Elisabetta has been absolutely fantastic with our puppy Barney. Always checking in and sending us pics & videos. He loves his time with her!

She stepped in to help sit when I was having to scramble to find a dogsitter while abroad and my stay home was delayed (for 2 more months!). From the beginning she was communicative across time zones, the ultimate professional, and put my mind at ease to know Ruby was going to land safely and happily at hers. She shows genuine attention and care, from ensuring Ruby had a refill of flea/tick medicine (since I was delayed away so long), to helping heal Ruby's allergies (that Ruby had picked up from previous dogsitter), to learning Ruby's little habits (such as morning under cover snuggles) to ensure Ruby really felt at home. She helped so much to make the situation have peace of mind and knowing Ruby was with Elisabetta really helped being an ocean away from Ruby much easier. Thank you so so much.

Betta is absolutely amazing! We left our 8-month old puppy Leo with her for doggy day care and it was Leo’s first ever experience being away from family. Betta was very thoughtful and considerate in learning about Leo and his routine, and even offered to meet us beforehand so Leo could warm up to her. On the day, she created such a warm and welcoming environment for him. He quickly got over his initial nervousness and settled in comfortably at her place. Betta provided us regular updates with photos throughout the day which put us at ease and assured us that Leo was doing just fine. Betta’s adorable dog Percy was also a great companion and role model for Leo, and clearly made the experience so much more fun for him. We could not recommend Betta enough. She is thoughtful, kind, professional, organised and a true dog lover. We were lucky to have her for Leo’s first experience of doggy day care.

Elisabetta is so kind and thoughtful, and my pup's favorite! She takes such great care of my pup, he gets so excited to see her. She does different activities throughout the day, like walks or mental enrichment, and treats him exactly like she would her own Percy, with lots of love and care. It makes leaving him so much easier for me, because I know he is with someone who is attuned to his body language and can tell what he needs to feel happy, comfortable, and safe. I highly recommend Elisabetta to everyone, especially to nervous first-time dog owners, she is always ready with advice if I have any questions or concerns, and my most favorite - she will send photos and updates throughout the day, so it feels like you are with your pup :)

Cosmo had a great time with Elisabetta. She only had one other dog to ensure Cosmo wasn't too overwhelmed and got the attention he deserves. She sent me regular updates, which reassured me that he was ok and behaving himself. It was clear that he had a great time and felt comfortable very quickly and she tried to keep to Cosmo's routine as much as possible. Cosmo is already looking forward to his next visit.
