“Lucia looked after our dog Rufio while we were away, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She lives in a fantastic spot for dogs, with access to a secure, gated garden nearby where they can play and explore. Lucia and her family are incredibly warm, friendly, and clearly have a genuine love for animals. Throughout Rufio’s stay, she kept us updated with daily messages and adorable photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She’s always quick to respond and made the whole process feel effortless. I truly can’t recommend Lucia highly enough — she’s amazing, and Rufio absolutely loved his time with her. It’s such a relief to know we’ve found someone we trust to care for him in the future. He already can’t wait for his next stay!”

“Yang is very kind, professional, and clearly loves dogs. She responds right away, takes wonderful care of my little shihtzu, and sends frequent updates with lovely pictures. She is close to Regent’s Park so bear gets lots of walks in green spaces with Yang. I would definitely recommend her.”
