“Tolly had a great time with Gina and Bailey. Lots of walks, lots of cuddles, very diligent with his pills. Gina kept in regular contact with what Tolly was up to which was lovely”

“Xinyu (and Luke) were fantastic with my pup, Coffee, during his four-day stay. I got daily updates, photos of him walking, sniffing around, and staying hydrated—which kept me completely at ease. Communication was always quick and clear. Their apartment is similar to mine and has air-conditioning, so Coffee was comfortable even in the summer heat. Everything went smoothly, Coffee clearly had a great time, and I’ll definitely book with Xinyu again the next time I’m away. Highly recommend!”

“Cappie had the best time with Martina and her partner! It was Cappie’s first time meeting them and when I picked him up, he didn’t want to leave. He was treated to fun car rides, walks along the Thames (where he found crunchy sticks-his favorite), snuggles on the couch, pub visits and he even went to the Christmas market in Windsor! Lucky dog! Martina kept me updated the whole time and sent cute photos and videos. She told me he was settled in, comfortable, adjusting well — these were all the things I wanted to ask about but didn’t want to seem like an overprotective dog mom! But Martina knew what I needed to hear! I will definitely ask her to take care of him again. She has a comfortable home for dogs and even had a basket of stuffies which Cappie happily enjoyed!”

“Maria was amazing. We had a last minute situation where I needed to board our family cat and Maria was very quick to communicate and accommodate to our needs. Our family cat can be very skittish and scared but she seemed to be at ease very quickly with Maria and her family. Maria went out of her way to care for Dingbat even getting her extra food when she ran out. Couldn’t recommend enough, thanks so much for your help Maria.”

“Molly has stayed with Jonathan numerous times now and she has always been happy and well looked after , Jonathan is always very accommodating to Mollys needs as she is now quite elderly, I have already rebooked for my next trip away !”

“Matthew and Anri were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and kept me updated with daily messages and photos, which reassured me that Spike was doing well. When I picked him up after my trip, he was visibly content, a true testament to the love and care he received during his stay. I will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Thank you Deirdre for looking after our little man! Loved receiving the photo updates! Friendly & Professional - would love to book you again if you'll have him! Thanks :) Highly recommend”

“Loki loves his little holidays with James, this time was no exception. Great communication throughout, and the daily photos help put my mind at ease that Loki is settled and happy in his routine during his stay.”

“Upon meeting Simon you get an immediate sense of comfort in his love of dogs and you can also see it in the eyes of his beloved pal Cefi- a working cocker spaniel. Our three year old Coton de Tulear absolutely thrives with Simon and Cefi. It delights me to see the videos and pictures of Cefi and Ollie engaged in an enthusiastic battle of tug of war and the post games cuddle up. He eagerly goes to Simon and he comes home delightfully tired. Simon and Cefi make a terrific team and we are happy to give our full endoursement of this team to care for your pets!”

“Fantastic! Our dachshund Riva usually takes time to warm up to new people but Nadia went out of her way to make her feel at home. Nadia also sent us regular updates which was great and she was very engaged before and after the stay to work out how to best cater to Riva‘s needs.”

“Aleksandra and Chris took incredible care of our miniature dachshund Violet. They met in advance which was appreciated given it was a long sit and this was our first time using a new sitter in 4 years. Their dog has a wonderful temperament and got along with ours right away making her feel relaxed and at ease. Communication was incredible with so many updates and pictures which was appreciated. They took great care of Violet with lots of long walks and play time. I don’t think Violet wanted to leave when it was time for pick up but we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter - will definitely hope to use them again!”

“I have used Rover a few times before and my dogs have been well taken care of but this time with Negin it was exceptional! She was super nice to them and to me, she kept sending me lots of pictures and videos which made me happy and comfortable knowing they were happy. The best part was seeing how my dogs loved her and her husband and were letting me know how grateful they were with them both for caring for them. I hope I can leave then there every time I need to. About: As a cat mum myself, I know that leaving your cat is never easy. Even when you’re enjoying your time away, part of you is still wondering: Have they eaten? Are they lonely? Do they miss me? That’s why I’m here to provide you with the kind of care I would look for when leaving my own cat, Indy; someone reliable and genuinely happy to spend time with her. I grew up surrounded by rescued street cats so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. I’ll make sure your baby is safe, well-fed and comfortable, while giving them affection, playtime or quiet company depending on their personality. I’ll also send you photos and updates, so you can relax knowing they’re in caring hands. I may not stop you from missing your little daily rituals together, but I can help you feel far less guilty about being away.

“Rachel is an exceptional cat sitter. Gentle and sensitive, she gave my 2 13-year-old shy females time to adjust to her presence until they were so confident with her that she could even gently groom them. Success all round! Extremely highly recommended.”

“'Joshua, Joshua/Nicer than lemon squash you are/Oh, by gosh, you are/Joshu - oshua!' Just had to break out that old music hall number for this lovely guy. I came back to a chilled cat and he'd bothered to leave her calming music playing. He also kept me very updated with info and pics. Very friendly and smiley, too, capable and conscientious. I knew my babygirl would be in safe hands from his demeanour and his attention to instructions. Also, my cat is an indoorsey, but I do want to add that if your feline gets stuck up a tree, Josh is so tall he can rescue kitty, no ladder needed, without breaking a sweat! (:”

“I couldn't be happier with Jimena's cat-sitting services. Leaving my 5-month-old cat, Mojito, in her care was a stress-free experience. She visited Mojito twice a day, ensuring he was well-fed and had plenty of playtime. Her regular photo updates gave me peace of mind, and I could see that Mojito was content and happy in her care. Jimena's dedication and care for my furry friend were truly exceptional, and I highly recommend her for anyone in need of a reliable and caring cat sitter. Thanks, Jimena, for taking such great care of Mojito!”

“Morgan did a wonderful job looking after Cosmo including lots of playing and entertaining for a very energetic kitten! Also took great care of the house and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.”

“Cassandre responded to my booking request very quickly. She was extremely polite during all our conversations. Cassandre visited my cat twice. He looked good and was not stressed upon my return. A big thank you for taking care of him!”

“Ruby was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to look after our boys. From the moment she arrived, it was obvious she really knows cats. She picked up on each of their personalities, behaviors, likes, and dislikes almost immediately, and it was so reassuring to know they were with someone so intuitive and experienced. She even brought her own selection of cat toys, which our boys absolutely loved. During the heat wave, she went above and beyond by putting their cooling pad in the refrigerator so it stayed extra cool for them to lie on, which was such a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, both of our cats got sick while we were away, possibly due to the heat or the stress of us being gone. Ruby handled everything without hesitation, cleaning everything up and taking such great care of them. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. Communication was outstanding throughout. We received regular updates along with so many photos and videos, which made being away from them so much easier. Ruby is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. We came home to two very happy, well cared for cats, and we would trust her with them again in a heartbeat. We can't recommend her highly enough!”

“Beatriz has petsit Totoro and Ginger a few times now, and they love her (waiting for her by the door!). She takes great care of then with alot of play and cuddles involved. I feel at easy traveling and knowing she will drop by to see then and provide a nice report of how things are going. I strongly recommend Bea to take care of your pets.”

“Thomas was super proactive and always kept me updated on my cat. He was super responsive throughout the entire time he cat sat, and Pappu was so happy with him. Thomas even picked up a package for us, which was so helpful!”

“Najma was such a great cat sitter for Milo! my heart was at ease knowing that Milo was being well taken care of. daily updates and photos were so cute and helpful. Najma is a wonderful cat sitter and very patient with shy pets such as Milo! will definitely be booking again 😊🐾💖 xxx”

About: I used to walk dogs during my uni days and even dog sit for multiple days at a time. I’m used to feeding, walking and playing with them and taking them on long walks. I'm currently working as an Analyst at a boutique consulting firm. I work from home a lot so can dog sit during the day and walk the dog in the evenings on weekdays. I work from home a lot. My flatmate is never home during the day so there is no concern of your pet not getting along with other people. I live in a gated community with a big garden so I can take the dog for a quick walk during the day. There is a dog park near my house as well so I can always walk the dogs in the evenings on weekdays over there.
About: I absolutely adore the companionship of both cats and dogs. I’m incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and understand how worrying it can feel leaving your fur baby with someone new. Rest assured, your pet will be in safe, caring hands with me. I live near Kensington Olympia and take daily walks to Holland Park, making it a perfect environment for relaxed strolls and plenty of enrichment. At home, I have a loving 4-year-old Chihuahua who gets along brilliantly with other dogs, as well as two friendly cats who are very used to visiting pups. I work full-time, spending three days working from home and two days in the office, which allows me to give plenty of attention, structure, and company throughout the week.
About: My family and I have had dogs since I was a teenager, and I have always formed a very special bond with them. We tend to become attached at the hip! I have also looked after small and medium-sized dogs for family and friends. I have always been the one responsible for training our family dogs, and I believe strongly in positive reinforcement. Dogs do not respond well to raised voices or anger, so I use treats, patience, positive and reassuring energy, a calm and gentle voice, and plenty of affection. I make sure to praise them enthusiastically as soon as they turn their attention towards me and respond to a cue. My current dog, Oli, is two years old and has been with me for over a year and a half. He is very sweet and friendly, and we both love having company! From past experience, Oli gets along well with dogs with a wide range of personalities and temperaments. After some playtime, they usually settle down and relax together. I work from home part-time, have a large garden, and live just a few minutes from the parks and the riverside, which are perfect for walks and outdoor time. I am flexible when it comes to the number and duration of walks and will adapt to your dog’s usual routine and needs. Oli and I usually go on one or two walks of around an hour each day, and when the weather allows, we try to spend as much time outdoors as possible. During hot weather, we move our walks to the early morning and late evening. Thanks to the shade provided by the taller buildings surrounding the garden, we can still step outside several times during the day to play, stretch our legs or simply relax together. If your dog has any special needs or requirements, I am happy to accommodate them wherever possible. The flat is also spacious enough to give Oli and your dog their own dedicated areas if either of them needs some quiet time or a break. I am also happy to bathe or groom your dog when needed, following your instructions and their usual routine. I work from home part-time, so your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day. I will follow their usual feeding, walking and rest routine as closely as possible, including any medication or special requirements you tell me about. A typical day includes a morning garden break, followed by a walk around Ravenscourt Park or along the riverside. During the day, the dogs can play or relax in the garden, while the flat is spacious enough to give them separate quiet areas whenever they need a break. Oli and I usually go on one or two walks of around an hour each day, but I am flexible and will adjust the number, duration and pace of walks to suit your dog. During hot weather, longer walks take place early in the morning or later in the evening. You can expect plenty of affection, playtime, rest and positive reinforcement, as well as regular photo and message updates so you know how your dog is getting on. I have a large, fully enclosed private garden with walls and fencing on all sides, and I am the only person with access to it. There are no plants that are dangerous to dogs, and there is plenty of space to play fetch, explore and, in Oli’s case, occasionally dig a small hole. The garden connects directly to the daytime living area where I work, so I can see it clearly and stay close to the dogs at all times. On walks, I can use secure fenced areas where dogs can run freely or keep them on the lead. I also know several quiet routes with long stretches away from traffic where Oli can safely be off-lead. Until I know your dog well, however, I will keep them either on the lead or within a securely fenced area. Oli and I also go running occasionally, and your dog would be welcome to join us if they enjoy running and need extra exercise.
“I am so lucky to have found Nadia! My Cavapoo, Darcy can be fairly anxious and nervous of new environments but Nadia took the time to get to know her and make us both feel as comfortable as possible! She now regularly cares for Darcy and treats her like her own with lots of cuddles, playtime and nice walks! Darcy absolutely loves her and her husband 😍 I receive regular pupdates and photos and feel so reassured Darcy is in the best care! If you’re looking for someone then don’t hesitate to reach out to Nadia! 🐾”

“Pauline was amazing and calmed our nerves about leaving our little Gemma with her for the first time. As a Maltese owner, they can be incredibly clingy so it was really hard to find someone that we trusted enough to leave Gemma with. Pauline immediately put our minds at ease and I knew Gemma would be in great hands. Her place is very cute and safe. She was very easy to reach and always responds very quickly. We will definitely be happy to use Pauline again!”

It is our first time using Rover and Karina not only helped us through the app and features, she looked after our Beagle wonderfully - we had photos, regular updates and communications pre-, during, and after the walks. She fed Penny lunch and gave meds, and we came home to a waggy tail. We have no hesitation in recommending Karina and we have engaged her to help us going forward.”

As a lifelong animal lover… dog, cat and horse girl with a big soft spot for fur babies of all shapes and sizes, I treat every pet like part of the family. I am currently on maternity leave so I have plenty of flexibility. As long as your pet is baby friendly, they will get lots of attention and cuddles, whether it’s regular walks or just hanging out by my side. For overnight stays, your pet will be comfy, cosy and made to feel completely at home. My ground floor flat has a large step-out terrace and an open plan home for roaming. I have plenty of space for small to medium pups and also ideal for cats. There are no escape routes and there’s plenty of light and fresh air. I also love cuddles on the couch if your pet cuddles back.
About: I grew up caring for my own pets and those of friends & neighbours, so dogs have always been a big part of my life. From owning Poodle mixes, South African mastiffs, a German Shepherd boy, family of cats, to more recently raising a vivacious (!) Husky boy from 10 weeks old. Knowing what it’s like to be a pet parent, I have the same level of care for your furbaby as I’d expect for my own. I offer single & pack walks, and for daycare & boarding your pooch will have the space to themselves as I take only one doggie at a time, or siblings from the same household :) (I do not live with any of my own pets sadly). I’m well versed with caring for dogs of varying sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, and hold a DBS check and Pet Business Insurance. Any questions give me a shout! Taking a career break from the City where I looked after clients in finance, I now provide the same professional approach to the real love of my life, our four legged family members :) I offer walks, drop in visits, daycare (in your home or mine), pick up & drop off to vet/groomers, and puppy & senior dog care. I also hold a DBS check and Pet Business Insurance. I am professional, trustworthy and have a genuine love for dogs :) My home has a small enclosed garden and air conditioning to keep your pooch cool in the summer months. I tailor my service to you as a client; whether that's how we walk and play, keeping pups engaged, or understanding canine body language to adjust interactions. I'm local to Baron’s Court/West Kensington and available in Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham and Wandsworth.

“I had to book really last minute and Richard was really helpful, offering to collect my keys that evening. I got sent photos and videos of Byron having a the time of his life with some other labradors that Richard was looking after today, even getting the chance to swim, which is his absolute favourite thing to do! Definitely recommend”

About: I have had pets since I was a baby. 2 dogs, 2 cats, rats and a rabbit. Currently an auntie of an amazing Yorkie❤️ I'm patient, observant and learnt a lot from the cats ;) I am very observant, which allowed me to better communicate with animals and understand their needs and emotions. My days off often fall during weekdays (Mondays and Tuesdays). I often finish work at 3pm, on rare occasions 4.30pm or 10pm. I can do a walk or a visit before and after work (7-8pm latest), which is in the area so it shouldn't take me long to get to your place :) I treat all pets like they're my own. I make sure they're safe, got enough food and water, a lot of playtime, attention, tail-wagging and deep post zoomies naps.
About: I've cared for friends' cats and dogs for years and they keep coming back because they know their pets are in safe, reliable hands. I owned dogs and cats back in Romania. Currently I live with my flatmate's cat, who I look after daily, so I'm hands on with both species regularly. Friends tell me their pets are happy, energetic and look cared for after I hand them over, which means the world to me. I'm calm, attentive and genuinely love spending time with pets and they sense it too. I send regular photo and video updates so you can travel knowing exactly how your pet is doing and I stick closely to their routines and any specific instructions you leave. Based in West London and happy to meet beforehand so you and your pet are comfortable. I am working from home and my schedule is flexible so can tailor my day around your pet's needs, whether that's morning walks, midday check-ins, feeding times or extra playtime. I'm available throughout the day to respond quickly if anything comes up, and I'm happy to adjust my routine to match your pet's usual rhythm so they feel settled and comfortable while you are away. I usually look after pets in their owner's home which keeps them relaxed in familiar surroundings. Because I work from home, I bring my laptop with me and can stay around the pet for most of the day rather than just dropping in. I always follow the owner's instructions carefully on feeding, walks and routines, keep the home secure, and send regular photo and video updates so you know your pet is safe and happy. I'm calm, gentle and attentive to any signs that a pet might be unwell or anxious.

“Loki loves his little holidays with James, this time was no exception. Great communication throughout, and the daily photos help put my mind at ease that Loki is settled and happy in his routine during his stay.”

About: We’re a young couple based in Fulham, London that have always loved pets. Max has plenty of experience pet sitting the past 3 years and has a deep affinity with animals. Emily grew up with 2 dogs and has frequently pet sat, especially when she misses her family dogs! We have a lovely and secure back garden for pets to play. We’ve cared for a range of breeds with different temperaments and needs, and always treat each pet like they’re our own. We both have an Enhanced DBS Check and are always happy to do a meet and greet before the booking for peace of mind. We both work hybrid, with Emily working mostly from home, so we have plenty of flexible time to give your dog the care, attention, and exercise they need! Whether you’re going away or just need some help during busy days, I’m here to keep your pets happy. The further in advance you can give the better so we can organise our responsibilities. Feel free to reach out to me to arrange a meet and greet! Hi, I’m Max, a responsible and friendly 24-year-old offering in home pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Since graduating from university, I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family, including everything from daily walks and feeding routines to overnight stays. I follow all the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding routines, walking times and any specific needs the pet may have. As a dog lover, I always give them plenty of attention and affection!
“Kirsten and Dyllan were amazing with my Kingsley! He had such a ball with them and was so well looked after and loved. I got plenty of photos and videos and he came back happy and content. I wouldn't hesitate to book Kirsten and Dyllan again. They were brilliant and I'd happily let them look after Kingsley again. Thank you Kirsten and Dyllan!”

“Our dog, Cali, stayed with Jacobo for about a month while we traveled overseas. It was reassuring to know she was in such great hands while we were far away. He took her out with him and really cared for her as if she was his own dog. He was super responsive and sent regular updates - he took care to learn and maintain her routine. We are very grateful and would highly recommend him!”

“By far the best sitter I’ve ever had in Rover and Outside rover! Updates always and keeps great attention to detail and reports back on any changes my animal has, my dog was so comfortable around her instantly and she showered him with love! I’ve never seen my pup feel more at home. Went the extra mile feeding him healthy home made treats. Sent me lots of pics and vids. I’ll book her moving forward!”

“Eire is the best dog sitter! From the very beginning, her communication was excellent, and she completely understood how anxious I was about leaving my 3-month-old puppy with someone for the first time. She kept me updated throughout the stay with regular messages, photos, and videos, which gave me so much reassurance and peace of mind. It was clear that my puppy was being well cared for, loved, and receiving plenty of attention. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eire is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter, and in my opinion, she’s the best dog sitter in West London! Thank you again, Eire—we’ll definitely be booking with you again. 🐾😊”

“10/10 experience. Melisa is an absolute gem - great in communication, clearly loves dogs and super flexible. Biggie had a lovely time and came back happier than ever! Would highly recommend!”

About: I’m a doctor currently on a career break and have always been a massive dog lover. I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family over the years and just genuinely love being around them. I’m very caring and responsible and know how much you worry about your dog when leaving them with someone else! I’d always treat your dog like I would my own and make sure they’re happy, comfortable and getting lots of love and attention 🐾 I’m currently on a career break so I’m at home most of the time and have lots of flexibility. I’m happy to work around your dogs usual routine too! I know how important it is to trust someone with your dog! I’ll always follow your dogs usual routine and make sure they feel happy and at home ❤️

About: Hello! I’m Maddy. Dog lover (it’s an obsession at this point) Film & TV Hair and Makeup Artist and Londoner. I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 6 years old and haven’t lived without one until now! So I am very sad to have left my family dog and am in (desperate) need of some doggy company. Over the years I’ve cared for all kinds from greyhounds to Jack Russels. Dogs have always been my best friends and looking after someone else’s dog isn’t a job to me at all. I want to give another dog the same love and care I have always given mine. If I can look after your dog be assured it would be treated like royalty always!! They are giving me just as much as I am giving them! I am a self-employed Hair & Makeup Artist. The work I do is either all on or all off. So during my breaks I will have all the time in the world to care for your pet. I love going on walks around the area and driving to different parks for new experiences. I live in a spacious flat which has 2 bedrooms and a big open plan kitchen/living room. We live on a safe leafy road which is also really near a to a park and other green space for walks and wees.

“Anita was absolutely amazing and took excellent care of my dog. I will highly recommend her. She is the perfect dog sitter so attentive, affectionate, and genuinely caring. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in her care, and I would not hesitate to book her again in the future.”

“Wiktoria was an amazing host for our dog and cat!! She took great care of our animals, and was especially attentive to the needs of our nervous dog. She and her partner also made sure our cat was kept happy by giving him plenty of attention and by letting him enjoy his favorite pastime of walking outdoors on a leash! Our pets came back very happy and relaxed 😊. We hope to book with her again soon!”

“Lucia looked after our dog Rufio while we were away, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She lives in a fantastic spot for dogs, with access to a secure, gated garden nearby where they can play and explore. Lucia and her family are incredibly warm, friendly, and clearly have a genuine love for animals. Throughout Rufio’s stay, she kept us updated with daily messages and adorable photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She’s always quick to respond and made the whole process feel effortless. I truly can’t recommend Lucia highly enough — she’s amazing, and Rufio absolutely loved his time with her. It’s such a relief to know we’ve found someone we trust to care for him in the future. He already can’t wait for his next stay!”
