“Dongmei and Thomas took care of Ovie for three nights, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly willing and keen to understand everything about Ovie to ensure he was cared for exactly as he needed. During our meet and greet, they asked thoughtful, detailed questions and really took the time to get to know him. They also showed me the beautiful park next to their apartment and their lovely, spacious home, including a large deck which Ovi clearly enjoyed. Throughout his stay, they kept me completely at ease by sending multiple photos and updates each day. Ovie typically takes a little time to feel comfortable with new people, but it was clear from both the pictures and his behaviour when I picked him up that he was very happy and relaxed around them. They were incredibly accommodating, managed his high energy levels very well, and truly treated him as if he were their own. They even bought treats for him and played games to keep him engaged and stimulated. I would not hesitate for a second to book with Dongmei and Thomas again. Highly recommended.”

From the moment we met them, they were so friendly and welcoming, making sure both my partner and I felt completely comfortable leaving Bailey, our 2-year-old dachshund, in their care, especially as this was the first time we’d left him over night with someone new. They took the time to listen to all our needs and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s so clear how much they truly love dogs, as the care and affection they showed Bailey was amazing. They kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which was such a comfort, and it was obvious how happy he was with them. They have a large garden, which was ideal for Bailey to have a run around to burn off energy and he loved having a sniff at all the smells in their garden which helped stimulate his brain. They took him on lovely long walks where he saw horses, cows and sheep, played all of his favourite games as well as enrichment activities, and gave him endless cuddles and attention. Bailey came home a very happy (and tired!) little dachshund, which says it all. We’re so grateful to Clare and Jack for looking after him as if he were their own, and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future!”
