First, she is incredibly responsive (we really, REALLY appreciate how timely she responds to any questions or messages that we've sent her way), and we also deeply appreciate how professional and conscientious she is about any appointment (she texts several days before to confirm the booking, and she keeps us posted if there are delays/issues with trains, etc.) and she has always been on time. And of course, just as importantly - our elderly little weenies seem to truly adore her. Our household is quirky, there are lots of odd bits and bobs that come with watching over senior weenies who have IVDD, but Sakura was able to learn their routine on Day 1. About: I have grown up around all kinds of animals, I currently have 3 dogs and one cat of my own back home in Ireland. I have provided dog walking and check in services before, many friends have also needed me to keep their dogs overnight. One of my own dogs is reactive so I have plenty of experience with both people reactive and dog reactive dogs. My own dogs are all very active breeds so I’m well versed with the needs of high energy dogs! My cat is an older cat who requires medication and assistance for certain things so I am also experienced with more senior pets. I’m currently a student which means I can have a flexible schedule during the week and am completely available at the weekends! Early morning/ late evening walks are also no issue for me. When caring for your pets in your home they will be loved like they’re my own! Any routines or special requirements will be followed.

Emma was AMAZING with my puppy Skye. She followed all the instructions, played with her so sweetly and just showed so much love, keeping us regularly updated. She really understood the difference between puppies vs older dogs and made sure to keep more of an eye on Skye. I will definitely be using Emma for dog / puppy sitting again.
Flor looked after Dill at our house for a week while we were on holiday abroad. Flor gave us regular updates with photos to share the activities she and Dill were having together, this was greatly appreciated and just the right amount of information to help us know that Dill was happy and being looked after very well even when she developed a tummy upset which she can sometimes experience. We returned to a happy, excited dog and it was lovely to see how she went with a wagging tail to say goodbye to Flor when she was leaving.
Ruo Xuan was absolutely fantastic looking after my kitten, Chloe, for a week in September. This was the first time I'd needed a cat sitter to stay in my home for a full week, so I was understandably a little nervous about it. From the beginning, Ruo Xuan put me completely at ease. She came to meet Chloe twice beforehand, which really helped Chloe feel comfortable with her. During the stay, she followed all the care instructions perfectly and went above and beyond. I got daily updates and photos, which was lovely. When I came back, Chloe was happy, content, and clearly very well cared for. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend Ruo Xuan to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to look after their pet.
Diana was excellent in communicating. She visited beforehand to meet Tammy who, uncharacteristically, seemed to take an instant like to her. Diana stayed for 4 nights and kept the flat tidy, the litter tray spotless, and stripped the bed before leaving. Tammy seemed a little disappointed to see us back so soon.
Mandy was brilliant! She updated us daily with lots of pictures, kept us in the loop with all our cat’s habits, and when there was a leak from our upstairs neighbours, handled it so well, keeping us informed and going above and beyond! Will absolutely be booking again x
