Canadian Veterinary Staffer
I am a Canadian pet-lover currently accompanying his finacée in the UK while she pursues a career opportunity. In Toronto, I work full-time at one of the city’s longest standing veterinary practices caring for cats and dogs of all different, ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have a 6 year old French Bulldog named Olive whom I miss dearly. She’s back in Toronto staying with her grandmother while we see through this wild ride. I have been walking dogs for the better part of 20 years. Growing up, I’d earn my allowance by walking my grandmother’s Chocolate Lab, and later, my aunt’s Australian Shepard. I’d love to make some furry friends while I’m here!

Jackson was great with Pep, our 6 year old high energy Labrador! Walked him during the morning and pep had a lot of fun! He was really self sufficient and managed to connect and build rapport with Pep very quickly! Totally recomendable!
Watson had a great stay at Jackson’s this past week! He seemed sad to leave!! Thanks Jackson for watching my bestie :)
Jackson is great! My dog Roxi is pretty nervous. He took the time to get to know her and make her comfortable, and she had a ton of fun on her walk out with him! Highly recommend :)
Jackson has been great with Billy. He’s clearly very experienced with dogs and has taken a thoughtful, patient approach...slowly building Billy’s trust and taking things at his pace. It’s been really reassuring to see. We’re now using him for weekly walks. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I just arrived in the UK earlier this month and am currently unemployed so my schedule is wide open for walks and pet sitting opportunities.

I work in a veterinary clinic and have my Fear-Free certification, so I have plenty of experience meeting cats and dogs at their pace and operating at their comfort level. Building trust with the animals will in turn build trust with their owners. I will rigorously follow any instructions you have for your pets care and work to build a unique connection with each pet I had the pleasure of working with.
