“Jamie-Lee has Onion every Tuesday, and she takes excellent care of him. She’s always super flexible with timings, and takes him for brilliant walks. He is delighted to see her every time, always a good sign!”

“Melodie was friendly, acommodating, and constantly made me feel like my fluffy friend was getting personal care with lots of updates throughout the day. She even found the time to do some training with him. Top notch.”

About: From long walks to cuddles, I love spending time with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have looked after puppies and senior dogs over the last 20 years and my friends and family often call on me when they go on holiday to cover pet care. Being around dogs is a joy for me. For dogs that enjoy it, I'm happy to give them a careful brush! I have looked after healthy dogs, as well as those who need extra assistance and even some who are post surgery. If they are a little fussy with food - I'm happy to hand feed! My partner or I are always home to look after your pooch. During term time I am at drama school from 9am - 6pm and free in the evenings and weekends. In the holidays I'm free as a bird (ranging from 1-3 months off). My partner works in the same industry too but he when he is not shooting he works in a bar so he has the days free to look after your doggo and I have the evenings. Having grown up with dogs throughout my life, I have often been told I treat them like siblings as opposed to pets. I like to talk out loud to dogs so they can understand what I am doing around the house or as we are preparing to leave. They are more than welcome on my bed or sofa (so long as the owner is okay with that). I think I am fairly intuitive and observant around dogs and I was even the first to spot an issue with my family dogs knee, which meant he could get it seen to before it deteriorated! Generally, I try to look after 1 dog at a time (unless they are from the same household), so they can get my full attention.
“Christina was so communicative - sending lots of wonderful pictures and videos throughout the day. My dog looked relaxed and happy in every single one, enjoying sleeping on the sofa, playing ball in the park and with her toy. Would highly recommend!”

About: Hello, I’m Grace 👋 I offer dedicated care for your dog, whether that’s walking, day care, drop-ins, and overnight stays at your place or mine. Because I am at home full-time, your dog will receive attentive supervision, plenty of affection, and a structured routine that mirrors the comfort of their own home. 🏡 I’m lucky to have an enclosed garden at home and a huge park just three minutes down the road, so there’s endless space for proper run-arounds, fetch, or long, leisurely walks depending on what your dog loves best. 🌳 Having helped to raise two of my parents’ dogs from puppyhood, I’m very used to high-energy breeds, playful pups, and the daily patience and routine they need to stay happy. 🐾 I know how stressful it can be leaving your dog with someone new and I know that every dog has their own little quirks and rules, and I take those really seriously. These could be sticking to exact meal times, keeping off certain furniture, or following specific training routines. You’ll get plenty of photo updates while you’re away so you always know how they’re getting on. 📸 Feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a meet-and-greet. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup soon! 🐶 I am currently working from home as a writer and so have plenty of time to care for your pet. I am able to take you dog for multiple walks a day depending on their needs and will not be too occupied for lots of cuddles and affection. In my flat, I have a large enclosed walled garden and plenty of space for toilet breaks and playing outside. Your dog will sleep in my living room and we have a crate if necessary.
“Stacey is a true gem 💎 I was nervous about leaving him in daycare, Stacey reassured me with her years of experience with dogs, then with her professionalism and lovely personality. I was still a bit worried after I dropped him off as he is my first dog and has separation anxiety. I received a photo and video update within the hour of him fully frolicking and bounding about with Stacey's dog Disney who is a beaut. I was instantly relieved and so so happy. I knew I had made the right choice, at that moment I knew I would be returning. Zion had the best time, was in great hands. Stacey's and her partner have a gift for this. 100% returning. Zion even kept turing back when we left. Would reccomend 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ See you again soon Thank you so much for taking care of Zion and Thank you from my heart for taking away so much of my stress ❣️”

“Yuka is an amazing sitter! Blue had an amazing day and I was updated with how everything was going during the day. Blue's made a really good friend in Yuka and will be seeing her again. 🙂 Thanks again Yuka 😀”

“Gabriella helped me out at very short notice. She asked a number of good questions that showed she was careful and responsible in the way she looked after Henry. He had lots of exercise and came home a tired and happy pup to snooze the evening away.”

About: I have had pets for my whole life and have had a gorgeous friendly standard labradoodle for the past 7 years 🐾I love all dogs and understand it’s stressful looking for pet care when you need to go away so I will care for your dog as if they were my own ❤️ I currently work from home full time and take an hour for lunch. I am available in evenings and weekends for drop ins, walks and day care :) I have a dog friendly flat and your dog is welcome to roam freely 😊 My apartment complex has a gated garden and there is a large park across the road!
About: I’ve always had pets growing up, from hamsters to cats to rabbits to dogs! Up until a couple of years ago I had a house rabbit and since then I’ve been desperate to be around animals again! I have looked after dogs on BorrowMyDoggy both for overnight stays and just for the day. Happy to also do some puppy training as that’s something I’ve always enjoyed. I teach part time and work part time at my pottery studio. In the past I’ve brought dogs to the studio with me as it’s a great place for them to hang out! There’s a park right next door and means that they’ll be with me all day long. During term time I’m not as flexible with my days as I teach 2-3 days a week but when I’m teaching, my partner is often at home and able to look after doggies. I sadly don’t have any outside space in my flat, but I’m in walking distance from both Peckham Rye and Burgess Park and am more than happy to take your pet out as much as needed for toilet breaks and walks.
About: I’ve always loved dogs and would love to eventually get one at home myself. I enjoy walking and running so can look after a dog of any activity. I work from home during the week so can attend to the dog all day long. I can also provide boarding if required. Dog will be let into garden as frequently as required I have a fenced garden with no other pets in the home. There is 1 cat in my apartment block but it is not often in the garden

“I honestly couldn't recommend Andrea highly enough. Bailey had the best time with her. He got loads of exercise, plenty of playtime, and I loved that her own puppy Murphy is a similar age, so they were able to learn, play and build confidence together. They got on so well, and it was lovely knowing Bailey had a little friend for the day. What really stood out to me is how much Andrea genuinely cares about the wellbeing and development of the dogs she looks after. She gets the balance just right between play, training, enrichment and making sure they have plenty of time to rest too, which is so important for puppies. Andrea kept me updated during the day, and I felt completely at ease knowing Bailey was with her. She's kind, trustworthy and clearly passionate about what she does. Bailey honestly couldn't have been in safer hands, and I'll have absolutely no hesitation in booking with Andrea again. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my little boy! ❤️ xx”

About: Hello! 🐾 I'm your pet-loving neighbour in South London and I'd be delighted to care for your four-legged companion! I connect with animals very deeply and enjoy their company and the little adventures we go on together. We had two cats and one small dog at home when I was growing up and I loved spending time with them. I went on to work in a pet shop as one of my first jobs and in the past five years, working as a pet sitter in homes across the UK. During that time, I looked after indoor and outdoor cats (Maine coon cats, Bengals and everything in between), dogs and senior dogs (Wippets, dauchunds, chihuahuas, labradors). I have also looked after chickens, ducks, turtles and on one occasion, three cheeky ferrets! I only care for one pet at a time and I have a flexible schedule to adapt around your pet's timetable as I work from home. I can care for your cat or dog at any life stage and I have experience caring for pets that have been recently rehomed and need extra care adjusting to their new environment. Feel free to reach out to me with your request or any questions you may have before booking. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend 🐈⬛ I work from home so my schedule is flexible and I can adapt around your pet's timetable and needs. I work as an assistant and workshop facilitator so I'm often working in short bursts on my laptop so I can be on hand to care for your pet throughout the day and can pause my work at any time to tend to any pressing needs. I'm happy to sit with your pet sand work alongside their napping schedule, be it on the sofa or next to their bed or crate. I stick to their eating and walking routines, and can also support with any training and/or crate training to ensure they stay on track. If I am looking after your pet in my home, I live on the second floor in a spacious apartment with plenty of room for a bed or crate, and space to play around. And I have hard floors so it's very easy to clean. My home is on a quiet street, and I have with no pets or other people staying in the apartment, so I can provide a calm, quiet sanctuary for your pet to relax and play.
“Couldn't recommend Hannah enough, she responds to enquiries super quickly, is very flexible and our cockapoo has come back exhausted after a doggy day of fun. She's also happy to provide updates throughout the day and I felt like our dog was in a very safe pair of hands.”

Dog owners share their Rover experiences – Southwark
Juliana looked after Ulay wonderfully well while we went out to the theatre, including taking him for walks and playing with him. She also sent us lots of lovely photos and videos so we knew he was a happy puppy! As far as us humans is concerned, she was very friendly, communicated clearly, and I would definitely book with her again.

I had such a lovely experience! Sebastian is so kind and welcoming, and his dog Ernie is absolutely adorable and so gentle with my senior dog, Bubbles. It was lovely knowing Bubbles was in such good hands. I would happily recommend him and will definitely be booking again! ❤

Margherita (and Connor) took excellent care of our puppy, Willa. They brought her on plenty of walks, had lots of cuddles and managed her puppy-teething spells really well (she is a little landshark at present). She even met us part way for drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening.
