“Fernando was fantastic with Gus from start to finish. I received regular updates throughout the week - photos, little notes about how he was settling in, and general check-ins that really put my mind at ease. His home setup is perfect for dogs. Gus had plenty of space to play and explore, and he absolutely loved spending time with Bailey (his new best mate). It was clear he was happy and stimulated the whole time. Fernando was professional and thoughtful. He asked all the right questions about Gus’s routine and temperament, offered a full tour of his home, and even suggested a trial visit beforehand - which I really appreciated, especially knowing Gus can be selective with other dogs. It’s rare to find someone so considerate about a dog’s individual needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Fernando again. Christian & Gus 🐾”

We had a video greeting first and they gained my trust immediately by showing me around their house, garden, their puppy Cosmo, and checking on my dog’s daily need. Ollie enjoyed her time so much with them - she felt like on holiday and didn’t want to leave when I picked her up. Yingxi updated me with lovely pics and videos, I could defo tell Ollie looked so happy. They took Ollie to a nearby park and let her meet so many doggy friends! She felt loved and taken good care of during her stay at their lovely home. They are great people with love &passion for dogs ❤️ Will defo book again next time and I highly recommend choosing Yingxi and her partner for your boarding!”

“Rosalia is an amazing carer; it’s the first time we’ve left Gris with someone else for a whole day - as a rescued Galgo with a history of mistreatment, she takes a very long time to trust a new person.
