She went above and beyond to water my plants, and took great care of my flat (including washing all my sofa covers when my cat peed), leaving it immaculate. We was able to fully relax knowing that she was with Elvis the whole time and In his own home. We had photos and videos sent daily of all the walks, baths, cuddles, feeding times, and this was fantastic so we could see how much Elvis was enjoying himself! Elana is exceptionally respectful of our home and left it immaculate for when we came home which was a gift in itself! I couldn’t speak any higher of this fabulous lady! Thank you so much! I am currently off sick from work after undergoing cancer treatment. However I am ready to make use of my days and looking after your animal is where I would like to start! Typically, I work a hybrid job working from home 2 days a week. I live in a house with a fenced garden and a cat/dog flap that can be covered if needed. We own plenty of toys from soft bears to squeaky balls to make sure your pet is always occupied.

I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to fit pet care naturally into my day. I’m available throughout the day for feeding, walks, playtime, toilet breaks and companionship, and I can adapt my routine around your pet’s usual schedule. If I ever need to step out briefly, there is usually another responsible adult at home who can help supervise, so your pet will not be left alone unnecessarily. Your pet’s safety, comfort and usual routine will always be my priority. I will follow your care instructions carefully, including feeding times, walks, toilet routines, sleeping arrangements and any house rules your pet is used to. My building has a communal garden downstairs, which is convenient for supervised toilet breaks and some fresh air, and I also live close to a park for regular dog walks and exercise. Dogs will always be supervised and kept securely on lead where appropriate. As I work from home, I can spend plenty of time with your pet throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I also pay close attention to changes in behaviour, appetite or general wellbeing and will contact you if I notice anything unusual. I’m very happy to send regular photos and updates so you can feel reassured while you’re away.

About: I’ve always loved animals and grew up spending lots of time with my grandparents’ dog, Benben. I helped feed him, take him for walks, play with him and care for him throughout his life. I also cared for rabbits and ducklings when I was younger, so I’m comfortable being around animals and looking after their everyday needs. I’m patient, responsible and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m happy to walk dogs, feed pets, refresh their water, clean litter trays and messes, and give them plenty of playtime and attention. I’m also an active person and love walking, so I’m always happy to keep energetic pets company! I don’t currently have a pet of my own while studying away from home, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover — I’d love to spend more time with animals while giving your pets the same care and affection I would give my own. I’m currently available on weekday evenings after 4pm, and I have much more flexibility at weekends. I’m happy to arrange walks, drop-in visits and house sitting around your pet’s usual routine whenever possible. I’ll always follow your instructions carefully and respect your pet’s usual routine and home environment.
