“If Bella could talk, she would be telling you the same as me. She had a wonderful time. She met a very friendly family and new doggy friend- Chunks. Maira sent photos and a video showing that Bella really enjoyed her stay. As this was the first time we had left Bella with anyone it really put our minds at rest to receive them. We were thrilled to see her so comfortable and happy. We would DEFINITELY recommend and definitely use again.👍 Big, big thank you Highly recommended!”

She was attentive, caring, and clearly treats pets like her own. I had complete peace of mind the whole time. Highly recommend Juliana to anyone looking for top-quality pet care!”

“Sadie had a wonderful time with Sharon and her dog Charlie. I'm afraid if it were up to Sadie, she would have stayed with Sharon indefinitely. We are very grateful to Sharon for having cared for Sadie so well and we will be more than happy to book her again knowing that Sadie is in secure and loving hands.”

“Reuben was amazing with Winnie. She was at total ease the moment they met and had a great time staying overnight. Reuben was great at providing updates and really flexible with us. Would recommend.”

“Sybilla and her family were fantastic. They were able to accommodate Kevin on short notice, which I really appreciated. Kevin clearly loved his stay and looked so happy in all the photos Sybilla sent through. She kept me updated during his time there, which was great for peace of mind. Kevin came home relaxed and chilled out, which really says it all. I’d happily have him stay with Sybilla agai”

“As usual, Maggie was incredibly happy to stay with John-Rob. He kept her active and entertained, and provided constant communication with photos and videos. We will come back to John-Rob for sure!”

“It has been four instances, since we availed of Alison's pet sitting services, to look after our Twigz and we are thrilled to say, without a shadow of doubt, that not just Twigz, but Walter and myself are very fortunate to have met Alison and her family on this most amazing site (Rover). Twigz has established a unique bond with Alison's pet dog (Claude) and all on all, this established relationship is growing rapidly each time, not only with Claude, but also with Alison's beautiful dog loving family. We received updates on Twigz, everyday with photos, videos and messages. We would highly recommend this family for dog sitting, as they are way beyond compare. A big thank you, from the bottom of our hearts to Alison and family.❤️❤️”

“Conor was absolutely brilliant with our pup Branston Pickle, he had never been left with anyone else overnight but seemed to enjoy his stay. Conor kept us updated throughout his stay with regular check ins of photos & videos which reassured us. We have already booked Branston in for another stay so can’t recommend Conor highly enough. Thank you Conor”

“First time Winston stayed with Mariia. Winston was very happy when we picked him up and Mariia gave regular updates. Winston will definitely be returning to Mariia in the near future. 😊”

“Louise was communicative and friendly. Ludo can be a little anxious on initial introductions but he seemed to settle quickly in her care. Thank you Louise and we would love to use your care again.”

“For Stanley’s first time away from us he felt very comfortable, and we received regular updates so we knew he was cared for. If we need help again we will definitely be in contact!”

“Aaron did really well with Bear despite the heat and his issues with walking. He came over a few days before to meet us and was a great communicator and does seem to love dogs!”

“Thank you so much to Daniel for taking Marley at such late notice for the weekend. His whole family was absolutely lovely and so sweet with Marley. He enjoyed some lovely walks with them and another dog they had staying, who Marley quickly became best friends and they were inseparable. I was completely confident in their care of Marley as they are very diligent and safety focussed as well as being fun and showing him a great time. He came home completely exhausted, which was a sign of a great weekend! On top of the great care they provided they also bathed Marley so he was all sweet smelling and clean when I collected him, as well as washing his blanket. Thank you so much; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!”

“We suspect that out cat is in love with Naoko, and is actually looking forward to us going on holiday! :) Joking aside - we always come back to a very happy and well taken care of cat, and watching videos of our cat which Naoko sends is becoming one of favourite parts of our holidays! Thank you Naoko x (•ㅅ•)”

About: I absolutely love cats and have a lot of experience caring for them. Back in Ukraine, I had a cat who was part of my family for many years, and I understand how different their needs are compared to dogs — plenty of quiet time, a clean litter box, fresh water, and a calm, comfortable space where they feel safe. I’m happy to follow each cat’s usual routine and give them the attention and independence they’re used to. I am the sole caregiver for all pets in my care — no one else assists me with pet sitting

“Peggy did a fantastic job of looking after my cat, Bella. I really loved the photos and updates everyday it looked like she I was enjoying her company more than mine lol! 😹”

“Tiarna has been a fantastic cat sitter and has helped us out on several occasions. She was happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand, and we all agreed she would be a perfect fit. The cats warmed to her straight away, which is especially rare for one of ours as he’s usually very reserved. Her communication has been excellent throughout, and we’ve been very happy with the care she’s provided. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat or pet sitter.”

“Sarah does such a great job with my cat, who can be a little reserved. But I know when I go away that she'll be in safe hands and I don't need to worry! And I get lots of cute photos and nice updates”

“Valerija is wonderful, she always takes great care of Mabel and provides us with lovely updates for each visit. We arrive home to a very happy cat every time. Would absolutely recommend!”

About: I grew up with cats, have owned my own and also looked after other people’s cats over many years. I have experience of caring for both indoor and outdoor cats of all ages. I understand how each cat has its own personality and the importance of meeting their individual wants and needs.

About: I grew up with a sweet, cuddly cat, and as an adult I had a wonderfully mischievous cat who always made me laugh. When he became unwell, I cared for him with compassion and all the love the deserved. I will treat your cat as one of my own, with plenty of cuddles, playful moments and lots of affection.

“Liliya was great with Charlie, we had little videos and photos of him each day which was very reassuring. She clearly got on well with him! Liliya also brought some new toys for him to play with which he liked so much we have bought him some similar ones. We'll definitely book Liliya again. ”

About: Hello! Anna will be your main contact and dog sitter, with James helping alongside. Our number one priority is to keep all pets safe, happy and loved when you’re not able to be there. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, playtime, or just making sure they stick to their routines. We treat all pets as if they’re our own. Dogs have always been a big part of both of our lives. We both grew up with dogs big and small, puppies and OAP’s, energetic and sleepy, so we’re well versed with all temperaments and making sure we give dogs what they need. We know how important it is to trust the people who are looking after your furry family member for that peace of mind, so we’ll make sure we provide regular updates and updates whilst they’re with us! We both work from home the vast majority of time so dogs are never left for long periods of time. Anna also works in a dog friendly office in Waterloo so if you’re happy, she might take it in from time to time - but this is not a requirement as we can ensure someone is always home if that works better! We both have active lifestyles and will always prioritise making sure any dogs get well exercised and played with! We have an enclosed fenced garden that any dogs can use at their leisure! We’ll always follow your lead with any routines your pet has, whether theyre allowed on the sofas/beds for example, or sleeps in a crate etc. We want to ensure your dog feels as at home as possible and we continue any boundaries you set to avoid confusion when they return home :)
“Svitlana lookes after my cat Alice again and again we were happy with her service. Alice feels safe and confortable with Svitlana and loves playing with her. While away we received little reports and pictures of Alice from Svitlana every time. She is very reliable and kind young lady.”

About: Hello! I’m Sarah, an experienced dog owner and former Rover sitter with six years of pet-care experience. After taking a break while working full-time, I’m excited to be back and have plenty of time to dedicate to making some new furry friends! I have a six-year-old Cavapoo named Kevin, whom I’ve raised since he was a puppy, and I’m also stepmum to a lovely Cockapoo of the same age. I grew up with family dogs and regularly care for friends’ dogs, so I understand how important it is to find someone dependable who will treat your dog like their own. I love staying active and taking relaxed, sniff-filled walks around the neighbourhood and local parks. For individual dog-walking bookings, my dogs will stay at home, meaning your dog receives my full attention throughout their walk. I’ll always take the time to understand their personality, routine and individual needs. I’m not currently working, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your dog lots of attention, cuddles, playtime and enjoyable walks throughout the day. I have a private, fully fenced back garden where dogs can safely play and take toilet breaks. I enjoy long walks around my neighbourhood, giving your dog plenty of fresh air, exercise and time to sniff and explore. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine and any instructions you provide, and I won’t let them off the lead. Your dog will receive lots of attention and will never be left unsupervised in the garden.

“Hannah was fantastic with our cat Jeremy. He took to her straight away and we knew he was in safe hands. Hannah messaged us with photos and updates while we were away and was a delight to deal with. We'd recommend Hannah to anyone and will definitely be asking her to catsit for us again in the future ”

“My miniature dachshund Winnie spent a very enjoyable day with Daniela whilst I went to the office. Winnie suffers from a bit of separation anxiety so it is always nerve wracking leaving her with someone new but Daniela’s warm nature automatically put us both at ease and Winnie settled in record time after I left. Daniela is very communicative and I was assured Winnie was in safe hands - she even managed to get Winnie to go for a walk when she has recently been refusing to go due to getting spooked so it is obvious Winnie felt safe and secure too. Winnie was in great spirits when I picked her up and is looking forward to spending the day with Daniela again! Would 100% recommend Daniela for your dog sitting needs.”

“It’s been a great experience. It worked for us a first time experience and it was great. Anna has been kind, attentive and understanding. We’re relieved we can have someone local to count on for pet sitting .”

“Kady is a great dog sitter, I can thoroughly recommend her. My dog Hansel has had a lovely few days, walking in tge woods, chilling out at home with Kady, family and doggy friends. Kady's been flexible with drop off and pick up times, and always responded quickly to messages.”

“Catherine was super friendly and Garfield my cat had a great time. Relieved photos of him looking very content and very much at home. Would definitely book with Catherine again.”

About: We had a golden retriever as our family dog, who passed away at 15 a few years ago. I took care of her with feeding, walking and keeping her company including caring for her in her old age when she was deaf and unable to go to the toilet alone. I love dogs and would love to have them back in my life in whatever capacity. I’m currently having a career break and very flexible in my days and weeks, so currently available most times of day. My schedule is very open at the moment. We have an enclosed garden with grass space. Currently there is no other dog in the home. We have lots of comfortable, indoor space as well. I will be available to be with the dog at all times and if not my mum, Carole, will be at home. Also very happy to care for a dog in the owner’s home.
“Lionel seemed to have an amazing time with Steve, who kindly took him at very short notice! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Steve again. We also got some top quality photos that were much appreciated!”

About: I have extensive experience caring for and training active, intelligent dogs, including my own Border Collie, Scamper. For the past four years I have worked with him daily on obedience, recall and herding skills, giving him a genuine outlet for his energy, drive and intelligence. This hands on experience has given me a strong understanding of how to meet the physical and mental needs of high energy working dogs. I understand the unique needs of working breeds and have experience caring for a variety of dogs, including working line Border Collies, Spaniels and Labradors. I am confident handling energetic, intelligent dogs and enjoy helping them stay engaged through training, enrichment activities and structured exercise. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, games, training sessions or simply plenty of attention and care, I will make sure they are happy, safe and well looked after while in my care. Caring for dogs fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home, which means I am around throughout the day to provide companionship, exercise and supervision. My own dog, Scamper, is a high-energy dog, so regular walks, playtime and enrichment activities are already part of our day. Dogs staying with me benefit from a structured routine, plenty of attention and opportunities to exercise in my secure garden and on walks tailored to their needs. Your dog's safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. I provide a calm, secure and dog-friendly home environment where dogs are treated as part of the family. I take time to understand each dog's routine, preferences and any special requirements so that they feel comfortable and settled. My secure garden provides a safe space for exercise and play, and all walks are carried out responsibly with your dog's safety in mind. Having cared for Scamper, I understand the importance of balancing exercise, rest and mental stimulation, particularly for active dogs.
About: Hello! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, both professionally and personally. After successfully running The Happy Dog Club, a local dog walking service, I've had the pleasure of looking after dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes and personalities. I live with my husband, two teenage children, and Oonagh, our very friendly Cocker Spaniel. We're a dog-loving family and understand how important it is to find someone you trust when you're away from your pet. This isn't a large-scale boarding setup. My ideal arrangement is to have one guest dog, or occasionally two, stay with us at a time so it feels like they're on a family holiday rather than in kennels. We offer a true home-from-home environment, where your dog will be treated as one of our own and can feel settled, happy and loved. We genuinely love having dogs in our home, and Oonagh especially enjoys the company! We're happy to consider well-behaved dogs of all ages and temperaments. However, Oonagh is a young, energetic Cocker Spaniel, so it's important that visiting dogs are comfortable sharing their space with a lively and playful companion. I have completed training with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, including courses in Dog Training and Separation Anxiety. Whether your dog is young or old, energetic or laid-back, they'll be treated as part of the family from the moment they arrive. 🐾 I work from home (so does my husband) so there will always be someone here during the week - Monday to Friday. We can also be available over the weekends for stays if required. I have a secure, fenced garden and Oonagh, my friendly and playful Cocker Spaniel, to keep your dog company. I offer a genuine home-from-home environment, welcoming just one guest dog, or occasionally two, at a time. This allows me to provide plenty of individual attention, affection, exercise and care, ensuring every dog feels settled, happy, secure and loved as part of the family throughout their stay.

About: Hi, I’m Sharon, I recently decided to ditch the daily London commute to spend my time doing what I actually enjoy: being outdoors and hanging out with dogs. Living in Beckenham, I’m lucky to have so many beautiful parks on my doorstep. Whether your dog prefers a stroll through the local park or a drive to a specific park they love, I’m happy to make it happen. I’m all about fitting in with whatever routine works best for you and your pet. I’ve grown up with dogs and I understand that every dog has a unique personality and set of needs. At home, I have a King Charles Cavlier Spaniel named Charlie. He’s a bit of an old soul now with his own quiet routine, which means I have plenty of extra energy to give to your pups! What I offer: * Flexible Walking: I can walk from your doorstep or drive your pet to one of our many local parks. * Home-from-Home Boarding: My house is a pet-friendly zone with an enclosed garden. I believe in plenty of cuddles and comfort over strict house rules! * Tailored Care: Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers a "Charlie-style" slow pace, I’ll match their routine perfectly. I am also trained in Pet First Aid. I’m here to fit into your routine and make sure your dog feels like they’re just visiting a second home. I recently decided to ditch the daily London commute to spend my time doing what I actually enjoy: being outdoors and hanging out with dogs. I have an enclosed, secure garden and plenty of cozy spots inside. I’m a firm believer that dogs are family, so they are welcome on the furniture and can make themselves right at home. It’s a very relaxed environment.

About: I grew up surronded by dogs and cats and animals have always been a huge part of my life. As an adult, I finally achieved my dream of having my own dog - he soon became a member of my family (the most spoilt one!) and the centre of many happy adventures. Being a dog owner myself, I know exactly how stressful it can feel to leave your pet with someone new. When I first got my dog, we didn't travel abroad for 5 years because we couldn't imagine leaving him with anyone else. That is why your dog will be in very good hands with me. I will treat them as one of my own - with cuddles, patience and lots of love. Because I am self-employed, my schedule is flexible. This means I can offer reliable, consistent care, whether your pet needs morning cuddles, midday playtime or evening check-ins. I always follow the owner's instructions closely - whether your furry friend prefers exciting trips out, cosy indoor playtime or a calm routine at home. Your pet will get plenty of undivided attention and affection every moment they are with me.

About: I've been around animals my whole life - 30 years and counting! I grew up with cats, and my family has since rescued three small-to-medium dogs that I visit and care for regularly. Since moving to London, renting has meant I can't have my own pet, so I channel that love into sitting for family, friends, and fellow pet parents through apps like this one. I live in central Beckenham with Kelsey Park and Beckenham Place Park right on my doorstep which is brilliant for long walks and off-lead adventures (if allowed). I work from home three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), so your dog gets a fully present companion, not an empty house. I'm an active person - I run regularly and love being outdoors, so if your dog needs lots of exercise, I'm more than up for it. Equally, if your dog prefers a quieter day pottering around the house and snoozing on the sofa, I'm just as happy with that. I take my cues from your dog and what they need. I have experience with basic pet hygiene routines, like wiping eyes and brushing teeth. I work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so I'm here all day to give your dog company, attention, and regular toilet breaks. I live in a cosy 2-up 2-down terraced house with a fenced courtyard garden - perfect for a sniff around, a quick play or a bathroom break. My schedule is flexible, so I take a lunchtime walk or run every day and can easily fit in extra breaks for toilet trips or playtime. Your dog won't be left waiting. Your pet's safety is my top priority. My courtyard garden is fully fenced with no gaps, and all the windows open from the top down, so there's no risk of climbing or jumping out. I keep cleaning products and anything harmful well out of reach. I'm home the entire time during boarding stays and your dog is never left unsupervised. I'm happy to send regular photo and video updates throughout the day so you can see exactly how they're getting on. Before any stay, I'd love to arrange a free meet-and-greet so your dog can get comfortable with me and the house first.
About: I have cared for cats and dogs for many years. For your dog I can provide a calm and quiet house with an enclosed garden. I appreciate that each every pet has its own individual personality and unique needs. I am experienced in looking after senior dogs and managed my own reactive dog for over 12 years. I am self employed, I set my own schedule and work from home. I currently have no pets of my own and plenty of spare time to provide the routine and care your pet needs. I will only show availability for pet care on the days I have the time and flexibility to dedicate to looking after your dog or cat. My home is quiet, spacious and has a private and enclosed garden. I live with my youngest adult daughter and my other two daughters visit regularly. They are all dedicated animal lovers like me. I will take your instruction on how your pet needs to be cared for and you can rely on me to follow it at all times. I had a reactive dog for over 12 years and so am aware how hard it can be to trust someone else to care for your precious pet when you need that help. If I am visiting your home to care for your pet I can provide plenty of references to reassure you I am trustworthy and reliable.

About: I absolutely love both dogs and cats. I’ve always had pets in my life — back in Ukraine, I had a dog who was part of my family for 17 years, as well as a cat. I also regularly look after dogs belonging to friends and family, so having a four-legged guest at home feels very natural to me. I am the sole caregiver for all pets in my care — no one else assists me with pet sitting or dog walking services. I have a flexible schedule and can spend plenty of time at home with pets. I can fit pet care easily into my daily routine and make sure they get regular attention, feeding, playtime and company. I’m happy to follow each pet’s usual routine and give them the care and attention they are used to. I want every pet to feel safe, calm and comfortable in my home. I follow their normal routine, make sure they always have fresh water and a clean, comfortable space, and give them plenty of attention and affection. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions from the owner and will always treat each pet with the same care and respect I would give my own

“Kady on first impression is very responsive, she communicates very well and more importantly she has excellent time management- she was on time for our meet and greet during which she was attentive the dogs and their response to her was instant. Booking was confirmed right after the meet! my booking was short notice too, Kady put me at ease. First time using the app and my first time using a dog walker. Brilliant service. I will definitely book Kady again. Thank you Kady”

“Sadie had a wonderful time with Sharon and her dog Charlie. I'm afraid if it were up to Sadie, she would have stayed with Sharon indefinitely.

“We couldn’t recommend Clare and Jack more highly! From the moment we met them, they were so friendly and welcoming, making sure both my partner and I felt completely comfortable leaving Bailey, our 2-year-old dachshund, in their care, especially as this was the first time we’d left him over night with someone new. They took the time to listen to all our needs and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s so clear how much they truly love dogs, as the care and affection they showed Bailey was amazing. They kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which was such a comfort, and it was obvious how happy he was with them. They have a large garden, which was ideal for Bailey to have a run around to burn off energy and he loved having a sniff at all the smells in their garden which helped stimulate his brain. They took him on lovely long walks where he saw horses, cows and sheep, played all of his favourite games as well as enrichment activities, and gave him endless cuddles and attention. Bailey came home a very happy (and tired!) little dachshund, which says it all. We’re so grateful to Clare and Jack for looking after him as if he were their own, and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future!”
