Oliver kindly looked after Hugo while we went away for the weekend. Oliver’s communication was great and if he had any queries sent us a message and also photos which is alway reassuring. As Hugo is not keen to be left alone he kindly altered his plans for the weekend. Hugo seemed relaxed when we got him home and i hope Oliver would have him again. Oliver obviously looks after dogs as he genuinely likes dogs which is important for anyone thinking of using Rover.
Michelle was really good with Naya, given Naya is reactive on walks, she followed all our instructions, always on top of sending updates during the day and I can tell Naya was very trusting with her very quickly! She’s always quick to respond and also very accommodating with our timing as well! 10/10 :)
Olive had the time of her life with Helen, Brandon, and their lovely fluffer, Loretta-exploring Hyde Park, swimming in the Battersea Park ponds, and playing together. All the updates from Helen, and seeing just how happy Olive was, made us seriously question whether we should get a second dog. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!
Our Cavapoo Louie LOVED every second of his 2-day-stay! He’s a 12 weeks old puppy and needed some extra attention and care, which both Raquel and Jacobo provided without any issues and in perfection. We cannot recommend Nachi and Surabhi highly enough! As frequent travellers, we usually leave our beloved 3-year-old Cava Tzu with friends, so the thought of leaving her with strangers for the first time filled us with a lot of anxiety and worry, especially as we were going away for 8 days. From the moment we met Nachi for a joint dog walk with their lovely dog, Penny, we immediately felt at ease. They kindly invited us into their home so we could see where our little girl would be staying, and it was clear straight away that they are genuine animal lovers who provide a safe, welcoming, and caring environment. Throughout our trip, Nachi and Surabhi were absolutely fantastic. They kept us updated daily with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our dog was not only well cared for but thoroughly spoiled with love, attention, and affection. Natchi and Surabhi are a truly wonderful couple—kind, generous, trustworthy, and incredibly caring. We returned home to a very happy dog, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care they provided. We will definitely be booking with them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and loving home-from-home experience for their dog.

We left Cody with Gislaine and her family for a week and he had such a good time!
