Caring Hands, Happy Tails
I’ve been around dogs all my life, and for over 20 years I’ve had the joy of sharing my home with Smooth Fox Terriers. They’ve truly been part of the family. Over the years, I’ve been involved in all aspects of their care — from whelping and raising puppies to giving medicine when needed. I’ve learned how each dog has its own personality, and I always take the time to help them feel safe and at ease in new surroundings. At the moment, I don’t have a dog of my own, but I have a lot of love and experience to offer. My flat is calm, comfortable, and dog-friendly, with a lovely park just a stone’s throw away — perfect for walks and playtime. I enjoy spending time outdoors and being active, so your dog will get plenty of fresh air and attention. Just a small note — English is not my first language, but I always do my best to communicate clearly and kindly. The most important thing for me is making sure your dog feels happy, safe, and loved while they’re with us. Looking forward to hearing from you!

If I could give Irina more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment she met Broski, it was obvious there was something special. She is one of the kindest, warmest, and most genuine people we have ever met, and it didn’t take long for Broski to completely fall in love with her. The feeling was clearly mutual. As the owner of an anxious rescue dog, finding someone who truly understands dogs and is patient enough to earn their trust is incredibly rare. Irina did exactly that, and then some. She took exceptional care of Broski, respecting all of his little quirks and anxieties, making sure he always felt safe, comfortable, and loved. We received regular updates that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away, and it was so reassuring to see how happy and relaxed he was with her. What impressed us just as much was the care she took of our home. We came back to a spotless house that looked exactly as we had left it, if not better. She treated our home with so much respect and care that it genuinely felt like it was her own. Irina is thoughtful, dependable, compassionate, communicative, and simply an all-round wonderful human being. She goes above and beyond without ever making it feel like an effort. It is so clear that she genuinely loves animals, and they love her right back. We cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for someone they can trust completely with both their pets and their home. We are so glad we found Irina… or, to be more accurate, Broski found her. And we could not be happier that he did.

Irina looked after my dog Mary in the most impossibly hot weather with ease. She was absolutely amazing. Walked her when it was safe too, followed her routine, managed her terrier habits , and looked after her so wonderfully with the most gorgeous daily updates. If I could give more than five stars I would. I can’t thank Irina enough and will be booking again for sure.

Schedule
I currently work part-time at a local school, which means my schedule is quite flexible and leaves me with plenty of time during the day to care for pets. When I’m not working, I’m usually at home, so your dog will have lots of company. Whether your dog loves activity or prefers a quieter pace, I’ll be there to give them attention, comfort, and companionship throughout the day

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home is a calm and secure space, with a private garden where your dog can safely enjoy time outdoors. I live in a dog-friendly neighbourhood, and our neighbours also have dogs, so there’s always a friendly, social atmosphere around — perfect if your dog enjoys a bit of company! There are also two large parks just 5–10 minutes away from my home, perfect for daily walks, playtime, or a bit of off-lead exercise if your dog is used to it. I’m very familiar with the area and always make sure walks are safe, relaxed, and suited to each dog’s energy level. I’ve had many years of hands-on experience with dogs, and I understand how important it is to provide a safe and trusting environment, especially when pets are away from their usual routine. I also have a current DBS check, giving you added peace of mind that your dog is in responsible and caring hands.
A typical day
I love keeping dogs happy, active, and engaged! We’ll go on walks through quiet streets or parks, play fetch or tug-of-war, and enjoy sniffing adventures along the way. I like to switch things up to keep it fun and mentally stimulating — whether it’s learning a trick, chasing a ball, or just enjoying a relaxing stroll together.
