“Ashley and her family were absolutely amazing with our kitten Inca. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. From the moment I contacted Ashley it was clear just how much of an animal lover she is. Her family were so lovely - they entertained Inca endlessly with real affection. I could see that Inca responded straight away and felt totally at home. Ashley also checked in with me several times a day and I received wonderful photos and videos of Inca, which were much appreciated. I could see just how happy she was and didn't ever have to worry. I honestly couldn't have chosen nicer people to look after Inca and I'll certainly be asking Ashley and her family to look after her again in the future.”

“I can really recommend Michelle very highly, She gave Sydney a lovely holiday and sent me several updates and pictures/videos of their activities together. Most importantly, Michelle tried, as much as possible, to keep to Sydney's usual timetable - which I'd explained to her - and so it made him feel almost at home.”

Teddy quickly felt comfortable with Harry's dog and spent walks in the Heath off the lead. Harry did a fantastic job of keeping us informed during Teddy's stay - sending both messages and photos. “Bianca was the most welcoming, responsive and caring sitter we could have hoped for for our 3 dogs. We always had complete peace of mind throughout their stay (10 days). Bianca was communicative, sent regular photo updates which were great to receive, and she provided a warm and loving home for our dogs. “Marina and Thais are hands down our favourite people to take care of Kira. They are very loving, attentive and go out of their way in making Kira feel at home and totally pampered. Not only to they wash and brush her whenever needed, they also created bespoke treats and snacks with Kira’s name on it! Don’t know what else they could do better, to be honest. Kira is better taken care there than even at our home!”

“Sophia and her friends looked after our Boston Terrier for 9 days when we were away and he seemed comfortable and happy - lots of walks and they kept him company for most of the time (he's a bit emotionally needy!) and helped out with buying extra food when he was being fussy.”
