“Would recommend Lucia and her family in a heartbeat. They are lovely and kind, took amazing care of our pup Noodle, made him feel loved and spoiled, and took him on lots of walkies - and communicated well with us, keeping us up to date with lots of cute pictures of Noodle's adventures. They hosted Noodle for a couple days including during our wedding day, and even went above and beyond for us and brought Noodle to our hotel so he could be present and fulfill his ringbearer duties at our ceremony - which was an immense help. Thank you.”

“Yang is very kind, professional, and clearly loves dogs. She responds right away, takes wonderful care of my little shihtzu, and sends frequent updates with lovely pictures. She is close to Regent’s Park so bear gets lots of walks in green spaces with Yang. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Ruo Xuan took care of my very shy kitty for three days and I could not have asked for a better sitter! Not only she completed all the detailed tasks perfectly and efficiently, she really made efforts to lure out my shy and hiding kitty with love and compassion. My cat has NEVER opened up to anyone but family but he actually opened up to her in only two days! Even let her pet him. By day 3 he was completely relaxed and I could tell by the photos Ruo Xuan sent me, he completely opened up to her. I cannot be more grateful and finally I feel like I can go on more trips. Thank you!!!!”

About: As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring for your pets. I have my cat named Ely and so have experience with daily feeding, playtime, cleaning, and giving pets attention and comfort.

About: I have had cats in my life for as long as I can remember. As the youngest sibling, cats were always part of my childhood and, in a loving way, often felt like my little companions and playmates. I had to leave my family cat back home in Chile, so I really miss having cats around. I understand that cats need their own space and time to build trust, but I am always available when they decide they want attention, company or cuddles. Even when people say they are not “cat people,” I still think cats are wonderful. They are very good at sensing who is patient, calm and kind, and in my experience, cats usually feel comfortable with me—so it is a pretty good deal!

“Roberta is the most excellent cat sitter! She is so reliable and caring. She has been amazing at looking after my cat and is very attentive to his needs and happiness whilst I’m away. I would highly recommend her!”

“Bridget was the best caretaker I could’ve asked for for my sweet cat, Elsa. She sent the best daily updates and was so flexible with timing. Can’t recommend her enough :)”

“We’ve used Dolo many times to look after our cat while we’re away, and she’s always been exceptional - great communication and clear attention to detail for a cat’s needs. Thank you for the great care, as always!!”

About: I’ve fostered and taken care of cats from a young age. There’s no such thing as a cat I don’t love. I have 10 years experience pet sitting and taking care of cats. I’m a zoology and animal behaviour graduate so I’m scientifically trained to care of your cats! I have care experience with dogs, cats and wild/exotic animals like parrots and monkeys. I’m friendly and trustworthy and animals bring me so much joy. Let me make your life easier and bring you peace of mind. Your babies are safe with me.
“Laura looked after our cat really well. She was on time and sent us pictures/videos of them playing together. She made sure we were back home in case our flight would be delayed. We can only recommend her and we will definitely use her services again.”

About: Hi there! 👋 I’m May - born and raised in Thailand. Growing up, I often took care of stray mama cats who often gave birth in our home, so I’m very comfortable around both cats and kittens. Later on, I had a Pomeranian named Mochi but sadly had to leave him with my family when I moved to the UK and I’ve really missed having a furry companion ever since. Since then, I’ve looked after my friend’s senior Jack Russell, Kai, for several overnight stays and recently had Winnie the Dalmatian (that’s us in the dp) stay with me for just over a week. We spent our time going on long walks, exploring parks and visiting dog-friendly pubs and cafés. I’ve also helped care for pets with health issues so I’m confident managing those kinds of needs too. Dec '25 update: Since starting on Rover a few months ago, I’ve been lucky enough to look after a few wonderful pups for different types of requests which has been incredibly healing and brought me so much happiness during my time off work. I’m super grateful to have met and spent time with so many amazing dogs :) As I’m now back at work, I can only accept bookings on Mondays, Fridays and occasional weekends. For boarding requests, please have a look at the additional details provided below to make sure it’s a good fit. I’m currently on a sabbatical, so I have plenty of free time to care for your pet. I’m available for morning and evening walks on weekdays and from 2pm on weekends. I can provide full-time weekday care (daytime only) and am happy to accommodate pets who need frequent toilet breaks or extra attention. Whether at my place or in a pet owner’s home, I aim to create a calm and comfortable environment where your pet feels safe and cared for. I follow any routines you provide closely, from feeding times to walk schedules and playtime. If I’m caring for your pet at my home, they’ll have plenty of space to relax, regular outdoor time and lots of company throughout the day. I’m attentive to their behaviour and needs, whether it’s giving medication, managing health issues or just providing extra cuddles.
About: Hello my name is Jules! I am 23 years old and currently a freelancer. I lived half of my life in London and the other half in Italy. I have 3 dogs back in Italy. I grew up surrounded by dogs and always had one by my side. Whenever I have time I always fly to Italy to go see my dogs, especially my 14 year old dog who unfortunately is very sick. My dog has had a long term illness for the last 6 years and I was always there to take care of her. One could say I am an avid dog lover. I have been always fascinated by dogs and how marvelous they can be. Any dog always puts a smile on my face. I believe any dog has a kind soul and can be a great friend! I’ve had a lot of experience educating dogs and have some tips and tricks up my sleeve. I am happy to meet your furry best friend and learn everything that is needed to create a safe comfortable environment. I am currently very flexible with timings as I am a freelancer that works from home. My schedule can easily be adapted to any of your pet’s personal needs. When it comes to taking care of pets either at my home or the owner’s home I first ask for their schedule, medical needs and what they like to do. I always will make sure to keep the surroundings safe and comfortable for any pet. I like to walk pets a few times a day to keep them active, this can change if they have any medical issues.

About: I’ve loved and cared for cats for many years and understand that every cat has their own unique personality and routine. I am calm, patient and respectful of their space, while also providing plenty of attention and affection when they want it. Whether your cat is playful, shy or independent, I will ensure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while you’re away.
“Alice is the best!! She took such good care of my 10 month old puppy Holly! She is such a good communicator and I trust her. I highly recommend booking with Alice, your pet will be in good hands!”

About: I’ve had cats since I was an undergrad. A girl cat who was quite finicky with strangers and a boy cat who made friends with anyone that walked in a room. I’m more than happy to accommodate the spectrum of cat personalities!
About: I have a maltese back in my home country with which I was living with for eight years before coming to England. I've had her since she was 2 months old so I am familiar with puppy training as I took care of her. We played, ate and went on walks together. She then gave birth to another four puppies which we had in the house until they were 2 months old, gaining further experience on puppy training. I have spent time with other small/medium sized dogs and also puppies when their owners were busy in London. I am familiar with London roads and taking pets on walks in these busy streets but also walked numerous times both hyde park and regent's park. I am experienced with dogs with fear of loud noises, being uncomfortable in small spaces and also afraid of other dogs. I am free to pet sit and walk when I work from home on Mondays and Thursdays and during the weekend. During the weekend we will be spending time outdoors - going on walks, going to parks, going to cafes/restaurants and sitting outside or enjoying a chill night at home. I live in a flat on the 7th floor without a balcony so there is no risk of escaping. My building is also gated and the building street is only moments away from hyde park to go for enjoyable walks. At home we will be chilling and watching TV as well as playing with pet toys, and when we are outdoors we will go for walks and or play at Hyde park/Regent's park

“Mariam did a wonderful job of looking after my 2 cats. She was super communicative and sent loads of updates and photos. Her generosity and care will not be forgotten and we will certainly use her again in the future.”

About: Dogs are not just animals to me – they are family. With more than 20 years of experience, including rescue work, rehabilitation and fostering, I have cared for dogs with a wide range of personalities and needs. I have worked extensively with anxious, fearful and reactive dogs, helping them build confidence and trust. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a dog feel safe, loved and genuinely happy. I recently moved to London and am eagerly awaiting to bring my own dog over from Mexico. Until then, I would be delighted to give your dog the same care, attention and affection that I would give my own. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I enjoy taking long walks around London every day and live just a stone’s throw from Hyde Park and Regent’s Park, providing excellent opportunities for exercise, enrichment and outdoor adventures. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime or simply companionship, I can easily adapt to their individual needs and routine. Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness will always be my top priorities. I live alone in a spacious, calm flat where dogs can relax and feel at home. I believe pets should be treated as family, so well-behaved dogs are welcome on the sofa and, if permitted by their owners, may even sleep on the bed. I am happy to follow any training rules or routines you have in place and can accommodate special dietary requirements, including preparing fresh BARF meals. I will care for your dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive plenty of affection, attention and exercise throughout their stay.
“We did a day care with Carly for 2 days, and it’s been a great experience :) Carly is really thoughtful and caring and handled our dog with separation anxiety really well, giving him all the attention he needed 🤍”

About: I’m a devoted and proud dog mum of Theo, my Havanese-Maltese puppy. Caring for him has given me hands-on experience with puppy routines, feeding schedules, training reinforcement, socialisation, teething, and creating a safe, enriching environment. I work primarily from home, which means dogs in my care receive plenty of attention, supervision, companionship, and regular updates for their owners. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, and I take the time to ensure they feel comfortable, secure, and loved while you’re away. I particularly enjoy caring for small and medium-sized dogs and am comfortable following detailed feeding, medication, exercise, and behavioural instructions. My goal is simple: to treat every dog as if they were my own. I work primarily from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, supervision, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Dogs in my care are rarely left alone for extended periods. I maintain a structured routine and can accommodate feeding schedules, medication requirements, and specific owner instructions to help pets feel comfortable and settled. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are my highest priorities. I live in a clean, secure apartment in Marylebone and am an attentive, hands-on caregiver. I have my own small dog, Theo, a friendly Havanese-Maltese puppy who enjoys the company of other dogs. I only accept a limited number of pets at a time so that each dog receives individual attention. I carefully follow owners’ instructions regarding feeding, exercise, training, medications, and sleeping arrangements, and I provide regular photo and video updates throughout their stay.

About: I love taking care and playing with dogs and am experienced with taking care of high-energy and playful breeds and puppies for stays up to a week. I live in a spacious 3-bed flat with my twin brother with private garden access and a large living room. I work from home three days a week with a flexible schedule. I always send updates and pictures to the owners and of course adapt to the owners specific preferences they have for their furry friend! My week naturally splits into home days and office days — three days remote means I'm around for walks and play. I always share the flat with my twin brother who is also experienced so your dog is rarely on their own for long. Weekends I'm usually active and happy to build the routine around whatever your dog is used to. My flat is spacious and has direct access to a private garden, so dogs have room to move freely and safely. I've looked after puppies and high-energy breeds before, so I'm used to keeping an eye on things and making sure the environment is secure. I always follow the owner's usual routine: feeding times, sleeping arrangements, any rules so your dog feels at home as quickly as possible. I'll always check in with updates and photos so you can actually relax while they're here.

“Emily was wonderful with Cookie! She followed all his routines and took great care of him. Cookie came home relaxed and happy, which says it all. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter.”

About: I provide a loving, home-based dog boarding service with daily walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I provide a safe and comfortable environment and keep owners updated throughout their dog’s stay. I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for 10 years ranging all breeds and ages. I currently own one French Bulldog, Albie, who is friendly, playful and loves company of other dogs. I’ve got a lovely, secure garden and live right next to a big open space perfect for dog walks. I have two human boys aged 16 and 12, they have grown up around dogs and are kind and caring towards animals. I do not have another job so can provide dog care all day after 8 am. At weekends dogs will not be left for more than two hours at a time. I have a fenced garden and one friendly dog who can keep your dog company during their stay. Dogs can sleep in separate rooms at night if preferred.

About: Hi! I’m Leanna, a recent LSE graduate and proud owner of Gwen, my Oriental Shorthair cat. I’ve always loved animals and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply sticking to their usual routine, I’ll make sure they’re happy, safe, and well looked after. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax while you’re away. I also love long dog walks, often with my friend’s Dalmatian Penny, on the moors when I’m back with my family! Currently work during the week but have availability in the evenings, weekends, and during school holidays. As I work in education, I will be based in London throughout the summer school holidays and would love to build relationships with local pets and owners before then. This allows your pet to become comfortable and familiar with me before you head away on holiday, giving you extra peace of mind while you’re away. I live near Hyde Park and in a Mew, offering lots of outdoor space and playtime. Even my cat loves to roam around outside a little, with supervision. One of my best friends is a vet nurse, and I love walking her dog Penny on the moors when I am back home! (She’s the Dalmatian)
“Iris was caring and conscientious with our 15 year old Maltichon Penny, updating us on how she was getting along, and genuinely made an effort to connect with her. I would recommend Iris, as she is very experienced and knowledgeable, and organised. Everything went well as we arranged, and it was reassuring to know Penny was left in good hands. It's also a plus that Iris has her own dog Sunny, who was good company for Penny, she came away very calm and happy.”

I carefully follow owners’ instructions regarding routines, feeding and house rules, and use secure leads or harnesses during walks while choosing safe routes. I take time to build trust with each pet, especially nervous ones, and always use positive reinforcement. About: I’ve always played with my neighbours dog since I was a kid. 5 years ago, I made the jump and got my own little Cocker Spaniel, Ryah. I’m a very active person that loves nothing more than to go on long walks or have a cozy night in cuddling with my best friend 🐶 I’m currently working from home. I’m a very early morning person and don’t mind doing early or late evening walks. I’m very flexible on weekends and would love nothing more than walking your furry companion in one of London’s beautiful parks! I live alone in a Mews and in very close proximity to a lot of parks where I can make sure to provide daily exercise for your dog.
“Max has looked after Mabel each Wednesday for the last 4 weeks and hopefully many more 😊. She is always happy to see Max and he patiently puts up with her barky arrivals! It sounds like she settles very well and makes herself straight at home! It works perfectly for me as my office is an easy walk from dropping her off. Would definitely recommend 💯”

“May was fab - so so good with Milly! Lives locally as well, so super convenient. She took the best care of Milly, and we will be definitely rebooking with her. Honestly, a lovely home environment with a kind person. Best environment, we could put our dog in. Fast communication and kept me updated whilst I was at work and my dad was on holiday. I’d highly recommend her. Thank you for looking after her, and Im sure we will see you soon! Thanks, Izzy! ☺️”

About: I have always been a dog person and have had dogs all my life. I live right next to the park, and love going for walks. I work from home so your dog will always have company. And above all, I pride myself on cultivating environments where your dog will always feel loved. My girlfriend has been doing rover for many years and has a 5 star rating - I’ve really enjoyed helping her look after all the doggies and that’s what inspired me to make my profile 🐶 I work from home full time, so per care fits very naturally into my routine. I’m able to give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day, regular toilet breaks, walks, play time, and company, rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I also live right next to a park, so outdoor time is easy to incorporate into my schedule. I love having doggies around and will be sure to build a calm, comforting environment for them. I make an effort to stick to your dogs regular routine to ensure they settle in nicely. Your dog will be treated like family here, including cuddles on the sofa and bed!

About: As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring for your pets. I have my cat named Ely and so have experience with daily feeding, playtime, cleaning, and giving pets attention and comfort. I’m newer to dog walking but I’m responsible, patient, and eager to provide safe, loving care for both cats and dogs. I’m happy to follow routines closely and make sure pets feel relaxed, happy, and well looked after. With warm months coming I found myself spending more time on walks so decided to also offer dog walking services and drop in visits for cats and dogs as holiday season approaching I follow the instructions of the pet owner and make sure we are clear on what is expected. For dog walking I recommend to have an initial meet-up to see if the dog is comfortable with me.

About: My family had a dog after I moved out of home but I loved it and played with it every time I went back to visit them. I have also volunteered in kennels for stray dogs and I also spend a lot of time with some of my friends dogs when I visit them as you will see in my reviews - feeding, walking and playing with them. I work part-time and I am home on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and can usually find time between 11am - 3pm or post 6pm to help out with your dog! I work in Finance and I went to London Business School (5 years ago now!) I still live in Marylebone, near Regents Park so I am very familiar with the area and can easily fit a walk into my daily routine! I live in a flat and cannot take care of dogs in my own home but I am very happy to walk your dogs or care for them in your home!
“Kon was super friendly and attentive. The whole experience felt professional and high quality! This was my first time using Rover and I’m looking forward to having Kon hang with Bruno again soon :)”

About: I’ve always loved animals. For two years I regularly took my neighbor’s Maltese out for walks back home in Croatia, which gave me plenty of hands-on experience caring for a small but spirited dog. On top of that, I live with my own cat, who is basically my child, so I completely understand how much love and care pets need every day. When I look after your dog or cat, I’ll treat them with the same attention, affection, and responsibility I give my own. I work full-time during the week, but my weekends are free and I love nothing more than to spend them around animals - both my own and yours. That’s when I’m available for drop-in visits and dog walks. During drop-in visits, I make sure your dog feels happy and cared for in their own home. I’ll take care of the essentials like fresh water, feeding, and potty breaks, but also give them attention, play, and cuddles so they don’t feel alone while you’re away. Every visit is about keeping their routine familiar and making them feel loved until you return.
“I can’t thank Annie enough for taking care of Teddy for me during my flying visit to London. I will always book them in during future visits (and I just wish they lived near my home so I could book them every time I need Teddy looked after!) Thanks Annie! x”

“Aveline is responsible, punctual and easy to work with. She was able to make our two furry babies feel comfortable and safe when on walks with her. Aveline takes them to the park and they get tired after long walks. One of our dogs is almost 15 years old and Aveline was able to make him feel comfortable. What I appreciate the most is that Aveline is always on time, positive and responsible. Sometimes Aveline walks them extra 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend Aveline!”

“After a meet and greet with Karmah, I had no doubt she'd be great walking Logan. The way she handled him in certain situations, as well as getting to know her history with dogs left me with complete confidence in her ability. Whether you have a tiny pup or a big burly beast, she is more than capable of taking your dog on an enjoyable walk.”

About: I’ve had both cats and dogs since I was young. My childhood dog was a 100 pound Labradoodle who used to run with me around the neighborhood. I’ve since had two cats of my own, one who was very shy while the other would talk your ear off so I’m more than prepared for all personalities of pets! I recently completed my PhD here in London and currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m able to work around your needs and provide reliable, attentive care, including feeding, drop-ins, and walks. I can accommodate any of your pet sitting and walking needs. I’m able to stop by for check-ins, taking the dog out or helping with cats. I’m happy to follow any instructions offered.

“Djeren helped with walking Percy; she was punctual and diligent and stepped in, in the last minute, helpfully arranging her schedule to accommodate the walk. I will definitely use Djeren again.”

Thank you.”

“Alice looked after our dog and she was very friendly and professional with us and provided us with many updates of our dog whilst away abroad. We wish her all the best and would be happy to leave our dog with her again if availability matches. we recommend Alice to look after your furry ones as she is trustworthy and helpful.”

“Sarah has been amazing! She’s taking such good care of Henry whilst his owner is in hospital and it’s clear from all the photos and videos she sends (on a daily basis) how much fun he is having! He settled in so quickly even though it is his first time away from home which shows what a special connection she has with dogs 😊”

“Emily and Cynthia took wonderful care of Betsy. Betsy was in great spirit when we picked her up, but would have been happy to continue her stay with them. And we were happy to receive photos while she was with them.”

“Elisabetta is been fantastic with Travis. Great communication and daily updates with photos and videos. He was very well looked after and considering Travis is a little bit nervous she really knew how to handle him. Seen Travis and Percy playing together made us very happy and we had a great break knowing Travis was safe with Elisabetta. We highly recommend her and we will definitely leave Travis with her again.”

“Laura was a wonderful sitter for Macken! Macken was so well cared for and didn’t want to leave - he had a wonderful stay. Macken is a bit older and Laura handled all of his medication and needs, and was so kind as he was recovering from a toothache (even available to take him to the vet if needed). It was so appreciated having a wonderful caretaker for Macken while I was gone - I definitely recommend Laura!”

“Luisa was an absolute pleasure to work with! Our pup Maya had a great time with her and her partner while we were out of town and constantly shared updates and pictures. 10/10, will definitely be booking again. 🙂”

“Everything was amazing! Even though it was my puppy’s first time staying with someone new, the experience couldn’t have been better. I received lots of photos and updates every day, which gave me so much peace of mind. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything Carissa!”

“Gaza had a great time with Gabriella again. She is very friendly, caring and really looks after him while I’m away. I will definitely be booking with her again soon x”

“Chewy loved his stay with Ella! He even turned back to her when I picked him up (not jealous at all! 😅). I really appreciated her daily reports and photos, they gave me peace of mind and helped me feel connected to his day while I was away. Thank you Ella! We’ll definitely see you again!”

“Our retriever had a great time with Chiara! She is super responsible, we had detailed reports several times a day including giving pills and eardrops. Communication was pleasant and easy-going, we’ll be happy to leave our dog with Chiara again!”

“Ellie looked after our Eurasier for a weekend, who is quite shy around strangers. She had a really awesome time playing with Ornstein and settled in quickly. We felt comfortable and confident with the care and would happily send Zola back in the future! Thanks so much!”

“Bruce had a fantastic time with Jason - we were sent regular updates (both messages and photos) during his stay. The weather was particularly hot and Jason took very good care of him. While Bruce is very happy go lucky with new people he seemed especially happy with Jason and we would definitely ask for Bruce to stay again and recomend him to our friends!”

“Leaving my old pup with Sascha was a great experience, especially considering that it was a somewhat short-notice request. She was able to flex with multiple dropoff delays, provided plemnty of updates herself, went out of her way to schedule and execute a grooming appointment, and was just generally super user-friendly to deal with, with no sketchiness of lack of communication. Highly recommended!”

“Danny was really great with Sooshi - loads of updates and photos and sooshi always looked really happy! He was really flexible with pickup and drop off as well and date changes that came up for me last minute. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her and we’ll be back! 🐾🐶☺️”
