Hi! My name is Evelyn, l'm a recent graduate of Neuroscience, and currently work remotely in science communication! I live with my family (mum, dad, teenage brother and my sister when she is home from uni). We look after the dogs together so there is almost always someone home! So it may be me or my mum Kemi who responds to your message ☺️ I love all animals, and have around 4 years of pet sitting experience. I usually look after medium sized/small dogs as well as cats and guinea pigs! I mainly board dogs for extended stays (1-2 weeks) when owners are on holiday, but as I work from home, I am very open to look after pups just for the day too. I have a big garden and lots of time to hang out with pets, sadly I can't get my own pet yet as I am hoping to study again soon - hence signing up here as I want to be with animals all the time! I worked in an animal shelter abroad for 1 year, so have experience in administering meds and supporting nervous animals as well as training on basic animal safety. Evelyn's mum, Kemi, and her family took amazing care of our two rescue dogs, Caesar and Ginger! We booked them for a day of daycare and then again for a long weekend of boarding, and we couldn't have been happier. Kemi was incredibly communicative throughout and sent us plenty of updates, which gave us real peace of mind. She was so kind and attentive to our dogs, especially when they were a little out of their element. When they didn't want to eat their breakfast, she even brought it to them on the couch to help them feel more comfortable. They took the dogs on long walks, gave them lots of love and attention, and we never once doubted they were in excellent hands. We'd absolutely book with Kemi again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable dog sitter.
I truly could not say better things about Kemi, Donal and family. Kemi was extremely responsive and booking was quick and painless. We dropped Blaze and you could feel the love that they have for animals the second you stepped through the door. They noted down instructions and immediately began playing with him in the yard. Kemi sent updates every morning that made my day, featuring pictures and recounting the adventures they’d had. Blaze was treated like a prince: he slept on the bed, cuddled while watching football matches on the couch, and got daily walks and yard time. I was worried Blaze wouldn’t want to come home! The biggest thanks to Kemi and family for an exceptional experience.
Nell had a brilliant stay with Kemi and her family, I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again.
Evelyn and her family were absolutely fantastic with both our cat and our dog. They sent us various updates daily, letting us know about our pets’ antics and their eating and sleeping habits, putting our minds at ease, couldn’t ask for more! We definitely will book with them again when we go away.
This is our second time booking with Evelyn and her lovely family! I think Bullet didn’t wanna come home this time round which obviously is a statement in itself 🤭 thank you do much 🙏🫶
Evelyn was so wonderful with our dog. She was happy to send over pictures when we asked how he was doing and sent general updates. Our dog came back well loved and she was very understanding.

Schedule
I currently work freelance and remotely, therefore can schedule my day to day how I like - meaning I can take walks, and give attention to your pet thoughout the day!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a garden on the property, and several dog parks nearby. I am happy with pets staying in my bedroom, but also have a safe and secure room available if your pet prefers to sleep in their own room/crate.
A typical day
I usually walk the dogs in the morning around 9, then take them for a big walk in the middle of the day to Hampstead Heath. Depending on their energy levels we might then play or I’ll leave them to have a snooze, then we will do our evening walk locally. I am super flexible when it comes to schedules, so whatever works best for your dog I am happy to accommodate to!
