“Lauren was great with Luna! She took care of her for a few hours at my place, played with her, and was very attentive. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals. I really appreciate her care and would definitely recommend her!”

“Irene did an amazing job house and dog sitting for us, she was thorough in making sure she knew everything she needed to best take care of our dog and did a great job looking after our home as well. She provided regular updates for our peace of mind and overall did an impeccable job of taking care of our house and doggy. Our dog loves Irene so much, we’re pretty sure she didn’t even notice we were gone for the whole three days! Would 100% recommend Irene as a sitter.”

“Claudia is fantastic sitter and we would love for her to look after Bella again. Claudia was so brilliant sending updates and we came home to a very happy, relaxed pup who clearly had the best day with her! Would absolutely recommend Claudia - incredibly reliable and means you can enjoy your day worry free knowing your pet is having a lovely time.”

“Beatriz was fantastic with our little 12 week old puppy Poppy. She made her feel relaxed and confident and was great at dealing with some of the trickier bits of puppy care (toilet breaks, teething). Poppy was sad to see her go at the end of the night!”

“Morgan really helped us out of a bind when we needed help. She was very accommodating and our dog was extremely happy in her company. She looked after him so well, that he was in a slump when she left. Very polite, engaging, tidy and looked after our house with great attention to detail. Couldn't recommend highly enough, will definitely use again.”

“Lola was fantastic! She really understands senior dogs and informed me about how everything have gone, sharing useful tips and experiences. She is polite, reliable, and very thoughtful, and we would be very happy to welcome her back into our home again soon!”

“Corina was great, very friendly and caring! She sent us some lovely pictures of Willy happily chilling on her lap (which he only does when he feels truly comfortable!). When we came back home, he was relaxed and happy, a really good sign. He even cried a little when she was leaving, which says it all. We’d definitely recommend her!”

“Anuja is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her. She is very warm and kind, and Teddy absolutely loved her. She is extremely communicative and easy to talk to. Anuja stayed in our flat and when we returned it looked like no one had lived in it, it was so clean and tidy!! We highly recommend Anuja to anyone needing their fur baby looked after.”

About: I've been a dog owner for almost 13 years and took care of my friends dog a cat few times. I am my friend favorite pet sitters 😁 I'm currently working from home and your best friend will be rarely left alone. During house sitting/boarding he/she will be in my company majority of the time😊 I live in a converted flat with a backyard garden and a really nice dog park less then 2 mins away. Fresh air to your dog is guaranteed.
“Mariam is absolutely lovely! She was amazing with both our miniature Dachshunds and cat and very trustworthy and knowledgeable. She was also a great with communication. Id highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Alain was amazing and I would highly highly recommend him to anyone looking to have him look after your poochy (especially if at your own home). Alain went out of his way to come all the way to Surrey (from London) for a meet and greet ahead of him looking after Berts. This helped Bertie and my husband and I get to know Alain before we left. While we were away Alain was amazing. He sent picture throughout the day, he took Bertie on loads of walks and overall kept us constantly updated which is exactly what we were looking for. Bertie seemed totally happy and content with Alain and didn’t seemed phased about us being away at all! The final cherry on the cake was coming back to a sparkling house, with fresh flowers and a welcome home card with the cutest cartoon drawn of Berts. We will definitely use Alain again!!”

“Oscar was excellent looking after Mako! He kept him active and well cared for, sending regular photo/video updates. They did over 50 miles (!) of walking on the local forest and beach trails which I'm sure Mako thoroughly enjoyed. It was really great for Mako to be able to be in his home environment and the extra security of having someone looking after the house was peace of mind for us as well. From his bio we felt confident for Oscar to look after both our lovely Mako and the house. Everything was kept perfectly clean and tidy, it was easy to explain all of our technical home setup to him and the whole sit went very smoothly. We'd highly recommend Oscar to others looking for someone who can keep up with active dogs and for anyone interested in live in sits!”

“Ciannait was amazing with our big fur baby! She came to meet her before and they got on so well. She listened to her needs and kept us really well updated throughout which we really appreciated. Our home was left even tidier than when we'd left & we had a very happy pup. Thanks so much, Lyla can't wait to see you again 🥰”

“Kon came to stay with my 6 month Cavappo. I felt at ease as there were many videos/photos and my pup was in good hands. Great peace of mind - good communication & on time was great !”

About: Hey, I’m Jeremy – I’ve grown up with pets all my life, from cats to dogs, and I’ve always loved being around animals. For seven years, I had the joy of raising my Cavapoo, Albie, from a puppy. He was full of personality and such a big part of my life until he sadly passed away from cancer in 2023. Since then, I’ve really missed having that daily dog time, so I’ve been walking dogs through other services and helping out friends whenever I can. I work mostly from home, with the occasional bit of travel, so I’ve got plenty of flexibility to give your dog the time, care, and attention they need. If you’re local and need someone friendly and reliable to walk your dog or just pop in and keep them company, I’d love to help out. Happy to chat more if you have any questions! I’m working full time but I work from home Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. During my work schedule I can find more than enough time to look after your pup. I can easily cater to your dogs needs, and will make sure I look after them as I would my own. I’d be keen to learn their routine so I can make sure there is consistency in their routine.

About: Hello there! I love dogs. Growing up in my household they were referred to as our siblings. We still have two sisters, Ellie and Mika. Unfortunately I live a bit too far from home now to make regular family visits. I recently moved from Washington, DC to London, UK. I work from home full-time. I am available for drop-ins and walks during the day/evening. Ideal hours are from 11-9PM. I'm flexible outside of that though - do reach out to discuss. At this time I do not offer any services in my home. This is due to my landlord and own dogs preferences. Thank you for understanding!
“Sarah was absolutely fantastic at our home/dog sitting for a few days. She communicated very well, was prompt, sent pictures during the stay and kept our house sparkling. I would (and will) absolutely hire her again to sit our pup and stay in our home. Don't hesitate!”

“Clarence is the best dog sitter ever, and we are really lucky to have found him. He seems to have a magic way with dogs, and our two had a wonderful time with him. He provided regular updates and photos and took excellent care of both the dogs and our home. I would not hesitate to use him again, and I think the dogs would like him to move in permanently! Many thanks, Clarence - you are fabulous!”

Hammersmith pet owners share their Rover experiences
My husband and I have a very good experience with Emily. She was really lovely with our Princess (English Bulldog) and Princess loved her walks and plays. Emily is very professional and lived in our house in Putney for 4 days. We have met Emily beforehand to check if Princess and Emily will get on and explain the dog requirements as bulldogs are rather demanding breed, specially our Princess - she is very very spoiled - all my fault ha ha ha. Emily sent us regular updates and we would fully recommend her and will definitely use her again. Petra and Mark

Anuja is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her. She is very warm and kind, and Teddy absolutely loved her. She is extremely communicative and easy to talk to. Anuja stayed in our flat and when we returned it looked like no one had lived in it, it was so clean and tidy!! We highly recommend Anuja to anyone needing their fur baby looked after.

Kon took such good care of our 3-month-old puppy! We were quite nervous about leaving someone in our flat with our new puppy, but he was very responsive and sent regular updates with photos. We’ve already rebooked him, as everything went really well. Would definitely recommend him 😊

Finding Alain on Rover was one of the best things that has happened to us since we moved to the UK last year! We just don’t have enough superlatives!! We were slightly apprehensive leaving our Labrador Ellie with someone for the first time as she can sometimes be a bit suspicious of strangers but it stood perfectly clear already after the first night that she had made a new best friend. Alain sent us pictures and videos every day and it seened clear that Ellie was having her very own holiday back home! Furthermore, finding our home in absolute spanking condition upon our return was also a real treat. A million thanks Alain for being there for us and taking all the stress out of leaving a family member behind for a while. You are the nicest of persons and we are simply thrilled to have met you!

I was pretty nervous to leave Buddy for 1 week as he is recovering from a slipped disc and he needed extra care and attention. Constance is reliable, smart and caring. She immediately understood Buddy’s needs and she followed all the instructions (many!!!) I gave her without any problem. She was sensitive and focused to keep Buddy safe and happy until my return. She sent me pictures and videos daily to keep me updated but after a couple of days I felt like I left Buddy in the best hands I could ask for! I will for sure call Constance again, hopefully it’s the beginning of a new friendship for me and my boy. Thanks again Constance!

Alexandra is such a wonderful sitter and kind person! We arranged for our puppy to be looked after pretty last minute and she still made time to come and meet him a couple of days before. She kept us updated with lovely photos - overall a great experience. I just hope she’s not too scarred by our lively puppy and will come and play with him again!!

Lola was fantastic once again! This was our second time booking her, and we have already reserved her for next week because our girls are so happy in her care. Frida absolutely adores her, and Lola has a beautiful sensitivity with our senior girl Apple, who has dementia and needs extra patience and understanding. She keeps us well informed, is polite, reliable, and very respectful of our home. We are so grateful for the way she looks after them and for being so kind and gentle with our two ladies.

She was an amazing catsitter, very caring and completely trustworthy. She kept me updated the whole time with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My cat has a sensitive stomach, and she took great care of him. When we came back, he was calm, relaxed, and clearly very happy. I’ll definitely book her again!

Victoria was fantastic with Alfie. Alfie warmed up to her straight away and she was a very calming and confident presence while we were away. She asked about any special requirements or needs and we told her about his separation anxiety, and she was super in dealing with him. Overall she was so lovely and professional and we’ll definitely be booking her again!

Kristina looked after our cocker spaniel puppy so well. She kept him really entertained with lots of games and fun and he was really upset when she left. She also took some amazing photos of him which we are really grateful for! We will be using Kristina again in the future.
