From our first messages, she was warm, organised and very clear about timing and plans, which made drop‑off and pick‑up super smooth. Jessamyn kept in touch every day with photos, videos and detailed updates about how Dua was, which really reassured me and made me feel connected to her. Jessamyn even noticed and shared all of Dua’s little quirks, including how bossy she can be! Overall, Dua came home relaxed and happy, and it felt more like she had been on a little holiday of her own with her besties, than in “boarding.” We even got going away presents on pickup!
