Dog Boarding Southwark

About: I have always been around dogs with family and friends. I am close to retirement age and want to enjoy the company of the dogs. I am near parks and green areas just behind Kennington Park. As I am reducing hours of work I want to keep active and have a companion to share my days. Enjoying the outings of my area. I live in an apartment with closed balcony and the surroundings of the ground are full of greens, plants and pavements. Great for the dog walking.

About: I’ve had dogs in my family my whole life and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for them. I regularly look after friends’ dachshunds in my home and stay at friends’ houses to care for their Westie. I work in a dog-friendly office, so dogs can join me every day. In 2025, I volunteered with street dogs in Thailand and now support dog charities through fundraising. I work full-time (9-5) in a dog-friendly office, so your dog is welcome to come with me each day or stay at home if you prefer. At work, there are quiet spaces to relax, plenty of interaction throughout the day, and lots of attention from me. There is time for walks before and after work, as well as toilet breaks as often as every hour if needed. I have a very flexible lifestyle and can adapt to your dog’s routine. We have a secure, fenced outdoor area at home, along with plenty of nearby green spaces for walks, including Burgess Park, Peckham Rye, and Dulwich Park. Your dog will enjoy walks, playtime, meals, and a comfortable place to rest. Think of me as Mrs Doubtfire for dogs!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my family and I’ve really missed having a dog to be around! In lockdown, i lived with my sister who got her first dog so I have plenty of experience taking care of a dog and it’s daily needs, and often go back to dog sit whenever needed! I also helped to train him as a puppy 😌 I work from home so can be very attentive and hands on with your dogs! I am generally available any day of the week so feel free to ask whenever. I’d be happy to play with your dog at home or take them out for walks, as i’m trying to incorporate walking into my daily life style again! I live in the city centre right by the river so it’s the perfect location to walk along the canal, or even any of the near by parks in the city. I have plenty of green and grassy patches near me for toilet breaks. My flat is smoke free and clean/tidy, and will have space for a crate if needed.

About: I’ve always been an animal lover and have grown up surrounded by pets. I had cats growing up, including one very special cat who lived to the amazing age of 24 back at my family home, so I like to think we must have done something right! More recently, I’ve had the pleasure of house-sitting and caring for friends’ pets while they’ve been away, looking after both cats and dogs for periods of up to two weeks. I really enjoy getting to know each animal’s personality and making sure they feel happy, safe and comfortable in their own routine and environment. My partner, Ollie, also grew up with a chocolate Labrador called Darcy, so dogs have always been a big part of his life too. He loves getting outdoors and going for long walks and runs, so if your dog is energetic and enjoys a good adventure, we’d be very happy to keep up! We also have Ollie’s 5-year-old daughter with us every other weekend, and she absolutely loves animals, especially giving them cuddles and the occasional treat! Of course, we’re always mindful of each pet’s individual temperament and boundaries and would never expect a dog to interact with her if they’re not comfortable. We’re a caring, friendly household and would treat your pets as part of the family while they’re with us. We understand that every pet is different, and we’re happy to follow their usual routines, whether they love long walks and playtime or prefer plenty of relaxed cuddles and quiet company. I work full-time with a highly flexible, hybrid schedule, and Ollie also has flexibility with where he works. Together, we make a great team and can easily adapt to your pet's routine! Since we live just minutes from local parks, we can provide regular toilet breaks, walks, and plenty of attention throughout the day based on your pet's needs. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I ensure the space is a welcoming environment, where I hope your pet can feel relaxed part of the family. I strive to follow your usual routine as closely as possible to help your dog feel at ease. I know every dog is different, so I’m happy to adapt to their needs and personality to make sure they’re well looked after and happy.
