Cannot recommend Elisabetta and her partner more highly. Pepper is a nervous rescue dog who can feel anxious in new situations, but Elisabetta handled her so professionally and kindly that she felt comfortable with them straight away. The level of communication and picture updates was super appreciated too. A huge thank you!
From the moment I dropped Loki off with Elisabetta and Rory, I knew he was in safe hands. The regular updates, photos, and videos quickly confirmed we’d made the right choice. It was clear Loki was having the best time with Percy, and that Elisabetta and Rory genuinely loved having him there. He was treated like one of the family from day one, which gave us complete peace of mind. We’d actually booked his next stay before we’d even picked him up! She stepped in to help sit when I was having to scramble to find a dogsitter while abroad and my stay home was delayed (for 2 more months!). From the beginning she was communicative across time zones, the ultimate professional, and put my mind at ease to know Ruby was going to land safely and happily at hers. She shows genuine attention and care, from ensuring Ruby had a refill of flea/tick medicine (since I was delayed away so long), to helping heal Ruby's allergies (that Ruby had picked up from previous dogsitter), to learning Ruby's little habits (such as morning under cover snuggles) to ensure Ruby really felt at home. She helped so much to make the situation have peace of mind and knowing Ruby was with Elisabetta really helped being an ocean away from Ruby much easier. Thank you so so much.

🏡I live in a spacious, pet-safe flat with plenty of room to roam. We’re right by Elephant Park and Burgess Park, perfect for daily walks and exercise. Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers a slower pace, I’ll make sure they get the right amount of outdoor time.
