit for 4 nights while we were abroad. Georgia stayed with Elune for 3 days and 3 nights while we were away abroad and she did an amazing job as we had experienced on a previous booking. Georgia is incredibly professional, calm, understanding and responsive. She was also very accommodating to our schedule changing and helped look after Elune to be able to take an earlier flight. Our rescue dog loves her and loves being around her. Georgia replies to messages quickly and listens to any concerns and instructions. We always contact her as a first point and we trust Elune and our home in her care completely. The house is always left spotless and in a great condition and our dog is happy, well fed and clearly had a good amount of affection and attention. Georgia is a true star! ⭐️
Henrique has been an absolutely amazing cat sitter for Milo. Milo is usually very shy around new people, but he took a liking to Henrique straight away, which says everything about how calm, patient, and caring he is with animals. He’s been incredible with Milo throughout the whole time — giving him lots of attention, making sure he was comfortable, and really understanding his personality and needs. We also really appreciated how consistently Henrique kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It’s so reassuring knowing Milo is in such good hands, and we could tell he was genuinely happy and relaxed the entire time. Henrique is reliable, thoughtful, and clearly loves what he does. At this point, we may need to plan our holidays around Henrique’s availability because we honestly wouldn’t want anyone else looking after Milo!
